Above and beyond service and professionalism. I went to Phone Fix to replace my iPhone screen when referred by my friends to do so since they swear by this guy. Not only was the cost $20 less than other places I called but the phone was done in minutes. This is not why this place stands out. I was still hesitant to ask about replacing my MacBook Pro screen which I was quoted $900 at the Apple store and $700 at other places. Ray assured me he can replace it with a brand new factory Retina display complete for $550. I agreed and my laptop was fixed within a couple of days and works like new again. He even cleaned the entire laptop with detail to every button without me asking or him even mentioning he did so. That's character. I since have sent 4 friends to him and everyone is pleased with his courtesy and service. I'm a business owner myself, to include the fact that I am also in IT,web service and phone app creation. I have access to anyone in technology and though that doesn't matter when choosing a repair facility for phones as much but it does make me qualified to be very cautious on where I take my components filled with important and sensitive information. Note: I have never ever taken the time to complain online about anything but this place has got to be the worst company in the WORLD. When you step into this establishment you will most likely be greeted by a rude, female who is definitely the winner of the worst customer service rep in the world award. When you ask her if she is normally this kind to all the customers she proceed to tell you she has a full time law firm that she owns and that she is just "filling in" ( she has been there every day for my three week journey through the gates of hell). When they fix your device and it doesn't work as promised they invite you to come back (30 day guarantee on his work) for a scheduled appointment at 10AM when the owner says he will be there and so he can fix it while you wait. Twice I did this and both times the customer service rep of the year greets you with surprising confidence when she states that "what can I tell you he is not in and wont be in till 11ish, either you can leave your phone for a few hours or schedule another appointment". Because I paid for my phone to be fixed with them I could not get myself out of this vortex of darkness that is surely connected to the gates of hell somewhere. Finally the owner showed up the third time and said sorry I need you to leave this with me for a few hours (again not as promised that it would be fixed within an hour while I wait). The customer service rep stated she would call me the moment it was done... After three hours I called back and she said "yea you can come get it, its been done for a while". Picked up the phone and it was fixed till I was just about home. I called to speak with the owner and the brilliant full time attorney/customer service rep said he would call me back in an hour or two. No call back, no apology....nothing. At this point I am going to pay for my carrier to charge me full price to fix the phone because this place is definitely owned by lucifer and his hand picked customer service monster. Do your self a big favor and avoid this place forever. read more

Ray fixed my iPhone wifi antenna in half the time that other shops promised to, and for slightly less cost, and he did a good job. He tested the broken phone in front of me and explained clearly what it needed and they have a 30 day warranty on their parts and labor. I recommend Phone Fix. read more

Ray took very good care of us, and took the time to explain why the place we'd used to do the repair previously had failed (mostly, that they'd used cheap materials). Phone Fix's repair was clearly better than the previous one; no dust under the screen, for example. I'm quite happy and will certainly come here again if anything else happens to one of our phones. read more

after getting my phone fixed it will randomly touch numbers to enter my passcode and disables my phone it also types random letters why i'm trying to text people and sometimes will send it too. i thought this was because of my screen protector but when i took it off it still continues to do these actions. i need another phone repair but i will not be returning to phone fix. it is not worth the money. read more

Power button on my iPhone broke. They had it fixed in less time than originally projected and I only had to be without my phone for a little over an hour. Price was extremely reasonable and customer service was outstanding. Update: The replacement part worked for the remaining time that I owned the phone. I recently went in for a replacement battery on my current phone. Again, they diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. This was a complete and total debacle. I took my phone in to get a price quote for a cracked screen and faulty charging port. I was told that the parts were in stock and the repairs should take a day. With that information, I dropped my phone off at 10:30 am the next morning to ensure that it would be done within a day. At 4:30pm, I received a call stating that there was another part that was needed (the technician is obviously not well versed in HTC phones) and that part needed to be ordered so they would require a couple more days. I was given a loaner phone and I guess I was supposed to be grateful for the Motorola basic phone with no keyboard that I was given. FIVE DAYS LATER, I call to ask about the status and the woman who answered gives me this long list of excuses about why my phone is not done, saying the technician went home sick. She skipped around her words and danced around the main issue and instead threw out there that she was an attorney so she doesn't give guarantees. Well, your occupation doesn't impress me because I'm an attorney too. The needless bravado and excuses were not asked to be included with my services. As I type this, I STILL don't have my phone back. Don't say "we'll call you when it's ready" when you never call to tell customers about the fact that the SOLE TECHNICIAN WENT HOME SICK. It is a huge inconvenience to not have my phone that I'm used to and has apps that I need for work on it. I went from planning to be without my phone for one day to now being on day five with no real completion time. Never. Again. **UPDATE** After having my phone for seven days, I get it back with them saying it was fixed. WRONG! The phone still didn't charge right and when I went to make a call, the screen just went black and the speaker didn't work. WTF?! I gave it to Phone Fix with all of these things working and I got it back in a worse condition? So I promptly disputed the $75 charge with my bank and sent my phone to HTC. My phone was fixed by HTC and returned to me in a week. And it only cost me the shipping of the phone to them. Stay FAR away from this sham of a business. I'd be completely surprised if it's still open in six months. read more

AVOID!! They originally told me same day service to have the screen on my phone fixed. Three days later they never called me. I called them to get an update and they were extremely rude. They said "did we call you?" I explained i was in a bad service area for most of the week. Then they rudely decided to ask me if i had voice mail setup on my phone, because if i did they would have left me a message. How about just telling me if the fucking phone is ready or not. Ok two days later i get the phone, its repaired, great! OH 4 hours later the battery dies and now wont even charge. I take it back up there and they told me the phone has water damage, and that caused the charging jack to fail, which also killed the battery. That's a load of shit considering it worked and charged just fine before taking it there. Well they still have it,Ill re post the outcome. read more
