Watch out! I took my Jeep through the wash within the past 2 weeks. As we were going through the final steps (drying), I noticed my driver side wiper blade was bent in the complete opposite directio, parrallel to the ground and pointing to the left. I immediately took pictures and tried my wipers. They no longer work!!!! I can hear the motor trying though no movement on either side. I went back to the manager and reported what had happened. They told me someone would get back to me in a few days. That was over a week ago. I finally received a response back from the Quick Quack Incident Team and they are denying any responsibility for my damage. Here is their ridiculous and unacceptable response: "We regret to hear about the difficulties you encountered during your visit to Quick Quack Car Wash. We have completed a thorough investigation of the incident. After a thorough review of the incident, we have determined that the damage to your vehicle was not caused by our equipment or services. Additionally, in accordance with Quick Quack Car Wash policy, we do not accept liability for damage to vehicles over five years old, as age-related wear and tear can contribute to conditions beyond our control. Based on these findings, we are unable to offer compensation or coverage for the reported damage. While we understand this may be disappointing, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to explore any available coverage options." I am certain they have cameras to monitor each vehicle going through the wash. The video would easily show the equipment pulling the blade into an unnatural position and that type force would cause damage to the wiper system! Lesson learned- Beware, unless your car is less than 5 years old, don't go through Quick Quack because any damage to your vehicle will not be covered, do to their hidden clause. I am cancelling my monthly subscription as I am thoroughly disappointed in their unwillingness to fix a problem their equipment obviously created! Tell your friend BEWARE!!!!!!!!! read more

I do not recommend any quick quack location, there car wash crashed a vehicle into the back of my vehicle & they accused me of stepping on the brakes which never did happen, I had my feet on the floor beneath the brake pedal. I contacted customer service & they said contact the store lead, I left the store lead my number, I emailed him never did he respond because he knew he lied to cover for the business, I even showed up at different times of the day & finally caught him & I asked to see the video & the store lead refused to show me the video & said I will have to sue them to see the video, as I was leaving the store lead was very hostile & followed me as if he wanted to fight me. Anderson is a small town, with not a lot of options. This usually results in settling for service. Was it a great wash? Nope. I'd say...well, it looked better than before. I find myself still wiping dirt off after we go through, and don't expect it to even touch your rims. Furthermore...the tire shine is not disbursed just on the tire. It gets all over the paint around the tires, so you have to buff that off directly afterwards. We paid $80.00 a month for 3 vehicles. Unfortunately, due to lack of customer service, we canceled. We were very rudely dismissed by one of their employees (out of courtesy and him being young, I won't mention his name) at our last visit. Never have we experienced such disrespect from an employee there. It's a shame that you allow one of your associates to dictate how your business is run, especially in a small town, and ending in you loosing someone's business. We are local business owners. We love giving back to our community. We understand it can be hard having younger employees. But you still have to make things right and address the issue. Owners who don't set the bar straight, enable their associates to treat their customers however they want, with no consequences for their actions. We called and spoke to someone in customer care. She took down our notes, cancelled our membership, and put down we had requested a call back from your leadership. Did it happen? Nope. This is what happens when you have a business in a small town. Employers are more likely to turn the other way or "let it go" because it can be hard with turnover. But that's what sets aside a well ran company, and places like this. It's now worth it to us to drive to SasqWash Car Wash in Redding. The wash is better quality, and we are given a warm welcome every time. read more

Any employee I have encountered here are friendly. Unfortunately the wash itself is only decent. Tire shine goes beyond the tires. My biggest annoyance is canceling the membership. You can't or I was told cancel on site you have to go online or call. Even after entering all the correct info online and double checking the site kicked it back. i nearby new carwash was going a special for 30 days and signing up for $10 for that 30 days with their premium. Well this was a shabby job to say the least with a brand new car wash. The SasqWash Car wash we use from time to time does a much better job then this one on my car. This one left tons of dirt on the back hatch back and on the rims. The tires looked fine but the rims were washed very poorly. Then to top it off if I decide to quit the auto pay service they will charge your $5 to do so and not credit you any days that were remaining on the deal, basically $15 for the month on a weak car wash. read more

I have a 2024 Honda Passport and had a bad experience with this car wash I never had use it before and unfortunately for me I avoided all the bad things I had already heard about this business. I went through the wash and vacuum got home a realize there was a huge gash on my passenger side door, I was going to be late for work but thought I could take care of it at the end of the day. I went back to the car wash and was told the shift manager wasn't in, ok when will he be in told on Monday ok so go back on Monday ask the attendant she said Nates off on Sundays and Monday so now I feel like I was mislead. I return again on Tuesday leave my number because Nate is not in until later that day being assured I would have a phone call back and still nothing. I went down another two times and finally I talked to Nate he assures me that someone will call me within 24 hours gives me an incident report so I felt again good. I am now 10 days in no call backs I have talked to Jon L at the 800 number and Kimmy L this morning with no call backs from anyone only empty promises please be careful if you use this company and have a problem or U2 will be feeling helpless read more

signed up for a membership for me and my husbands vehicles and after going through the car wash a couple times, I noticed my hood and my windshield was not getting clean. I asked the young lady at the car wash what was going on and she said since I have racks on the top, the rollers won't go over my hood or windshield because it might damage the racks. I said, "so I only get half of my car washed when I come through each time?" and she said yes. That's when I immediately canceled my and my husbands membership. They don't tell you that when you sign up! It's funny how all the other car washes I've been through, I've never had that issue.
