Fairgate has a few wash bays, one on the end that we easily maneuvered into. They take quarters and will change out up to $10 bills - fortunately there's a 7-11 not 200 feet from this spot that helped us out. Also, I think the owner came out (he was SO nice) and offered to help us break a bill. I would've conversed more but it was 115 degrees outside at 3pm during that awful heat spell plus we both were sick and didn't want to spread anything to anyone - especially someone as kind as he was! (If you're reading this, thank you btw - we were very grateful!). The place is well maintained and it was a pleasure to rinse things down without a huge line of people. Definitely will come here again - less dusty this time.

THIS IS THE BEST QUICK QUACK AROUND I have been to other locations in Roseville, Citrus Heights, Lincoln, and Sacramento... this is the only location that makes contact on both sides of my car with the brushes. It really is a big deal to me! I have a membership, which allows me to go to any location. As you approach the main entrance to check in, there are 2 (sometimes 3) lanes. I go to the one with a sign above it that says "members." (The other one says cash or pay.) There is a camera somewhere that checks your license plate and automatically opens the gate. The next step is lining your car up on the conveyor belt... follow that line with your driver side tire and you should be good! At this point, someone is letting you know whether to steer a little left or a little right to stay aligned and when to put your car in neutral. That person then sprays your car's windshield and the back of the car. This chemical concoction helps with the bugs or whatever else could be stuck on your car. Then... you just keep your feet off the pedals and the car goes along the conveyor belt with all the sprays and brushes cleaning your car. At the end, the dryers blow your car with powerful winds. At this point, I always feel like this part could be better, but it does ok. After the car wash, there is a designated area to vacuum and blow out your car. There are towels available to get the spots the dryer at the end of the car wash didn't get. I like the blowers because on the inside of the cars, dust builds up in the nooks and crannies that I can't get to with a towel. I still would not recommend buying from their display case. For example, the window wipes... they're supposed to leave a steak free shine (it says on the packaging) and they clearly don't. I even showed the staff that was working and because those are through a third party, they could not refund me. I did receive an air freshner as a replacement. Great service from the staff, great car wash... and the best Quick Quack around!

I had to swipe my CC three times to get my SUV fully scrubbed and rinsed off. There is an area in the back with vacuums also if needed. If your not into cleaning your own car, one of the stalls is a touch less wash, you can just drive in and the machine will do all the work for you. I'm not sure what those cost options are. I will definitely return!

For $9, we washed off all of our snowy, salty mess of a car in the touchless wash. We saw in the reviews that some people had trouble with the credit card, so we brought cash. It really did the trick, washed well, and did it without brushes, which my hubby doesn't like. Drive out slowly, you have almost a full 1 minute before the blow dry shuts off. It's easy off of the 80 freeway too.

Your employee illegally processed my bank card to set up a reoccurring payment plan for car washes. My wife and I went through there with her Lexus. He told me that for 3 dollars more that we could get another wash for this vehicle for the next month. We decided that it sounded like a good deal. In NO WAY did we state that we wanted to rejoin this establishment! I quit this place a few months ago and I was paying a lot less than $39.99 a month! Why the hell would I okay this??! Just refunding me the $39.99 doesn't cut it. For some reason you answered my yelp with a phone number to contact you. Of course that was false. And now I get a response that I will have to rely on some email that you probably won't even see!

These are seats from my baby, a 1974 VW bug I purchased new in December 1973. I had two cloth upholstered auto seats that were 25 years old and filthy! I attempted to clean them and made even more of a mess. Dave gave me a very reasonable estimate - which he stuck to. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the work and quickness. Dave treated me and my 'small job' like a VIP - just like it was a big job. He also has an awesome super friendly pooch - "Charlie" - she's a charmer. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who cares about quality. I don't think you can do much better than choosing Elite Auto Spa for your auto needs.

With the Quick…read moreQuack membership, you can go to any of their locations and wash your dirty car from the inside-out. The price of 2 car washes a month makes it well worth the membership. I had never been to this location, so finding the entrance was confusing and a little overwhelming with the car behind me that seemed to be really close. With the membership, I can pull in and get in a specific lane (there is one for cashiers and another for membership) and the gate automatically opens after a camera somewhere reads my license plate. Pulling in is a breeze. There is someone to guide you onto the conveyer belt. They sprits your car with a stronger solution before you enter the first spay down followed by brushes. However, the brushes do not seem to get up close to the area where your mirrors are. Each side gets 2 passes with these particular brushes and... well, this location is yet another that just misses the mark. Then these dryers are almost pointless. When I pulled away from the dryers, the entire car still had drops dripping down the sides, down the back. Across the windshield and hood of the car. This location makes more work for me!! At this point, if your pulling into the stalls with the vacuums, YOUR IN LUCK because there are damp towels so you can get out and dry your car off yourself! I do appreciate that they have vacuums and air houses... but it would've been even better if they worked! The stall I was in didn't have a working air hose or vacuum on the right side. I just said to heck with the passenger side of my car and didn't vacuum it. My driver side is looking pretty fly though This is a decent Quick Quack if you just need to run through real quick and be on your way. I'm not sure about the other stalls and how the rest of the vacuums & air hoses worked, but I am stuck with one dirty side... "Don't drive Dirty" ... is Quick quacks slogan... well, then fix your stalls or at least put up a sign letting the community know that house isn't working. I hate 'driving dirty!'
