After being a customer of specifically this Quick Quack for a few years, I have noticed... THIS IS THE BEST QUICK QUACK AROUND I have been to other locations in Roseville, Citrus Heights, Lincoln, and Sacramento... this is the only location that makes contact on both sides of my car with the brushes. It really is a big deal to me! I have a membership, which allows me to go to any location. As you approach the main entrance to check in, there are 2 (sometimes 3) lanes. I go to the one with a sign above it that says "members." (The other one says cash or pay.) There is a camera somewhere that checks your license plate and automatically opens the gate. The next step is lining your car up on the conveyor belt... follow that line with your driver side tire and you should be good! At this point, someone is letting you know whether to steer a little left or a little right to stay aligned and when to put your car in neutral. That person then sprays your car's windshield and the back of the car. This chemical concoction helps with the bugs or whatever else could be stuck on your car. Then... you just keep your feet off the pedals and the car goes along the conveyor belt with all the sprays and brushes cleaning your car. At the end, the dryers blow your car with powerful winds. At this point, I always feel like this part could be better, but it does ok. After the car wash, there is a designated area to vacuum and blow out your car. There are towels available to get the spots the dryer at the end of the car wash didn't get. I like the blowers because on the inside of the cars, dust builds up in the nooks and crannies that I can't get to with a towel. I still would not recommend buying from their display case. For example, the window wipes... they're supposed to leave a steak free shine (it says on the packaging) and they clearly don't. I even showed the staff that was working and because those are through a third party, they could not refund me. I did receive an air freshner as a replacement. Great service from the staff, great car wash... and the best Quick Quack around! read more

I asked for the middle priced car wash. He told me he could do the most expensive car wash for half off. I said okay. Then he started taking my license plate and credit card info and asked for my email. Without telling me, he was about to sign me up for a monthly membership. I kept saying no, he kept insisting on getting my email address. BEWARE of the SCAM - they will sign you up for a membership without even telling you. Fraud!!! If you value your vehicle, do not come here. We took our 3 week old car in for a quick wash. Its a Defender 130x (not a cheap car) and upon exiting I noticed the mirror had come lose. Upon inspecting, the mirror trim was broken in the carwash. I filed a claim, and I was told by Zach who is the manager he "feels" it was damaged before entering. He had zero proof to warrant his claim. I even did a ceramic clear coat on the mirror a week prior. He didn't even have the balls to tell me he made the decision, and tried to pawn it off on Quicks corporate. They charge $25 per month and could care less if they do a good job or damage cars. Look at additional reviews, I'm not the first and wont be the last. If you chose to use this carwash, be warned and hopefully you have a low deductible, I promise you will need to use it. ** In response to your response Zach since I cant reply, you told me you couldnt clearly see if there was pre-existing damage prior to coming in, and had no proof there was. It was your feeling that it did. Dont bullshit on here. You, along with this carwash are a joke. Both mirrors were flipped forward with force. I have never had any carwash that does that. That in it of itself per landrover could cause the crack if close enough to high pressure water (angle against the design of the mirror merge. I've been a long-time paying member of Quick Quack Car Wash, but I'm very dissatisfied with my recent experience. My car has what appears to be chemical streaks on the hood, roof, and trunk. When I brought this issue to the Auburn location, I hoped for a helpful resolution but left extremely disappointed. The store leader, Zach, was dismissive, unwilling to thoroughly look at the issue, and quick to deflect responsibility. At one point, he even suggested that I may have caused the damage myself. As someone who takes pride in maintaining my vehicle, this was frustrating and unprofessional. On the other hand, another staff member was more attentive and willing to listen, but unfortunately, Zach's attitude overshadowed the interaction. I later called Quick Quack's customer service, and they instructed me to return to the wash and speak with a team member. They assured me my concern would be addressed, but it hasn't been. At the end of the day, the team members and individuals working there are just that and are not trained paint and auto-body engineers, specialists or professionals. I wasn't looking for a free wash or a handout--just acknowledgment of the issue and a solution. I expect better customer service, especially as a loyal, long-time member. read more

Quick through.. easy monthly subscription that I use CONSTANTLY.. the management seems to be keeping everything working properly and fixing things quickly when necessary. Employees always seem supportive and happy to help! I do always stop and dry my vehicle for touch ups. I do t expect a drive through to ever give me a 100% clean and dry.. that part is up to you. I just wasted $21.99 at Quick Quack Car wash in Auburn. My car does not look like it was washed at all. There is still bird poop on the windshield and cat paw prints on the back window. The hood, roof top and trunk do not look like they had any contact with water or soap. My side mirrors are still very dirty. The roof racks are still covered in tree droppings. I left the car wash and unfortunately did not inspect my car until I arrived at my parents house. I told my dad I just came from the car wash and he could not believe it! He said it doesn't look like my car has been washed in a while. Conveniently the service could not print my receipt so I can't even prove I was there. Scratched my car all over and then claimed It couldn't be them. I went to a detail shop and the first thing they asked was " did you go through a touch wash? These people lie through their teeth. My car is a 2020 model and is not "over five years old." It is all stock and had no defects before they tore it up. They did not send me any email. The only reason that they responded at all was because I called their corporate offices to try to get some information. Stay away from this business! I've talked to the local body shops, and the Quack is known by them for this sort of nonsense. Read the reviews. Not the ones put in by the Quack employees but the actual reviews. I went to get my car washed. They have a system where one car goes in the right lane, and then the car and the lift line goes. It was my turn, and as I was turning to get into the lane the driver flipped me off, called me a bitch, and told me it was her turn. She missed ramming her vehicle into my car by inches. She proceeded to drive off of the curb and brushed the side of the wall with her car so that she could get in front of me. The method that they have is completely unsafe and I have canceled my account with them until they are able to manage the flow of traffic without people wanting to wreck your car and call you names. read more

He does clearly state in an email I have copied here from July 15th at 1:38 PM At that moment I can't see the steering wheel turn, but I do see the physical tire turning. Please let me know if you have any more questions. The email you posted out of context is referring to before the incident and I believe he is mistaken in what he thinks he sees. At no point during the car wash on the conveyor did I turn or hold the steering wheel. As I said Quick Quack will not allow me personally to see or obtain any of the video footage of the incident, so yes the footage is being withheld from me contrary to what this representative stated. Hello I love this location and the people are friendly I just have a concern or two my car did not get rinsed in the Drive-Thru yesterday usually it has a heavier rinse and then a fine mistrants but this time it only had the fine mist rinse also maybe ease up a little bit on the spinny things inside the drive-thru the pressure may be a little hard I noticed quite a few new little mix in the paint and the only reason I know this is because I used to hand wash my vehicle and I don't drive it much at all otherwise employees are absolutely awesome quick quack you are my friend thank you very much read more

Great considering for the price it's the only option locally. I wish they offered full service option where they vacuum and detail for you though. Unfortunately last few times I've had to go through car wash twice To get my basic dirty car clean as water spots and soap scum where dried on it and tires wheels still very dirty. I canceled my subscription with them by web site and by phone call. Months later iam still being billed $55.99. All I got was a refund of one month and was told it would be a one time refund. There records will show no that I haven't been there since late last year. That's why they want your credit card and not cash to sign up. This is not the way to run a business. Word of mouth gets you business and can ruined a business. What I have heard your not doing so good in the customer business. You sit up in your offices and think everything is OK it's not. I was just contacted by, Zack, the Quick Quack manager at 2435 Drive In Way in Auburn and was informed again that they would not consider fixing the gash caused by their recalibrated machine from over a month ago. I was bothered that he said on the message that the scratch could not have been caused by their machine and am suprised the footage was not reviewed to show the damage. While the car is a 2016, it was purchased from Carmax this year and did not have a scratch on it. While two door panels were scratched, I am only concerned with the deep gash. The first time Zack talked to me he had not reviewed the footage from their cameras and again, the damage is obvious. I plan to drop by today to show Zach and see how it goes. read more

I'm not one to ever write reviews, but I just have make mention of this. I don't know if this falls on the worker or on the machine it self, but it stacked the cars in so close to one another. We legitimately were 6 inches behind the car in front of us and there was a car equally as close behind us. All of our cars were like "bouncing" off each other. It was like we kept hitting the car in front of us and the car behind us would tap our car. The poor man ahead of us drove out of the car wash before he could get his car dried just to avoid us from hitting him. We had to do the same, drive out so the car behind us wouldn't hit us.
