These guys are a pleasure to deal with all around. I have been to four Quick Quack locations here in the Coachella Valley and by far my favorite is this location on Ramon Road in Cathedral City. The staff are all friendly and professional. This location always has extra shammies available for you to dry off your vehicle after you go through the car wash. The after-wash bays always have vacuums and air guns available and working - we have not always found that at other locations. I have purchased the unlimited "ceramic" package which gives me unlimited visits to any Quick Quack location for the "ceramic" wash, which is their top of the line wash - always leaves my 24-year-old 4-Runner looking like it just came off the lot. If you are not happy with the way your vehicle came out, you can go through again - no problem. You can also purchase a single wash if you wish, but I have found for a few extra dollars, the unlimited monthly package is a great deal - you can return as many times as you wish during the month. I have found I only go a couple of times in any given month, but it still is less expensive than paying for a one-time wash. There are two entry lanes at this Ramon Road location. If you are a member, you can enter on the right and not have to wait in line to speak with the attendant. A camera captures your license plate and you just drive right through. If you want those extra shammies or the free wipe they give to wipe down your dash and other areas of your interior, you need to drive in one the left and get those from the always-friendly attendant. The usual monthly charge for the ceramic wash is $35.99. I usually wait for one of their frequent specials which gives you the same wash for half price - $17.99. Cancellation is very easy either with your online account if you choose to create one or with their friendly customer service reps by phone. All said, Quick Quack offers a terrific car wash at a very competitive price.And I can highly recommend this location on Ramon Road in Cathedral City. read more

Update in response to their reply: This is definitely the right location, but way to dodge responsibility. My name here is different from my legal name. Some people actually go by names other than their legal name. This car wash broke my side mirror, and when I filed an incident report, the employee made it sound like this is a known issue. Something along the lines of "sometimes it gets stuck and does that". I was told the store manager would reach out to me in a few days, but no one did. I called and emailed the main number 6 different times over 3 weeks, and every time I was told the store manager would contact me within 3 days. Never happened. It wasn't until I was able to convince the customer service rep to contact the regional manager that anyone finally responded to me, over 3 weeks after I filed the report, and by a canned email that said they won't pay to fix it because the car is more than 5 years old. I requested a cancellation and refund, but surprise surprise, no one has responded. Also, of the handful of times I've been to this location, not once has the back of my car come out clean. read more

I had been going here for long time until my recent visit . After exiting my ceramic duck wash I noticed the entire top of my car wasn't touched so I decided to go through again same thing and a 3rd time same thing.After finding the number I called customer service and got the run around well they turn off the top roller because of my luggage rails are you joking me !! Only half of my car is get washed and I'm paying full price well this is the last time I ever get my car done here poor service poor customer service poor experience thumbs down if you got a luggage rack don't go here !!!!!! read more

Not knowing the area, I was a little confused trying to find the entrance, the entrance and exit drive are the same and the whole business is on one heck of a footprint. The vacuum system is powerful and seems to be as much as you need and it's free. Back home, vacuuming has a fee. Car was clean but it did need more drying, the air drying or blow drying isn't enough from their machines, in my opinion. read more

They are never actually open at 7 am. It takes at least 10 mins after for them to even open the gates.

Ok. It's great. 13$ for the basic drive through situation but it really got my car clean and it had way more sunbaked dust on it than I care to admit. Seemed like the Dyson of drive throguh car washes. Best part is the fantastic DIY vacuum detailing area with cloths, blower gun, steady upkeep, good lighting, etc. Check in guy and the guy helping with sweep/garbage by vacuums were both really nice. I'm mentioning because it was like 7:30 on what looked like a very busy Thursday and they could easily been over it at that point. However, they were just clearly in good moods. The Quick Quack that I usually go to on Ramon in Cathedral City is a great place to get your car washed. It's easy & fast. The car was has great soap and rince of the vehicle, along with a wax & dry. After the wash there are ample vacuums & provided dry towels, which once soiled you can leave & get a fresh towels. I have been very happy with Quick Quack over the past year. read more

Refused to even repoave my plate bracket that was ripped off and sitting the wash bay. I didn't even try to get grill or bumper repaired. Also noticed my truck mirror gets nailed by a sign on right side as my trucks being pulled in I believe dhs location. Between what I pay for my cars on this plan and a mobile wash guy I'm going to pay mobile guy maybe 20 more a month and that's for a full wash inside and out with no body damage done read more

Have been a member for over a year. Normally had great service however....... Recently this location something has changed. The spot free rinse either runs very slow or sometimes not at all. This results in spots all over my windows and the back of my car. They installed holders for provided micro fiber towels however they rarely every have any towels for the customers to use. Other issue is the gross smell of the recycled water sometimes. The location on Vista Chino is smaller but better quality read more

The worst one of the chain. People blast music other people may not care for. . Have to ask to have rear wiper taped, no towels, my car is still dirty and to top it off not one of the air hoses work and could not find any vacuums working. I went to 3 bays and nothing. So sad it is so subpar. At least let customers know they can't vacuum after wash. Definitely will avoid this location. Had to revise my review. These guys are just flat out terrible. Machines will scratch your car! Not only does it scratch but it doesn't dry your car at all. If you don't get out after and wipe down your ENTIRE car you will have hard water spots all over. They recycle the water so it smells like sewer water. I came out of it one time and my License plate was literally folded in half and have seen multiple other cars with their plate damaged or hanging off their car. I had a lady in the car in front of me hit her brakes while the machine pushed my car into hers. Long story short they offered me 6 months of free washes. Not a single month was credited. The last time I went through there was a distinct scratch from the machine spinning all the way from the top of my car down and when I brought it to the managers attention she immediately said our machine couldn't do that. Mmm ok. So I wrote a review had the owner leave me his contact so I emailed him stating everything that happened. He told me to take it up with the manager at the specific location. lol. So we called to cancel our subscription... they said it already charged for this month yesterday and would not refund, so I pulled up to the car wash just to see if my membership was still active... lol nope, charged us both for another month but canceled the membership 25 days before the month was over. Just terrible business, and when brought to the owner's attention, he tells you to handle it yourself. Don't do business with these people. When your car gets damaged they won't do shit and the machine scatches the shit out of your car and rims! read more

This car wash is an excellent value for cleaning the outside of your car. As for the inside, let me yell you, the vacuum's at Quick Quack can suck up an elephant! They are AMAZING! If your not happy with the cleanness of your car, you can run OT through again! Who else would let you do that? Nor many, if at all. The place is clean and the employees are top notch,i helpful and friendly. I cant wait for the new Quick Quack to open off MONTERREY and DINAH SHORE, close enough to me to wash old Betsy more than only once in a blue moon.
