Ironically, I see I wrote a 5 star review for this same location in 2017. Makes sense, I have been taking all my vehicles here for the last several years. But today, I was met by the single most rude employee one could imagine. Now, maybe she was just having a bad day (it happens) but to interrupt my sentence just to tell me "I need you to put on your parking brake, roll down your window and give me your mileage" with a level of demand and urgency as if the lives of children were at risk, is a little much. My response; "Wow, that is a lot of needs." She again repeated her demands and clearly I failed to understand how serious the moment had become so she added pointing and gestors to supplement her request; "I need you to put on your brake, roll down your window and give me your mileage!" Yeah, I heard your list of demands the first time. I have been pulled over with less consternation then what this tech was displaying. I simply replied, "No, I think I will go someplace else." I have been to this Jiffy Lube before and it was always a normal experience. Yesterday I arrived for an oil change 30 minutes before they closed for the day. The workers were a little upset and I told them I didn't need any extra services due to how close it was to their closing time, that I would only get the oil change. As I sat in the waiting room, I heard the workers calling me a "fucking bitch" multiple times. I don't care if you call me a bitch or think I am one, I would just prefer you hold off your comments until I am out of earshot. I also work customer service so I understand dealing with frustrating customers, I was just upset because it felt uncalled for. I was also out of there ten minutes before they closed so it really wasn't that serious lol. read more

I came in for my car to get serviced earlier this week with my friend because we were on a trip going back to salt lake and my change oil light came on, I drove around the building to where they take your car in, I saw multiple employees sitting outside smoking something which was a bit weird I assumed they were on break just smoking a cigarette, which is no big concern but once I pulled fully in and rolled down my window I smelt the stench of marijuana. The employee who greeted me was very rude, when it was time for me to pay I felt very disrespected. I wasn't surprised to see when I got home there was a puddle of some sort of fluid in my driveway. so I took it to the shop and my drain plug wasn't on good enough and I was low on oil. read more

This location why I a tend to stick with Jiffy Lube when things go wrong with my vehicle. The gentlemen at this shop were very knowledgeable and helpful when we came in with our transmission overheating. Very grateful. read more

I usually bring my car to Jiffy Lube for my oil change. It's conveniently located across from Starbucks by Walmart, so I drop my car off, get a coffee, and within a few minutes it's parked outside...completed...waiting for me to pick up. We had an issue with a massive oil leak that drained 100% of the oil in our car. I called Jiffy Lube and the manager James sent Mindi to our house to check out our car. She couldn't fix it on the spot, BUT did pick me up and tow me to the shop first thing the next morning. Within a few hours they had the part and I was up and running again. I just wanted to recognize the five star, "above and beyond" customer service at this location.. Thanks again!!! read more

Never a good situation when your car breaks down, especially when it's your own doing. My husband and I were making the trek and move from CA to UT and unfortunately I ran into him. The moving truck was fine but our Kia Sportage was leaking coolant. Bad situation but thankful it was not worst and also extremely thankful that the closest exit off the I-15 had this Jiffy Lube and Anson who came to the rescue! It wasn't a major part but it took Kia two days to get it to him, but he followed up with me & Kia to let me know status. Once it came in, he gave it top priority so I could finally get back on the road. Just a side point, our car was packed with computer items, guitars, etc. and they kept our car secure for those days which also was greatly appreciated. We didn't realize Jiffy Lube could do a repair like this and they felt bad for me being stranded and even charged less than they could of. I would highly recommend them for their kindness & professionalism. read more

Every time I come here I wonder why I made the decision. They are soooo sloooow at this location. No complaints about the service but only come here if you have some time. The other location here is Cedar City is faster. read more

I always take my cars here. And it's always been good but today I took my Honda fit in and got an oil change and asked them to check the tires. At the end I asked again did you check my tires because the low air pressure light is still on. They said yes they checked them. Got to work and had a flat tire. they didn't check them. read more

while traveling through Utah I stopped at this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. They were slow when i came in but the whole staff. immediately jumped on my van like a Nascar pit crew. Everyone was very polite and professional and the shop was spotless. Puts my local Jiffy Lube to shame!! read more
