I am extremely disappointed with the level of dishonesty and negligence I experienced at this Ford service department. Not only was I misled, but Ford's incorrect diagnosis could have cost me thousands of dollars and potentially my safety. Ford claimed to have flushed my brake lines three times and insisted that my vehicle needed a part replacement, quoting me $3,000 and telling me the part would take nearly two months to arrive. They were absolutely certain the part had failed. Here's the truth: I took my car to a second, independent mechanic. He immediately saw that my brake fluid was amber, dirty, and clearly NEVER flushed, which contradicts everything Ford told me. He also discovered air still trapped in the system, which explains the issue - something Ford failed to fix after multiple visits. The independent mechanic replaced a brake line, flushed the system correctly, and bled the brakes the way it should have been done. My brakes came back instantly. No issue. No electrical failure. No need for a $3,000 repair and a two-month wait. So Ford: Failed to properly diagnose the issue, Claimed to perform work they clearly did not do, Tried to push an unnecessary $3,000 part replacement, Put my family at risk by sending me home with unsafe brakes. Your service department either lacks basic competence, or they intentionally upsell customers on expensive repairs they don't need. Either way, it is unacceptable. I will no longer trust this dealership with my vehicle, and I will be reporting this experience to Ford Motor Company directly along with supporting documentation from the independent mechanic who actually fixed the problem. Customers deserve honesty, not scare tactics and false diagnoses. read more

We found out a bolt in our front suspension was missing. we were towing a 30 ft trailer, and it was very hazardous. They fixed it immediately and got us on the way.... Only charging us for the bolt! Amazing service! read more

Service center was super nice, quick and efficient. I drove my car here to avoid the Ford in St.George and it was worth it. The waiting room was nicer. Even the receptionist was kinder on the phone. Definitely worth the drive everyone here was nice. read more

WORST-RUDESTcustomer service I have EVER received from a FORD dealer. Specifically, Chrystian our assigned Service Manager, was uninformed, lazy, unrealiable and flat out RUDE!!! After having my car for 6 weeks, giving me excuse after excuse, I finally called and said fix it or I'll come get.... magically, 2 hous later we got a call that they had found the part and it would be ready and I could pick it up in 2 days. I got there at the agreed upon day, paid for the service and when I went to get my car it was dead. After 6 weeks and 740.00, Chrystian couldn't be bothered with charging my car before my arrival. When I asked if that was standard procedure, (not charging a car that is fixed by FORD prior to a customer picking it up!) Chrystian did not caer for my question....his response was to say to me that I was "such and entitled woman!" and that I was asking rude questions. I was 'entitled' to expect a polite response or reassurance from my "Service Manager!!" WOW!!! I am still amazed that Cedar City Ford would allow this behavior from an employee who's job is to literally to facilitate the process... time for some customer service training..... and pray that the damage done isn't too great... I know I will not be a Cedar City Ford customer again.... you can thank CHRYSTIAN for that... read more

Horrible service center! Our new Fold Maverick truck, that we bought from them, would not get out of park. We had to get it towed to the service center. They have had our truck for a month with no communication. After a month we went in to get information on our truck, they lied to us and told us they had looked at our truck and had a diagnosis, but we found out later that they had not looked at it and were not planning on looking at it anytime soon. Never go there if you want to know what is going on and want your car back quickly. read more

Amazing people, they treat you like family. They aren't pushy, and they don't make you feel like you have to buy a car. Super helpful and sweet people, and I have so much respect for their commitment to being what a car dealership should be. For comparison, I recently shopped at Stephen Wade in St. George, and they were disrespectful, dishonest, pushy, and made inappropriate comments. I am glad I bought my car from Cedar City Ford. Refuses to honor their service repair warranty. Took my car in for a repair. Window switch. Fixed it fine. Told me that parts and labor were covered under their 1 year repair policy. Two weeks later. The window switch malfunctioned. Took it back. It took them 7 days to replace the switch. 10 minute job. One week later. The switch malfunctioned again. It has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. Obviously refusing to repair it and waiting for me to take my car somewhere else. read more

Service department is very poor, even by auto dealership standards. An appointment means nothing. Once they have your car, there is no communication. Went in for a front end alignment, we found out after 6 hours that the alignment person wasn't working today, so they were going to have someone else trying to do it, but they were having trouble just getting started. Told us if they couldn't get it done they'd work on it another day. Complained at us for being upset at their lack of work and the inordinate time to do a simple scheduled job. I have returned to this dealership for all service and recalls on my Ford Truck. The staff has always been professional and helpful. That was again the case when I stopped for my recent service appointment. My service writer let us in about 10 minutes before the shop actually opened. He wrote up what was needed and gave me directions to the waiting room. They have complimentary popcorn, coffee, hot drinks, and different flavors of pop. It took about an hour for my truck to be completed and when it was done, a different service writer went over all the details of the service. He also recommended some areas that I should address during my next visit. He also gave me a detailed print out in regards to my specific maintenance plan and what I could expect during future visits. This is my fourth or fifth service appointment and even though I did not purchase my truck from them, they treat me as if I had. All of my experiences to date have been positive and because of that, I will continue to return. When I'm in the market for a new Ford, I will stop here first. read more

Had to use the services of CC Ford's service department when my '96 Bronco's idler pulley disintegrated about 60 miles north of Cedar City on I-15 southbound. We dropped the Bronco off the night before using the key drop, and had already spoken with the service manager handling Ford products informing him of our predicament. The Bronco was seen as soon as possible, and we were able to pick it up at around 1:30 PM...and we were back on the road. This place is amazing! My 19yr Sons truck broke down on our way to Idaho in the Cedar City area. Needless to say we had to just purchase a car. After looking around this super cute town we opted for the Ford dealership due to our needs. Purchasing out of state and in between residential states. (Moving from CA to ID) from the start our person was Erik! He has been so up front and helpful. The whole dealership worked for us to get around our unique needs and situation!! I ran into car trouble in Utah on my way to Arizona. I was so upset and distraught, Mike helped me over the phone and I got my car to this dealership. He did his best to help me get back on the road. He and Andrea were so kind and really helped us stranded California girls out. I believe Tony worked well on my car and he was also very nice. I would've given five stars but unfortunately we still ran into some trouble on the road. I can not say enough good things about Cedar City Ford Lincoln, We were on our way back to Idaho when our 2019 Lincoln Nautalus blew a head gasket and we were stranded along side the road. We contacted a towing company through roadside assisance which was just the start of a very good experience and were towed to this dealership. We were told that it would be a minimum of Two weeks before we would get our car back and we were fine with that as we knew that we could rent a car and be on our way, unfortunately there were no rental cars available that day so the dealerdhip loaned us a 2022 Lincoln Aviator to get around town. We ended up spending the night and were hopeful we'd get a rental the next day. When we found out that we were not going to get a rental the next day due to the volume of people renting vehicles for the weekend we made an executive decission and ended up purchasing a new car, the Lincoln Aviator. Everyone at the dealership were so kind and helpful, from Kary in the service Dept. to Josh and Shae and the entire sales staff. I have no problem buying a car here, but their service department is awful. I had a recall on my Ford Transit. I had called a few weeks ago and was told parts had to be ordered for this recall. They ordered the parts and they called me a few days ago to tell me they were in. So, I made a 9am appointment to get the work done. After dropping it off, I called several times to see if it was done, they kept saying, not yet. At 5pm I got a call to tell me that they didn't have the parts, and that they would have to order them. I explained that I had already gone through this process, and that the parts were being held for me. He said he didn't know where they were. If there was a problem with the parts why didn't they call me earlier? I wasted a whole day and got nothing accomplished. The problem here is not with the actual mechanics who work on the cars, it is with the "Service Representative." Like so many dealers, they insist on assigning a service representative to you, and then you have to talk to that person. When you call, nobody else will tell you anything, they say you have to talk to your service representative. Every time I call the Service Representative is either with a customer, on the phone, or at lunch. What a ridiculous system. read more

Do not service your vehicle here. Recall on my Expedition for leaking brake fluid. Called months ago and they were waiting on parts. Secretary said she'd call when they were in. Waited and waited. Finally stopped in, and she says, "Oh, we've had these parts for awhile! I guess I apologize for not calling you." Red flag number one. Take my vehicle in, and they say it'll take an hour and they'll call when it's done. 2.5 hours later, I call them and the secretary says, "Oh yeah you're vehicles been done!" Red flag number two. Woke up the next morning, backed my vehicle out, and there is a huge puddle of brake fluid under it! It never leaked before taking it in, and now it's leaking brake fluid which is exactly what the recall and their fix was supposed to prevent! Big red flag number 3! Now I'm back at the dealership while they try to fix what they did wrong and have no faith that it'll be correct when I get it back. I was warned about this service department by multiple people beforehand and have seen horrible reviews. Avoid it at all costs if you can! read more

We were driving home to southern California from BrianHead when are Lincoln Navigator wouldn't shift into drive we were followed by a super nice sheriff to this dealership on Monday, Presidents Day! My initial thought was how lucky we were too fine a Lincoln/ Ford Dealership & service department. Unfortunately the service was terrible, no responses, no diagnosis after three days of being stranded in Cedar City. I had to pick up the car & take it to Cedar City Auto Repair where they repaired the car in two days! I wish I had found them first. They were reliable, honest & fair I can't say that of Cedar City Ford Lincoln. I was terribly disappointed & would not recommend there service department. read more

I own a 2016 Ford F150 Eco boost V6, I've apparently got a problem with the torque converter. Gratefully, I've had to 2 calls (from Tim?) updating me on their progress with repairs. Parts are not available for repairs so now we wait. I've become an "un-Ford" person due to this truck. At 30,000 miles, I had to have a new throttle body. Now at 52,000 miles I'm looking at another repair, to the drive train this time. I bought a Ford because I wanted reliability in my retirement truck...doesn't look like I'm gonna get it with a Ford. Again, This is not on Cedar City Ford but just on Fords in general. A car company should have repair parts available I would think. read more

I am part of the rock chip network. Our experience with the owner Mike Haigler was very terrible. Any businesses that are a part of the rock chip network, should stay away from them. We had our meeting with him about a month ago, and told us he didn't have a problem with us there, and he needed to speak with the service manager first. And we told him we were in the process of getting business insurance. We didn't hear anything for about a month back. We called and kept trying to get a hold of him, and he wouldn't ever return our calls. We called the service manager, and he told us he never heard anything from Mike Haigler, but didn't have any problem with us being there. Today we went in, and got told we needed to go talk to Mike Haigler. He told us we couldn't be there anymore because we we were calling customers to repair their windshields, and because we weren't apart of their company, even after we had permission from the service manager to be there. I dont recommend any of the networks do business with Mike Haigler. If they want to do business with Mike Haigler, he needs to take better approaches with other business and treat them like they matter. The service manager Aaron was very great!
