The first time I came here, the lady working was so sweet and kind and chipper lot of smiles. The next time I came here there was a gentleman working the front gate. He was a little pushy on the sales, but also kind. This is my third visit quite a good wash got the lowest rate and there is a girl working by herself. But she's doing great! To be 100% honest this is a great car wash, I've been to the other car washes in the area and although they're cheaper they don't do such a clean job. The pricing is reasonable, the staff are friendly, and any questions I had was answered quickly and respectfully. I see the other reviews about cars still being dirty or the employees acting unprofessional and to that I say two things. One; did you inform the employees of your car still being dirty? And did you choose the best wash? Two; Did you bring the employees attitude to the attention of the managers? I'm not saying everyone is perfect, just that you should try to voice your concerns before writing a one sided review. read more

since the switch over from glint this place went downhill so bad! My car never came clean in the wash I would always have to go through at least twice. the kids directing you into the tunnels are rude and unprofessional and when their lack of direction leads to a misplaced car on the track, they talk down to you like you are to blame. I don't have eyes outside my car to know where I'm supposed to go how about you direct properly and treat people with respect. read more

Our car wasn't very dirty, and yet didn't get clean in the $25 wash. It seemed to run us through quickly compared to the former Glint. We had to rely on the damp rags to clean up afterward, and will still have to wash it again later. We were happy with Glint, but sadly this change is definitely not it. We were hopeful, but disappointed. At least we were able to vacuum. read more

Bad first impression. I used to frequent the previous owner, must of had 40-50 car washes. So when I saw the charge on my bank account for their service, which I had authorized with the prior owner. I decided, what the heck, i need a car wash and I want to try out the new service. Well that is when the problems started. I drove up and they have 2 lanes on for members and on for cash. Since they enrolled me I choose the membership lane. There was a car in front of me, A Ford Flex. I sat there for 5 minuets while they attedendants took care of this customer, All the time thinking why did I choose this lane. I could be done by now, why do they make member choose a separate lane. It was not a speed or service issue. I waited for the car to pull forward and then pulled up, they told my service was available and go to right on through. So I did. I ended up behind the Ford Flex again. waiting for it to go through a head of me. it pulled up and that is when the problems started. I tried to pull foreward, but I was cautious because I was not receiving any instruction from the attendant as to weather I should turn left or right, Then my car hit something and it came to a halt. I did not know what to do. I tried to go forward but nothing. I looked up to the attendant for instruction but nothing. I then rolled down my window and asked what the problem was, he seem to not know at first. then he said the car was too low. It was not to low, it was the same height it had always been when previously utilized this facility. I asked for insturction on whether I should go right or left to and he said I need to back out. I was like what? back out, you're too low. I backed up about 6 inches, but he wanted me to completely back out of the entrance way. I could not because another car , a black Tesla, had pulled in behind me. I was trapped. The attendant was doing nothing to help solve the problem, when I asked him what I needed to do, he began berating me. instead of helping solve the problem. I had to get out of the car look at the tire look at undercarriage and space it myself. just to get it on the belt. I figured that I need to pull a little to the left and so I got back in and did so. I was finally on despite all the mocking and ridicule. I pulled up and forgot to stick the car in neutral. so the car jerk forward. I realized what had happened so I quickly put it in to natural. finally things were normal. As I was sitting in my car, with the windows rolled up the brushes spinning and the water and soap spraying. I heard the attendant say "What a Psycopath". What???? This is the service I paid for??? I deserve to be treated like that for his mistake? So in summary If you go to Quick Quack. you will breached for service you did not ask, have to wait extra long as a member, have the attendant almost damage you vehicle, have the attendant make the problem worse, then blame me and then I have to fix the problem my self and then be called a Psycopath for my troubles. All of this Just to get my car washed. Now the attendant was working between 5:20- 5:40 pm Monday Aug 18, 2025. He was tall and very athletic, he had a light brown complexion. when I was talking to him, he gave off "JOCK" vibes. I hope you will take this seriously and correct the situation. he could have done serious damage to my car and it could have turned into something more serious. read more

Not pleased. The car wash didn't even spray water or soap onto our vehicle. Also it did not turn the blowers on at the end. I went back through to let them know and point out the road grime/dust still on my car and the gentlemen had the audacity to ask me if I drove through the wash instead of shift into neutral. Went through a second time and it finally had water but didn't get everything. I know a lot of people have had trouble here and I'm wondering if they try to short cut the cheap washes hoping to get away with extra cash. read more

Bought the middle unlimited car wash, went through it once and my wheels and tires were still dirty and no tire shine added. Brought it to the attendant's attention and went through again, still had dirty wheels and no tire shine added. Every time I've gone there either the vacuums have very low suction or aren't working. Other then an email from corporate no one at the Chehalis Store cared to contact me and make it right. Very disappointing for a new business. read more

Absolutely the worst wash job on my trk I've ever had , would not recommend to anyone. And over priced especially for the quality of work!

That was quite possibly the worst car wash I've ever paid for. It never touched my passenger window, but they didn't even bother to pre spray that side of the car anyway. After checking what was washed I was so embarrassed to drive looking that bad I had to go purchase another wash just to fix the mess they made. Vacuum didn't suck, couldn't even pick up paper... really bad! read more
