I went in about a month ago to get my tires rotated and see if they could fix a TPMS sensor problem on a 2005 Pilot. They found that 3 of the sensors had a dead battery and gave me a quote to replace them of $55 x 4 tires. I gave the okay for the service and it was completed very quickly and efficiently. I also recently had to have the tires replaced on another 2006 Pilot my wife drives as she had damaged one on a curb. They had the Cooper tires in stock and got everything installed in a fast and professional manner. So I got home lastnight to hear my tire hissing at me. My husband puts on the spare and tells me to run it in to these guys in the morning (today) and have it fixed. I went in today for new tires and they refunded me (I paid over the phone in advance) because the tread was almost new on my old tires. They always get things done ahead of schedule. I called on the phone and asked if I could get tires and wheels replaced and if they could do my bolt on wegeel spacers. Spoke with a man about everything! We agreed as to what was going to be done and he was to leave a note for the technician. The note didn't say what we discussed and they would not do what we talked about in the phone. They also didn't offer to balance the tires like we spoke about to. They didn't care about getting a new customer for life. If these tire and wheels didn't fit, I would need to purchases new tires and wheels. Also the lady at the desk is rude when answering the phone and was rude as soon as I walked in. 0 I drove in and requested an oil change. My oil was changed, I was given a quote for new tires. I got home, and one of my tires was now flat (coincidence right?). Now, 7 days after my service, I am stranded on the side of the road with a "low oil" warning, and am being told by this company that if they towed my car in to look at it, I'd have to rely on their determination of fault (i.e let's investigate ourselves and find nothing wrong!) To determine who pays the tow bill. They then try to blame the situation on a 6 year old recall not relevant to my trim level. I eventually decide to take a look myself, while my car is still parked. I get under the car and take a video of my drain plug, spinning freely. I call in again, inform them of what I've found, and finally get a free tow back to the shop. I am called to be informed my car is ready for pick-up, the very second thing the guy on the other line said was "you know you need a new battery, right?" which, is both untrue (I have a short that drains the battery, battery itself is fine) it is also the stupidest possible thing to try and do to your already obviously upset customer. They refuse to warranty the work they've done, and when my engine dies in 500 miles I'll be taking them to court. And I've got plenty of documentation, photos, videos, to back it up. read more

Went in saying I didn't understand why my ABS light was going off and that my vehicle gyrated, the man said he didn't believe me, told me that I set off the ABS, and then sent on my way. The problem persisted and I went to a DIFFERENT TIRE SHOP (Earley Tire), they immediately take a look at my vehicle and find that the hubs and brakes need to be replaced. I got a bolt stuck in my tire on my fully loaded truck with a fully loaded trailer I was in a panic because I thought I would have to disconnect the trailer which hand no stand so I called these giys and they said come on in they had me pull straight in to a bay and where able to fix my tire trailer attached and all. They didnt even charge me. It was great to have such great service especially on a day when everything went wrong. Passing through town and got a flat on the interstate. Got to the shop right when they opened. The guy walked through his inventory because he was sure there was a more cost effective option than what was showing in the computer- since we have an AWD vehicle we had to replace all four tires. Small shop- had to use manual jacks. Got us in and out in less than an hour. If we ever get stuck in Centralia with a flat again we will be back. read more

On vacation with the family at Great Wolf Lodge. Went to leave and found a nail in the tire. Went to OK Tire first thing this morning. Was able to get a patch and was out in 15 minutes. They put back the spare and checked all the other pressures. Oh, and at no charge. They told me they patch tires for free. Wow, that was awesome. One less thing to have to worry about when on a vacation. Something that could have been time consuming, they were able to take care of us and get us on our way. Staff was very nice, greeted me in the parking lot when I pulled up and the facilities were very very clean. Been calling around for prices on tires, The guy that answered the phone said he had some used ones and when I asked him the price he said 50.00 each. for $3 less I can get new ones at Walmart for the same exact tire. What I don't get is why they sell used tires for almost the new price when they get them for free from the customer. Even les shwab gives used tires away and just charges 25.00 to mount and balance. If you need tires check another store. Besides overcharging they customer service and politeness severely lacks. read more
