I went one day for a basic car wash. Had seen a lot of ads for it on Instagram so I figured I would try it. It was $11 dollars for about something the gas station car wash can do the same or even better. It just wasn't worth the hype of all the adds. If you have a rear wiper apparently always request to have it taped down. I have been a member for awhile but last week when I came it was shut down for at least 4hrs due to malfunction. This week the dryer blew my rear wiper off my SUV. They claim the employee offered and I declined and I all I remember is that I declined the towel and air freshener. I usually get it taped down and honestly if it blows that much then they should make it mandatory to tape down all wipers. After I parked to vacuum and discovered it missing, I told an employee who did manage to find it but just handed it to me and did not mention anything about an incident report. I tried to snap it back at home but it is cracked inside. I had to call and find out from corporate that I should have filled out an incident paper form onsite? They should have this online for customers as we had to drive back to complete this. They denied my request for them to fix it so I am taking all our cars elsewhere due to poor customer communication and service. read more

I came through Saturday, September 21 at 9 AM. This is about The girl with the glasses working the water sprayer. I have roof racks on my car and I come through here every single day. They always retract the roller because of my roof rack and I always have to tell them I wanted to come down. It's fine that they do that because it's their job, I just wanted to come down so I have to let them know to reverse it there's no issue every single day except today because it's so loud when I call them they do not hear me so I always have to honk to get their attention, this girl took exception to the fact that I honked and rolled her eyes at me and shook her head as she walked away I went back to try to speak to the manager who wasn't there, and she walked up to me and asked me what the problem is I didn't want to continue conversation with her because I had nothing good to say. Hopefully a manager will follow up with me so they get the story and she doesn't do this to other people. read more

Each time thinking I'll come back next week to do it....this week a whole row of vacuums are shut down so really inconvenient to have to go to a different location when this one is so close! Every time I come through I always have excellent service! The ceramic wash always leaves my car looking brand new on the outside. The vacuums also have great suction that allows me to get the inside of my car very clean and spotless. I was in the area for a kids birthday party and looked up express car washes while trying to kill time. Stopped by this one and felt that it cleaned my car better than any of the express car wash places we have where I live (costa mesa). I also love the fact they give you towels (since i was not close to home and this was a random stop by i wasnt prepared w my own towels) to help dry and detail your car. I have the highest monthly membership and I frequent this location most because it's closest to my job. For some reason, the quality of wash lacks considerably at this location. Other locations, I can light dry, and go, everything's clean and no water spots. This location, my rims are still a bit dirty, and water spots from any residual water, every time. Sometimes there's some chemical that's sprayed that doesn't get fully rinsed and it leaves nasty streaks. I've asked to go through again in these occasions and they were cool about it. I'm not sure if their water filtration system needs to be checked, turned up, their sprayers adjusted, or have the whole system checked, but the quality of wash isn't that great at this location. read more

This place used to be great when the monthly membership was more reasonably priced. The only additional value that I saw with the price increases were automatic gates (very awesome) and "ceramic" option (meh.). The wash never really cleaned by car that well and it was always soaking wet when leaving. I thought this was normal until I went to another automatic car wash brand (starts with Super) and my mind was blown at how much better their wash was for a lower membership fee! Plus, the other brand offered mat cleaning machines, free air fresheners, and free air for your tires. QQ will still be a good option if you live super close, but for me I'll be going somewhere else from now on. read more

This place gets your car extremely clean. You have to dry your own vehicle but it well worth it. I stopped going to Merit car wash and starting washing my vehicles at quick quack. Best decision ever!! Highly recommend quick quack and bring the kids, it's a fun show with soap and lights because you get to stay in your car while it is run through the car wash. read more

I had been paying for monthly membership at the Corona location. I went on Saturday and one of the front rollers damaged the windshield arm. I came back around to let Keith, the assistant manager, know about the incident. He told me to turn on the wipers, and that hopefully that would readjust the arm. Well it didn't and it further bent the arm and damaged part of the plastic on the car. He told me to file a claim and that they would contact me. Well today after they "reviewed" the cameras they told me that the damage was caused by me, and that it was my fault, and that I'm liable for any damage. They claim that I turned on the wipers in the middle of the wash, and condesendenly said that I'm not supposed to do that in the middle of the wash. I proceeded to explain that the roller had damaged/moved the left windshield arm, and that I was only attempting to the close the wiper arm (as to prevent any further damage). I had other people in the car that would corroborate my story. I'm still waiting for the video they said they would be emailing me. This is just a warning to other customers. This location has been problematic from the beginning. They always have issues at this wash, machines have been down several times. The vacuums are broken. I paid for 3 months of membership and had already canceled because I was unhappy with this location read more
