Great customer service and good quality of car wash! I love coming here for a good car wash!

I went to the brand new Quick Quack wash and found it to be a very poorly designed business. There is a very small driveway where you pull in that is adjacent to another very small driveway where the vehicles come out of the wash. I can see how that will confuse people on occasion when there is no one there to direct traffic like they were today. When you come out of the wash, you exit into the bays so you can finish drying the soapy residue off of your vehicle and use the vacuums and air chucks. The problem is that there were only 14 bays, seven on each side, if I counted correctly. When I exited the wash, all of the bays were in use so I went to the end of the lot to exit to the parking lot of the business next door to dry the soapy residue off my car. The problem was that there is no exit on that side so I had to make a three point u-turn to go back out. The problem now was that I am face to face with the people coming out of the wash and there is little to no room to maneuver. I had to back up to let a lady go around me so I could exit. Everyone, when finishing cleaning their cars in the bays, will have to exit the same way they came in from the wash and they too will be face to face with everyone coming out of the wash. On a positive note, the newly hired staff were very friendly and helpful explaining the monthly membership process and pointing you in the right direction. We have three monthly members of Quick Quack in our household and have used other franchises that are so much more user friendly and have three times the amount of bays so everyone can pull in to use the vacuums. Who ever came up with this locations design should be fired. I don't know how anyone would every agree to this set up. I would recommend using the one in Eastvale, I won't use this location again. I don't want to be using the parking lot at The Habit to dry my car off. read more

My husband & I have been members since they opened. After my last wash while drying my car off my 2023 Colorado truck, I noticed my entire roof was COVERED WITH DEEP SCRATCHES. My husband's Cadillac sedan-has scratches all over the paint. He noticed it recently but it wasn't till I lasted used the car wash did I notice the damage to my vehicle. So while near the business yesterday I decided to let them know the situation. I received a lengthy text stating they didn't feel responsible because they use water & brushes made of non scratching material. Unreliable/ inconsistent business hours at eastvale & Corona locations . Does corporate know these branches closes irregularly???

i have a membership here and almost every time i come to this location the car wash randomly stops at in the middle, but i always ignored it. however today i had an even worse experience than usual, the lady directing the cars into the car wash was not even paying attention and was on her phone, then only when she saw me she put it away and remembered she was at work in the car wash, the soap didn't even dispense, nor did any of the wiper machines touch my car, and towards the end, the wind dryers weren't even on and of course the car wash stops again right towards the end. i come out and my car is not even clean, just soaking wet. i just went in, water was sprayed on my car and that was it. and there weren't any towels available to allow me to dry it. i did complain to one of the employees and he was nice about it and suggested i go through the car wash again, but could not explain why it didn't work the first time, i'm not complaining about him specifically, just the whole car wash place in general i've had bad experiences like this here but this was by far the worst read more

So they raised their prices. I get if your selling platform is to sell a monthly subscription but you have to have a functioning car wash in order to do it at the prices that have been set. There have been multiple times that I've gone and the vacuums have not worked. I payed $12 for a basic wash that doesn't necessarily get my car cleaned 100% and then I try to clean the inside of my car and can't do that either. It doesn't necessarily make me want to buy their monthly plan. Maybe when I can get a consistent clean I'll think about their monthly subscription. read more

Use at you own risk too many time I've seen bumpers or part of a car fall off and their vacuum and towels never work. It's very short staffed and only have in person running the check in and prewash so be prepared to wait to get a sloppy car wash. read more

I am glad to have such a GREAT car wash located nearby. It's clean, provides a thorough wash and everything works extremely well. Today prior to driving to work, I stopped by to get my car washed. The front of my car was damaged while in the car wash. My brand new car has the indent of a trailer hitch in the bumper. There were 5 different cars that were involved. The manager opened a claim and told me someone would call me in a few days. They never called or emailed me. I've been contacting their customer service for over a month and going by the actual location and nothing is getting done they just give me the run around saying that I have to talk to the district manager who is never there and they won't give me the number for him. It's a pretty nice concept and a very nice place... It's brand new. Signing up for unlimited car washes throughout the month as overall good value. The only downside is they do not provide towels on a regular basis. Washed our car approximately five times during the month and only one time where their towels available. I love this place because their vacuums, works better and they offer you free towel to use to dry and you just leave it in the busket for them to rewashbit for you. The monthly fee is resonable but i give three stars because their wash leaves scratch in my car. read more

Love this place! It's an Affordable way to maintain the car clean and the people that work there are so nice.

They are always very responsive to questions I ask, or clarifications I need. Stopped several times to talk to employees who seem knowledgeable and willing to serve. Great place to bring the car for a quick wash. Stop through 2-3x /week to always leave my wheelchair van nice looking, and vacuumed out for my wheelchair daughter. Since my first visit, every employee who has checked me in has been friendly and efficient, which is always a pleasant experience.
