I've been coming to this Quick Quack for a while now and currently have memberships for 2 vehicles - Ceramic Duck, so this is definitely my go-to car wash. Overall, the staff is friendly, the towels are usually well stocked, and they do a good job trying to keep things running smoothly. That said, there are a few ongoing issues that can make the experience frustrating, especially during peak hours in the mornings before work and around lunchtime when it gets extremely busy. One of the biggest problems is the limited number of vacuum and drying spaces. If it's crowded, you'll likely end up waiting or having to leave because there are no spots available. I've also had issues in the past with soap and water not dispensing properly during the wash. To their credit, I reported it to the service line and their team they did take action to address it, and it seems much better now. Just something to keep an eye on. Another odd issue is the pause in the wash line at the end. If the car ahead doesn't move immediately when the "GO" light comes on, the entire wash stop every few seconds. It really interrupts the flow and becomes noticeable when the line is long. Perhaps there is a way to calibrate the system, but could be out of their control for safety reasons. The vacuums and air nozzles can sometimes be hit or miss, and I've noticed damaged vacuum hoses here and there including some that don't work. However, whenever I've reported the issues, they've been pretty responsive about getting things repaired or fixed, which I appreciate. Overall, still a solid membership value and convenient location, but there's definitely room for improvement with maintenance and traffic flow during busy times. read more

I joined membership for a month on a promotion, over all I like this car wash but it does has its bad points like equipment malfunction, long lines and no restroom. They scan your license plate, and let you in. 100% self-service. Simple, no questions ask. This is the level of simplicity I look for. During Halloween time, they even decorate Halloween theme while your car passing through their rainbow carwash tunnel. Very creative. They open early & close late. Many vaccum station. I come here many times, but never seen any vaccum station having issues or down. They keep this place pretty well. Hey, love their Towels service. It's included in your carwash. Not many car wash places have this towel service. Very unique. I use their clean towels to wipe down my car from top to bottom, front to back. This make sure my car would not leave any water spots! It's gross and disgusting ! I had to re vacuum my car all over again . File a complain and I found out that they reusing the same towel over and over for every customer to use them and they only replacing them every 30mnt. That's wrong !! My friend and family also a member here and we all been using dirty towel all this time to clean the inside and outside of our cars? That's why my hands are so smelly after using the towels because they don't wash them often !!! We all sharing the same germs and bacteria from every customers as we taught we clean our cars Can't believe this ! This is wrong ! It said clean towel from the clean bucket where we got our towel is Not CLEAN TOWEL, it wrong advertisement!!! The inside of our cars actually filled with dirt, germs from everyone sharing dirty towels. We pay $39.99 for a bad service . I went to this car wash sunday. Got the car washed and after i parked to dry my car and vacuum: i found that my right front bumper was damage the plastic trimming by the headlight came off lucky i was able to put it back. I reported it to one of the worker. They did an incident report. After fee days i got a denial email about the damage. They said it was pre-existing damage. Well my car is in mint condition no scratches or dings what so ever except the hood due to rock chips other than that will never find any dings, dents or any type of scratches in the whole car. I've been going to this car wash since i purchased the car august 2023 and it's a 2024 model. Now i requested a copy of the investigation and the footage. They said unfortunately once the claim is denied we will no longer assist you any further. I went to the location where my car got damage and have them check they pretty told me we don't handle that here.... The long story short i know for sure that they have got a lot of complaints with the same result. The way they handle the situation was unfair. You cannot even talk to them on the phone only email!!! Service here is hit or miss, there was a point that their ratings was so bad they workers there are going around asking/bribing members if they leave them a good review on yelp and google they get a free towels or air fresheners..:: i did not agree to that part! But any way i will never ever comeback to this car wash ever again!!!! read more

I was here that morning it was congested, per review below. Honestly it wasn't the place fault. It was sunny and everyone wanted a damn car wash!! Quick quack always has excellent service.. which is why they got congested and backed up! They handled everything with care. I live around the area and this has always been my favorite. I don't get the membership but I come here monthly- for the cheapest one which seems to get the job done on my little old car. The staff are some of the nicest people I have encountered, hence why I always return! So I gave them a chance, and honestly, the rubber rotating brushes are just scratching the living soul out of my car's paint and I just feel like the wash is definitely not worth it at all. I feel like I should have settled for the dust instead I've only had my car for around a year and the scratches are just horrible. I'll give them a two star for the reason that the vacuums are available but honestly, this definitely took the cake. I'm judging based off the wash. I paid 22.99 for the one time wash and the guy didn't even spray my car down correctly. I'm left with all these pollen and dust stains still on not even to mention where it left watermarks and how my windshield is not even remotely close to clean let alone the back of my windshield I've been here before with similar experiences when paying for the one time wash of 1299, but when you think that you're getting a better price for better quality, it would do better clearly not and it seems as if if you're not a member, they don't properly spray your car down because the car in front of me got lathered like no tomorrow the only good thing about this place is the vacuums and self service. Hi! I joined the monthly service for Quick Quack Car Wash about a month ago. I wanted to give it a few times through before I reviewed. I got the middle monthly option. I think it is $32.00 a month. It includes unlimited washes, undercarriage wash and wheel and tire wash. Free use of vacuums and drying area. So far, I am mostly pleased with the results. My car comes out generally clean. The vacuums are excellent and there are always plenty of towels in the drying area. There is even compressed air at each drying station to blow excess water out of the cracks before you dry. I wish the cleaning part of the car wash was longer, to get a better result. But, I suppose you can always go through twice. The car was itself Is clean. It is busy if you go at peak times, but I suppose that is to be expected. I have even just chose to go through and skip the self dry on occasion and got reasonable results. Overall, I'm happy with Quick Quack car was and will keep my monthly subscription here. Jim read more

I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. We purchased the mid-tier car wash, but the quality did not meet expectations. During the wash, our vehicle was stopped for a period of time due to a delay that was completely out of our control. Because of this interruption and the unsatisfactory result, we decided to go through the wash again. By the time we were able to speak with an employee and explain the situation, we were told we were "one minute past" their 30-minute rewash cutoff. However, the delay in assisting us contributed to that timing. Had we been helped sooner, we would have been within the stated window. When we asked to speak with a manager, Eddison came out. Unfortunately, the interaction was dismissive from the start. We were not given a fair opportunity to explain the situation, and he immediately cited "policy" without acknowledging the delay we experienced. He also stated that we had purchased the basic wash, which was incorrect, as we had purchased the mid-tier option. Additionally, there was no visible signage explaining the 30-minute cutoff policy. When asked about this, he stated it did not need to be posted. During the conversation, he also mentioned calling the police, despite us remaining calm and simply trying to resolve the issue. This felt unnecessary and escalated what should have been a straightforward customer service discussion. We also requested the corporate contact number. It was provided reluctantly and communicated very quickly, which made the interaction feel even more dismissive. Overall, the tone and handling of this situation were unprofessional and disappointing. As paying customers, we were simply seeking a reasonable resolution after receiving a subpar wash affected by circumstances outside of our control. We ended up even paying twice for the same wash because we were dissatisfied. We do not plan on returning to this establishment. We hope corporate management reviews this situation and follows up appropriately. We would appreciate acknowledgment of this experience and consideration toward a fair resolution. read more
