BE AWARE I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Anthem Car Wash. I signed up for a monthly membership in early February 2026, and by my second visit I was already dealing with damage to my vehicle. After going through the wash tunnel, I chose not to stop and vacuum. I drove straight home and parked in my garage. As I walked around my car, I noticed the plastic lining on top of my hood was hanging off on one side. I take pride in keeping my vehicle in excellent condition, and it was in perfect shape prior to this visit. It was immediately clear to me that one of the rollers in the car wash must have pulled it loose. I called Anthem's office right away and was told that because I had already left their property, they were no longer responsible for any damages. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager would not be available until the following morning. The next day, we went in person and spoke with the manager, Luis, who confirmed the same policy -- once the vehicle leaves their property, they are not liable for any damage. No effort was made to review cameras, or work toward a resolution. The customer service did not meet my expectations at all. I am sharing this to bring awareness to others: inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving their lot. If you notice anything after you leave, they will not take responsibility. Due to this experience, I have canceled my monthly subscription and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. In my opinion, they do not deserve any stars. read more

Thank you Luis! Needed some help deciding while I was requesting to set up a membership for my car. Luis was very patient as I asked a bunch of questions. Sorry by the way. He explained the programs in detail to help me make the right choice for my situation. I went ahead with the Premium membership and it's only about a dollar a day at $32.99 per month. He told me we can wash unlimited and also downgrade at any time if needed. He informed me of the discount on Anthem Kits for premium members which is a great deal also as we get them for $2 instead of the regular $5 price for all customers! Long story short, I want to thank Luis for his help! Anthem Express is very lucky to have someone like him representing the company! Absolutely horrible experience getting my husband's truck washed here. I asked about the turbo air drying and they assured me that it would get the car dry. It wasn't so I asked for a towel, but they said they could sell me a kit that has a towel in it complete rip off I had to rewash it and blow it with the air compressor just to get the spots off the car for about 20 extra minutes. Horrible customer service will not recommend my car was even dirty to the point where I was lifting it off with my fingers. read more

Signs posted around entire property that allows with purchase of any car wash a discount of 20 cents off per gallon. After purchasing a car wash no discount was applied. Spoke with Sandeep, the owner of the 7-11, and Luis, the manager of Anthem Express Car Wash. Both refused to uphold the deal posted in multiple areas of car wash and every fuel pump at the gas station. Luis told me it was my responsibility to file a claim with my bank to get a refund instead of solving the problem while I was in the store. Luis told me it was no longer his problem and could not waste his time solving a customer complaint or fix the posted signs. He referred me back to the gas station to solve the his problem and refused to take any responsibility for the issues that arose. Part 2: Francisco, I was re contacted after this review was left. I was given two dollars after being at your car wash for 2 hours. Photos of the results of the re-wash are also attached. The vehicle was still not cleaned. The employee told me it was not their responsibility that the vehicle left clean. I was told to use window cleaner and a rag to clean the vehicle myself after going through the wash a second time. read more

I've been coming here for around a year now and I have to say, this is by far the best place I've ever taken my car to get washed. Not only is the subscription service straight forward, but the staff is always helpful when I have any questions. Speaking of staff, I have to give a shoutout specifically to David, he's been part of Anthem's crew for as long as I've been going there and he's gone the extra mile time and again just by walking around every so often and asking people how they're doing and if there's anything that they need. Came in on a Friday morning at 8 am. As a customer who pays for multiple monthly premium subscriptions I don't believe it's too much to ask for but to have BOTH lanes open. Instead only one lane was open and 3 customers waiting to pay for their wash. The convenience of a monthly subscription is the ease of IN N OUT service. Disappointing to say the least. Also is tire cleaning not apart of the premium wash? I leave the wash with my tires looking just about the same as when I drove in. Management needs to look into that because again the service is being paid for. read more

been going there for about a year and seems like alot of the vacuum stalls are always being used by employees from the car wash and the store. last Friday there were 9 stalls being used for parking and i couldn't vacuum my car. tired of dealing with not being able to vacuum when I want to vacuum. I had to stop coming to this carwash less than a month after getting their promotional membership. They have great vacuums and your car comes out clean and dry! However, their staff is extremely inappropriate. When I was cleaning my car at the vacuum station. Someone approached me and had small talk with me then asked for my number. I said no, then a few hours later that same staff texted my number that was on the file with my membership. read more

This is a great car wash and great customer service. Reading the bad review before mine is just ridiculous to make a whole deal for a couple of bucks and if your car is full bugs that have been seated there for a while then GO GET A DETAIL AND STOP CRYING OVER A GREAT EXPRESS CAR WASH! It won't miraculously remove all the dirt or bugs with an express wash, some people just doesn't get the idea that an express car wash you need to finish detailing the parts that no other car wash can get, SIMPLE! I bought the cheapest one today and Luis was top notch manager, great customer service and the wash process is just above average.
