When you need to change your license plate for the Second time and the associates can't help you, tell you you have to call customer service an that 800# tells you to call back later and you've been an unlimited member for over a year. You just give up and go to a better car wash that actually washes the rear part of your vehicle. I canceled my membership and despite repeated emails, not one response. Guess there's a reason I saw the 50% off sign. If you had any customer service, you wouldn't need a discount. I've emailed and called too many times to count. I'm done. I had gone to quick quack to get my car clean and with the service it left something missing my wheels had been left dirty after running their most expensive service! After having washed my car I went to finish with wiping to dry as to not leave any water marks and vacuum the inside to make sure it was cleaned on the inside. After doing this I noticed my wheels still had a lot of dirt and grime. In noticing this I drove back into the wash hoping they would be able to fix the issue of getting my car clean at the car wash and instead I had to drive back through while water dropped back on top of the already wiped and clean car making me have to rewipe the car. The associate who was taking charge instead of asking the manager for an exception had left me embarrassed as they had to stop the wash to let me drive through. The other issue are the vacuum closest to the wash has good volume, the further away you get the vacuum get worse. The parking does not drain water!! DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience ever, and look at the other reviews- I'm not alone. Your car will be damaged and they'll do nothing about it. I signed up for their membership after buying my NEW car. A month in I went through the wash and my weather strip was ripped off during the wash. I followed their recommended protocol of submitting a claim. I was told by the employee that they didn't have any cameras in the wash itself, but that someone would review my claim promptly and it would take around 30 days or so. Two months later after calling the main number (the stores don't have direct lines) multiple times and escalating it a manager finally emails me back saying they declined my claim. Saying they "reviewed their video surveillance and deemed that there was no malfunction to damage my car" and that "the weather strip is prone to wear and tear from longtime use and sun exposure". MY BRAND NEW CAR. No call, no conversation, just declined. I sent a response stating that the employee had told me there were no cameras in the wash, so that's a lie. And that my car was brand new, so it's not possible to claim it was worn. I'm beyond upset, what an awful waste of my time and money. I had to call 10+ times and go by the location twice to speak to a manager, each time I went the manager was "busy". When I called the main line after receiving the ridiculous claim denial and confronted the lies that were said I was told "we can't do anything or escalate on a closed claim". Not even an hour after I received the email!! This was said by a supervisor!! Couldn't even answer my simple questions and kept passing the buck of responsibility. This place is a joke. Now on to the value, I had the premium wash option and my car would come out of the wash still dirty. Towels are dirty. They don't space cars apart properly in the wash (I saw one accident from someone hitting the back of someone's car inside the wash). If you have nice car, don't go here. If you care about customer service, don't come here. If you want a great car wash, don't come here. Update after manager's reply: Quick Quack has doubled down -- and managed to get their facts wrong in the process. The manager claims my car is a 2021. It's a 2023 CERTIFIED used vehicle with barely any miles on it. I even listed the year of my car clearly in my initial claim, which means they either didn't read it or didn't care. So much for their "thorough review." She also insists the weather strip only came off in the wind tunnel. False. I watched it happen -- the brush bristle caught it and ripped it back first, and then the wind tunnel finished the job. Saying otherwise is just rewriting reality. Their official response leans on fluff like "airflow comparable to freeway speeds... OSHA standards..." Cute, but irrelevant. If my car can handle freeway speeds daily, a car wash brush shouldn't be ripping off factory-installed trim on a brand-new vehicle. It's telling that they misrepresented both the model year and the sequence of damage, all while hiding behind the phrase "not our responsibility." That doesn't exactly scream accountability. For transparency, I'm attaching a screenshot of the manager's original reply -- in case it mysteriously changes later. Bottom line: if you're considering bringing a newer car here, think twice. They'll take your money, but if their equipment damages your car, they'll spin the story instead of owning up. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. definitely NOT coming back. I signed up for their monthly package because of a deal. Wasn't able to get through my next wash because some idiot put my license plate INCORRECTLY. It took awhile for someone to look for my car in their system, which caused a long traffic behind me for the other monthly members trying to get in. When they realized they made an error with my license plate, I decided to cancel my membership that day. QUICK QUACK NEVER CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. I had to find out through my bank account that I was still getting charged $22.99/month. IT GETS WORST. When I called to cancel my membership a second time on the phone, the person said the reason I didn't get a confirmation or email was because THEY HAD THE WRONG EMAIL with my card that was being charge. One of the their brushes damaged the corner of my car. After two months the company finally responded and denied my claim. They claimed their video revealed the damage was on the car when it entered the wash. I asked to view the frames showing the damage. They refused, and advised they would only release the video to my insurance company. The damage was of a circular motion and could only have been caused by something that rotated. The damage was not there when I entered the wash and it was there when I exited the wash. I'm very particular about my car and quickly spot any damage no matter how minor. I canceled my membership because I will not do business with a company that will not take responsibility. read more

I love this car wash. Even though it's a little out of the way for me, I don't mind the extra drive because everything here just works the way it should. The vacuums are always strong (which isn't the case everywhere!), and they always have plenty of clean towels handy. It just makes the whole process easier and less of a hassle. Folsom quick quack is not ADA friendly! They allow people to park in the handicap parking places and the handicap crosswalks in the vacuum lane and do nothing about it. Multiple times we have reported this to employees and they always say we will let our supervisor know but no action is taken. If I could give this place a zero I would. Had a crack in the back of my passenger side window casing on my Lexus. Ran my car through, broke off part of the red casing cover for my passenger mirror. I noticed a few hours later as mirror was pushed sideways with wires showing. I immediately drove back to find out if my missing car piece was available. The employee half heartedly looked around saying everything saying I was too late to retrieve as everything had been thrown away. I went back no more than 4 hrs later. The employee wasn't helpful nor could care less that their rough brushes destroyed my casing. Took several additional hours and expense of $475.00 to replace which would not have happened if I hadn't used this car wash. I'll never go back to this place and caution others to stay away. Never a long wait, spotless wash every time. I've been washing my Tesla and Porsche here for years, watch my paint very closely and haven't noticed any damage or swirls, etc. wheels still pristine. Pretty good tire shine and clean as well. This location has great vacuum suction, always stocked with extra microfiber cloths. Thanks Colden and Diego! The service at this Quick Quack location is top-notch! Today, I stopped through with an older truck that had been left parked for quite some time near a tree and was in a definite need for a washing (or two). The workers who greeted me were polite and let me know of a spring special that was going on, as I do not have this vehicle on my membership bundle. They also noticed that despite me cleaning out the back of the pick-up truck the best I could, there were some leaves still remaining, and the employee offered to sweep it out for me! The Rancho location would never do this, I've been denied being able to go through the car wash before due to even the slightest debris in my truck's bed. Well it seems quick quack only responds when I write reviews after sending the store manager multiple emails with no reply's since 4/22. Quickly quack did admit fault in the accident 3/24 I was involved in inside the car wash. But the check has been "in the mail" for over a month now and it has been radio silence on quick quacks end. I would really like to get my car fixed. And I was told I would be comped some months on my car wash membership which has also yet to happen . Super super busy on weekend afternoon, but thankfully still got access to an open vacuum spot. Logistics here for the entry and exit part of the car wash side - who designed it like that?....Definitely suboptimal. They used to have the low-price at $10 for a car wash , but it's risen a few months ago I think, to $12 per wash. Got the job done though for the vehicle, washed off nasty gunk like bird poop, thick layer of dust, and so on. read more

My car needed a wash recently and I did not have the desire or time to wash it myself. I prefer touch less car washes. But Quick Quack car wash (which is not touch less) was close by, so I opted to go there. I am not a QQ member and use this particular location a few times a year. I got no complaints. The staff provides top notch service. The prices are on par to other local car washes. My car comes out of the wash clean and intact. The use of the vacuums come with the price of the wash. The vacuums have good suction. I do avoid this place at peak times, it is a madhouse with a crazy long line and wait for vacuum use. I last used the car wash a few days ago. As I rolled up to the line, I see that instead of one line there were two lanes. It has been a long hot minute since I was here last, I had no idea which lane to drive into. There was no signage at the start of the line. Luckily I was there during a slow time, so no one was behind me and I was able to quickly scan the area for signage. The signs to distinguish between the two lanes was at the end of the lanes which was about 6 car lengths ahead. Luckily I was there during non peak hours . Kinda odd placement to put the signs at the end instead of the beginning of the line. Anyways, the right lane is for members and the left for nonmembers. The cars merge into one line with each lane taking turns. So despite me not being a member, I advanced quickly into the car wash bypassing several members that were waiting longer than me in line. Actually I had no wait. Before you get into the wash, there is an attendant that sprays down the front grill. They will do an air traffic controller hand movements to guide you to drive your car onto the conveyor. Then you have to read the instructions on the board. Position your car on the conveyor, put your car in neutral and foot off the brake. No turning the steering wheel. Things move fairly quickly so be ready. The wash itself is about 3 minutes. $9.99 gets you the bare bone basic wash. $12.99 is the next package. And there is one above that. I went for the bare bones wash. Membership starts at $21.99 a month. read more

Memberships have been oversold; the location can't serve the number of customers in this area. Long lines in the Membership line just to get into the wash. Then, once you're out, good luck getting a vacuum lane to use. There is a constant wait for vacuum lanes to open up. Then, once you get into one, the cloths that are supplied to dry off your vehicle (nice touch, though) are not dry, and they smell of mildew. I appreciate the entire staff team here who makes the experience great every time. My car usually comes out very clean and I no longer smell the sulfur smell as I used to have that issue with this location. I love this place. I try and go several times a week. I love Olivia, she's my favorite employee. She always makes me smile. I just pay for the basic wash. It seems to do a great job of getting rid of all the bugs and I just go through a second time if it doesn't. They never seem to have a problem allowing that. You're better off just going to a gas station carwash. I got their top option, the ceramic duck, which includes a wash, tire shine and a ceramic coat. I only received what appears to be a rinse, and a very poor one at that. My tires weren't sprayed with tire shine, I ended up receiving a blue crusty residue of dish dawn soap on the back of my car afterwards. Not sure if they even included a ceramic coat, my car looks worse coming out than when it went in, it was just slightly dusty, now it's got blue crusty residue and I was told I could get a re-wash or my money back if I wasn't satisfied within 30 minutes, but the part they don't tell you is that you must be on premises within the 30 minutes. Best part is that they don't care if they mess it up. read more
