I'm a quick quack girly because I like to keep the cars clean and this is one of the best ways of doing it. This location in Folsom is definitely smaller and it feels really wedged in on the corner that it's located at. Don't let that stop you from going through this wash. Their overall equipment definitely looks newer, and I felt like I did a much better job getting the car cleaner than some of the other locations that I frequent. Sidenote, some of the locations have a very unpleasant, smelling car soap, and this one actually smelled very bright and clean. The only thing missing was staff! I didn't really see anyone around, except when I pulled in, and waiting to go into the car wash, I had to wait for someone to come out just to direct my car in, and turn the wash on. Had very easily the worst car wash I've ever gotten. Paid $25 and my car was still very visibly dirty afterwards. The level of quality on these washes has gone noticeably downhill since Quick Quack came to the area. for the price tag it shot us through the wash in about two minutes. See the photos that show the car still covered in dust and clearly dirty. The $11 car wash at the local Chevron took about 6 minutes and made the car look exponentially cleaner. The only thing that I always worry about is sometimes I'll get the colored water and soap with me paying for the most expensive car wash, which I have a membership for, but sometimes that doesn't come out, depending on which place I am at however this location is good. Not a quality car wash. I have had many memberships over the years at several of these types of car wash places and this location has to be one of the worst. There are not enough vacuum stations for the customers. I had to wait quite a while while my car dried with spots. The vacuum was mediocre, I think my home vac pulls more. Then there's the car wash...I pull up to the gate on the membership side and am told I need to pull closer cause their reader isn't in a good spot for trucks. I have a standard size truck. The belt is on too fast so your car gets too quick of a wash and doesn't get clean. They don't clean their equipment enough so now my vehicle is full of scratches. They can do better but I can tell you I won't be using this location again. read more

I have been here a handful of times and service is always great and my car comes out nice and shiny. I like that they add aromatherapy - like pumpkin spice scent in the fall and their little cartoons projected on the windshield as you drive through. I always get the ceramic duck and highly recommend signing up for the monthly membership. They run specials and I was able to score one for half off. The last couple of times I have gone, I was helped by Hudson and he was very warm and welcoming and just goes above and beyond on seeing how he can assist or be of better service. He greeted me with a big smile and positive attitude. It's a zero if I could. Terrible customer service and management that is incapable of being objective. No accountability for damages. Unwillingness to thoroughly inspect potential damage. I do not recommend taking your car here. My daughter's window cracked going through the car wash. Onsite staff treated her well, apologized and provided contact information. The manager on the other hand was avoidant to multiple messages and when he called my wife back stated that the crack was due to a pit that already existed. Mind you he had never actually seen the car other than on video. My wife explained there is no pit, asked for this to be escalated and offered to bring the car in so that they could show us this pit. He said we could do that but he wouldn't change his mind. This is car is a 2 year old bronco that is only driven around car and has zero damage and has no pitting or scaring on the window. After almost a decade of being a loyal Quick Quack member, I'm shocked and disappointed by how I was treated when something went wrong. My truck fell off the track after I was instructed by staff to put it in neutral/car wash mode--which should only happen after they've confirmed proper alignment. Clearly, they failed to do their job. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me--as if their staff has no role in guiding customers or ensuring the vehicle is aligned before starting the wash. That's unacceptable. And to be clear: while this may have been my first visit to this location (which I now seriously regret), it was not the first time my truck has gone through a Quick Quack. It has been through other locations many times without any issue. What's most frustrating is realizing that after nearly a decade of being a paying customer, I was treated like an inconvenience the moment a problem occurred. No accountability. DO NOT USE QUICK QUACK. My vehicle jumped the carwash tracks and damaged the passenger fender and front bumper when they guided my vehicle back onto the tracks. The manager advised me it was my fault because it appeared that I turned the steering wheel. I have inside video of my cab showing I did not turn the steering wheel until it had already jumped the tracks, they instructed me to go forward which resulted in the front end damage. They refused to cover the cost of the damage they caused. Repair cost was close to $3000 dollars which my insurance covered all but $1000 deductable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tried to cancel online. Could not do it online. It kept saying wrong info this was on a Sunday. The next day I was charged for another month, which I did not want. I called spoke to Alexandria. I was in town for a doc appointment, I don't live anywhere near a Quick Quack. I asked for a wash with the undercarriage and tire wash. The employee recommended the $22.99 wash, and offered the monthly which I declined because I don't live near a quick quack. I told him if the wash doesn't clean my tires good can I come back through, he said only if I have a problem with the wash, then he recommended me to get the membership and get half off another wash if I wasn't happy with the first wash lol. I already declined the first offer for the monthly. So I went through the wash. Went to the vacuum did that and walked around and my tires didn't even look like I had a wash at all and my car still was dirty. So I pulled back up and a new employee was there and I seen the first employee I explained to the new employee my conversation with the first employee and he was super nice and had good customer service. I even pointed and told him to check with the first guy, which was a bad idea. The first guy came out and said has to be 15 min between washes, which he never explained with our first interaction about a time limit. The second employee was even like look his tires are dirty and tried to help me get another wash. I have no complaints about the staff at this location, whom frankly, have had to put up with problem after problem at this place. They are all friendly and helpful. They do their best to keep the wash areas clean. But back to those problems I mentioned. This place has routine problems with parts of the wash breaking down, tire shine perpetually doesn't shine, blowers not blowing, or vacuums being broken. When you bring these issues up to them they just say corporate doesn't really "care" to fix things quickly. They only recently added the microfiber drying cloths, months after other locations already had them. I give these people $91 a month and it would be nice if their wash worked as advertised (I'm looking at you TIRE SHINE). I made a complaint over a week ago and asked for contact from management. I have been a member for years. today I discovered that the wash ripped off my entire front license plate and attached brackets completely dislodging the front bumper. Avoid at all costs. Why? Because no matter what they do to your car, they have will say they have no responsibility. I had an issue and even before I could explain the weird noise made right after going through their car wash, the manager said "we aren't responsible." After I escalated the issue (to which the manager didn't care), he filed an incident report. I got a case number but not a copy of what the manager wrote. Scam artists. Offered me a membership for half price. Failed to tell me that that was just for the first month and that it would revert full price after that. Three days later, I canceled my membership. That was back in October. Yesterday, December 28, I look at my bank account and they have charged me again. And when I contacted them about it, they made it sound like I've had a membership all along. They are not acknowledging that I told them to cancel it back in October. So be careful, once they have your credit card number, they will charge you whenever they feel like it. read more

They get your front and back windshield with the bug spray. I would like to suggest that they do add the air pumps. Love this location! The line moves quickly and it's hardly ever crowded. Staff is always nice as well. My car comes out clean every time and if it doesn't, you're able to go through again. The only complaint I have is at this location, to use the vacuum you have to press a button to turn it on and it's only on for a few minutes before it turns off. This is inconvenient when you're in the middle of vacuuming on the opposite side of the car and have to stop and go all the way around to turn it back on. It would be great if they could upgrade these with the ones that the other Folsom location has! After waiting in line at the Blue Oaks/ Roseville location only for the wash to shut down mid-suds with no rinse, errands brought me to Folsom where I figured I'd try again here.
