I came here a few weeks ago to get a new tire since mine was not repairable, and the gentleman took care of me without trying to sell me all the extras. I was in and out within 2 hours. 7 days later a different wheel got a nail in it. It was 7:30 AM when I pulled up. Some employees were in the store but I knew they weren't open until 8. I waited outside and then one of the employees open the door and came to my rescue. They open early just for me, fixed my flat and sent me on my way without charging me. That was one of the best experiences I ever received without costing a dime. Les Schwab knows how to take care of customers and treats them with honesty and kindness. I just don't think there could be a better tire center! They are so professional and friendly. I purchased four new tires from them last year, picked up a nail a few weeks ago which caused a slow leak. Took it in thinking I might have to get a new tire and they patched it for FREE. Not only that but they check my brakes and the rest of my tires - no charge AND gave me a print out of the status of both. But it's not the "no charge" part so much as it is this: - I stood at the counter waiting for less than 10 seconds - They are polite - greeted, thanked and said goodbye - Clean waiting room - Great eye contact - Nice people I don't even remember what I paid for the tires last year, but based on the service all this time later, they are now my GO TO for all things related to tires, alignments and rims. This place is amazing. Came here after Midas wanted $900 for front brakes on my SUV because the pads were down to 2M and rotors had hot spots. Brought my car into Les Schwab for the free break-in inspection and alignment check the next day. My brakes were totally fine! Over 5M left! Alignment was good too! I can only praise the people here for their prompt support, their kindness, and how they attended to two women who were very stressed about the car breaking down!! We stopped at a 96 gas station to check the air, no matter what we did, the points weren't increasing on the Tesla. The air was at 38 and then it went down to 13. A fire dept gentleman saw us struggle and told us that we can go to Les Schwab and get the tire checked out because the Tesla was showing low air pressure. I called Les Schwab - this very kind associate Samantha answered the phone. She gave us an accurate description of what can be done: either we drive the car there slowly (It was a 1.5 mile drive) or it would take them two hours to send a tow truck - so we decided to drive there. When we got there, Chris looked at the problem tire and said "oh there's a nail," we thanked him. We walked in. Samantha took the mileage number, Tesla pin etc and that's it. It was that fast and prompt, all done! and after that Bryan came and reminded us that we forgot our phone inside the car - all in all this place is so nice, and the staff are so friendly and attentive and respectful and prompt!!! They installed a leveling kit, with alignment, and it was completed when promised. The installer, Lyle, met with me and explained the work he had done. They didn't carry ( or have in stock) the brand I had but the young women helping me made a recommendation. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different tires, their features and benefits. I come here at least twice a year for my seasonal winter tire changes. The store is very clean with comfortable waiting areas. The service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I usually wait in store while the work is completed. They have a popcorn machine for a fresh snack if you want. I had a horrible situation with a flat tire this morning, very overwhelmed as I was trying to drop my kids off at school and the situation just kept getting worse. I'm completely out of my element dealing with car issues which just added to the anxiety. But I want to say Donovan, Ahlea, and the manager (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) were wonderful! Donovan went above and beyond to meet me back at my car parked along the roadside, put on the new tire and I was good to go! Les Schwab Folsom came through for me when I was having a gnarly commute and discovered a bad sounding scraping noise coming from my wheel. I pulled over and saw a giant industrial screw sticking out of my tire two inches without having lost any tire pressure. Somehow the tire made it to the nearest Les Schwab, the Folsom branch, without ever losing pressure. I've had my share of blow outs and emergency flats, so I wasn't playing any games. I called them as soon as I discovered the calamity, because I knew they were closing soon. They had no problem helping me and said to come right in. I requested a tire repair and because I bought my tires here, repairs and rotations are free. They had my tire repaired and my tires rotated and balanced within thirty minutes. Everything was free of charge due to my patronage as a customer. The crew was very polite and professional, and I made it home safely. Excellent value and superb customer service. I have been a customer with Les Swab since 2016, and it's sad to say all my trust is lost in this company. I have recently purchased tires this last year for 2018 Infiniti Q50 and came in for my first 5,000mile rotation with an alert light for a flat tire on. I informed my technician about the light and it was after my rotation was complete that they informed me that the alert light was impossible to take off because my tire sensors were going out and once one goes they all have to be replace. The technician quoted me over $500 for all four replacements when initially I had just come in for a complementary rotation. I chose to get a second opinion at Costco's tire center and they informed me how all my sensors were perfectly fine and all the Les Swab technicians had to do was turn off the alert. Whether it was the lack of knowledge or the deliberate attempt to take advantage of people who are not car savvy, remains unknown to me. I contacted the stores manager Daniel and he was sincere and apologetic, but it doesn't excuse the fact that this stores actions have represented the amount of integrity in the company as a whole. As an active member in the Folsom community it's disgusting to see company's conduct their business in such a foul manner. read more

Nicest guys I never want to see again.Met them in 2016 & they made a good impression. Went back in 2019 for a new battery & forgave them for leaving greasy handprints inside the car & having a waiting room filled with noxious tires. Returned in 2023 for brakes & related items. I checked out as they were closing, but got less than a block away when the car started shaking & knocking. They were closed, so I had to return the next day. [Thankfully I didn't drive far. If I had been on the highway at full speed it would have been both the car & I needing repairs.] Turns out they had been in a hurry & forgotten to tighten some things. Important things. My confidence in them was not very high. 2025 I caved in to convenience & went back for new tires. How hard could that be? I had gone in 2 months prior to discuss tires & had gotten a recommendation & they logged it into my account so I wouldn't have to remember what I chose when I did come to get new tires. Such nice guys ! ( I also told them I needed a tire pressure monitoring kit as our current ones were dying). A few months later I made an appointment online. When I went in I made sure to ask what tires I was getting +the TireP kit. After 3 hours, I check out but I don't see the Tire P kit on the invoice I ask why. I get an "um". they forgot. I'm a little steamed because I have to remind them ?! oh & they now aren't sure if they even have it in stock. [It was ear marked for another customer], but.....(?) ah, but they will give it to me (yay, but sucks for that other customer). I wait 30 for someone to put it on. No one ever says "sorry, we screwed up" or "sorry you had to wait longer". my level of confidence in them & the quality of their work shrinks as I drive home in my very greasy car & I wonder how much money do I have to spend for people to do thier jobs right, clean up after themselves & give a customer a reason to come back. But really, the nicest guys you will ever meet. But _____the warranty, I'm taking my car somewhere else for future service. I mean they too might screw up & they might not be cheerful & friendly, but at least I'm not returning to Les Schwab over and over again and expecting different results-cause that would be me just being stupid. read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you Les Schwab Tire for helping me with my flat tire! I arrived here about an hour before closing with a flat tire in the trunk of my car. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in before the end of the day to repair my tire. The waiting area was clean with plenty of tables and desks to sit at as well as TV and coffee available. The employees were very friendly, service was quick, and the prices were fair (free for my tire repair this time but pricing for other services were good too)! They fixed my tire, put it back on for me, and made sure the pressure was good before I drove off. read more

Scheduled an appt. at 1:30 to have brake pads installed. Arrived a 1:00 and was told they would start the inspection at 1:30 and it would be done and have my estimate by 2:00. The work would take about 2-3 hrs. Not wanting to hang around their lobby for 3hrs I arranged for a ride home, but it was only available until 2:30. Well, 2:20 comes around and my car is still in the parking lot. No one came to tell me things were going to be delayed. If they had I would have rescheduled my appt for another date. I've been a customer here in Folsom for 25yrs. Now, I'm a customer at AAA auto service. They seem to be able to honor their appointments and are more considerate of their customers time. read more

In & out in 45 minutes, free balancing, tire rotation, etc. Great service, accurate price quote. No "gotcha" extra fees, charges. I would not recommend Les Schwab. I had a split in one of my tires and decided to go ahead and get four new tires. Les Schwab replaced my tires and now I feel every bump in the road, even on a smooth road, I feel the bumps. I went back to Les Schwab and was told "What do you expect? You got entry-level tires." I had paid $486 and was told if I wanted comfort level tires. I could add another $400. I'm an old lady and have bought tires for 60 some odd years and I've never had such an uncomfortable ride...seems to me they should've been a little more upfront about, what to expect with entry level tires. I would've checked around and perhaps gotten a better deal elsewhere. Best not to go to Les Schwab. read more

Les Schwab to the rescue again! The low pressure indicator light came on and the air pump at the first gas station I found was out of order. As I drove looking for another gas station, I saw a Les Schwab branch and decided to try it. Walked in to a friendly welcome and offer to check/fill my tires - even though they weren't due to open for an hour! (I didn't notice the hours on the door. ) In a few minutes I was on my way after a nice chat with the technician and my tires all filled up. As a small business owner I understand more than most that shortages of able employees is still happening due to Covid 19. I just witnessed a customer totally flip out because he had to wait a little longer for a tire rotation. This customer continued to yell obscenities and insults toward towards an innocent employee who in my opinion handled the situation perfectly. He stayed calm and collected. WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!!! Took my car in for a wheel alignment because it was pulling to the right. I had just purchased 2 new tires for the right side of the vehicle from a different vender. Aside from that, I checked in and told the front desk lady my issue. I get a call from the service tech telling me that my issue were my tires. He said that they are causing a tire pull and that a standard alignment would fix my issue. He quoted me $40 so I said yes. The tech also asked if he can drive the car so that he can see what it was doing. I get a call approximately 15 min later that my car is done. I met with the tech and asked if the vehicle was still pulling to the right. He told me yes because of the tires that were replaced. He then goes to tell me that I need to go back to the place I purchased them from and see if they can correct my issue. I'm like are you kidding me, I though this was a tire service shop!!! He then goes to tell me that if I had purchased them from the store, they would have warranty on the tires. I paid $40 for a standard alignment service which did not resolve my issue. I don't even think they performed that service. After I paid, the female clerk told me that I have a 30 day warranty on the service that was done. Why even tell me that when nothing was fixed. It's obvious that if you don't buy tires from them, they don't care about your problem. As I drove off, the car still pulled to the rIght. Why did I pay for a service that didn't correct anything?? I then went home and decided to try and rotate my own tires. To my surprise, after I did this, it literally fIxed my alignment issue. Why couldn't the tech advise on a simple tire rotation as another option. I don't think I'll use this location for any future service. read more
