I just don't think there could be a better tire center! They are so professional and friendly. I purchased four new tires from them last year, picked up a nail a few weeks ago which caused a slow leak. Took it in thinking I might have to get a new tire and they patched it for FREE. Not only that but they check my brakes and the rest of my tires - no charge AND gave me a print out of the status of both. Brought my car into Les Schwab for the free break-in inspection and alignment check the next day. My brakes were totally fine! Over 5M left! Alignment was good too! I come here at least twice a year for my seasonal winter tire changes. The store is very clean with comfortable waiting areas. The service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I usually wait in store while the work is completed. They have a popcorn machine for a fresh snack if you want. Les Schwab Folsom came through for me when I was having a gnarly commute and discovered a bad sounding scraping noise coming from my wheel. I pulled over and saw a giant industrial screw sticking out of my tire two inches without having lost any tire pressure. Somehow the tire made it to the nearest Les Schwab, the Folsom branch, without ever losing pressure. I've had my share of blow outs and emergency flats, so I wasn't playing any games. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called them as soon as I discovered the calamity, because I knew they were closing soon. They had no problem helping me and said to come right in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I requested a tire repair and because I bought my tires here, repairs and rotations are free. They had my tire repaired and my tires rotated and balanced within thirty minutes. Everything was free of charge due to my patronage as a customer. I have been a customer with Les Swab since 2016, and it's sad to say all my trust is lost in this company. I have recently purchased tires this last year for 2018 Infiniti Q50 and came in for my first 5,000mile rotation with an alert light for a flat tire on. I informed my technician about the light and it was after my rotation was complete that they informed me that the alert light was impossible to take off because my tire sensors were going out and once one goes they all have to be replace. The technician quoted me over $500 for all four replacements when initially I had just come in for a complementary rotation. I chose to get a second opinion at Costco's tire center and they informed me how all my sensors were perfectly fine and all the Les Swab technicians had to do was turn off the alert. Whether it was the lack of knowledge or the deliberate attempt to take advantage of people who are not car savvy, remains unknown to me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted the stores manager Daniel and he was sincere and apologetic, but it doesn't excuse the fact that this stores actions have represented the amount of integrity in the company as a whole.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As an active member in the Folsom community it's disgusting to see company's conduct their business in such a foul manner. read more

Went back in 2019 for a new battery & forgave them for leaving greasy handprints inside the car & having a waiting room filled with noxious tires. Returned in 2023 for brakes & related items. I checked out as they were closing, but got less than a block away when the car started shaking & knocking. They were closed, so I had to return the next day. [Thankfully I didn't drive far. If I had been on the highway at full speed it would have been both the car & I needing repairs.] Turns out they had been in a hurry & forgotten to tighten some things. Important things. My confidence in them was not very high. [[HIGHLIGHT]]2025 I caved in to convenience & went back for new tires. How hard could that be? I had gone in 2 months prior to discuss tires & had gotten a recommendation & they logged it into my account so I wouldn't have to remember what I chose when I did come to get new tires.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Such nice guys ! ( I also told them I needed a tire pressure monitoring kit as our current ones were dying). A few months later I made an appointment online. When I went in I made sure to ask what tires I was getting +the TireP kit. After 3 hours, I check out but I don't see the Tire P kit on the invoice I ask why. I get an "um". they forgot. I'm a little steamed because I have to remind them ?! oh & they now aren't sure if they even have it in stock. [It was ear marked for another customer], but.....(?) ah, but they will give it to me (yay, but sucks for that other customer). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I wait 30 for someone to put it on. No one ever says "sorry, we screwed up" or "sorry you had to wait longer".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] my level of confidence in them & the quality of their work shrinks as I drive home in my very greasy car & I wonder how much money do I have to spend for people to do thier jobs right, clean up after themselves & give a customer a reason to come back. The waiting area was clean with plenty of tables and desks to sit at as well as TV and coffee available. The employees were very friendly, service was quick, and the prices were fair (free for my tire repair this time but pricing for other services were good too)! Scheduled an appt. at 1:30 to have brake pads installed. Arrived a 1:00 and was told they would start the inspection at 1:30 and it would be done and have my estimate by 2:00. The work would take about 2-3 hrs. Not wanting to hang around their lobby for 3hrs I arranged for a ride home, but it was only available until 2:30. Well, 2:20 comes around and my car is still in the parking lot. No one came to tell me things were going to be delayed. If they had I would have rescheduled my appt for another date. I've been a customer here in Folsom for 25yrs. Now, I'm a customer at AAA auto service. They seem to be able to honor their appointments and are more considerate of their customers time. read more

I would not recommend Les Schwab. I had a split in one of my tires and decided to go ahead and get four new tires. Les Schwab replaced my tires and now I feel every bump in the road, even on a smooth road, I feel the bumps. I went back to Les Schwab and was told "What do you expect? You got entry-level tires." I had paid $486 and was told if I wanted comfort level tires. I could add another $400. I'm an old lady and have bought tires for 60 some odd years and I've never had such an uncomfortable ride...seems to me they should've been a little more upfront about, what to expect with entry level tires. I would've checked around and perhaps gotten a better deal elsewhere. Best not to go to Les Schwab. read more

Les Schwab to the rescue again! The low pressure indicator light came on and the air pump at the first gas station I found was out of order. As I drove looking for another gas station, I saw a Les Schwab branch and decided to try it. Walked in to a friendly welcome and offer to check/fill my tires - even though they weren't due to open for an hour! (I didn't notice the hours on the door. ) In a few minutes I was on my way after a nice chat with the technician and my tires all filled up.
