Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always make it a good experience for my 2 little ones with good service (i.e. little ducks and smiley faces on their windows). ZERO STARS for customer service. This car wash location is tiny. We showed up around 7:55 for a "quick" wash and it was OPEN but the gate where cars go in was closed. Keep in mind the road is super curved to go in. We honked to get a workers attention but he ignored us. I got out and asked the guy for help and he yelled "we're closed!" I told him there's no way for us to back out it's curved can we just go through. He yelled back "No we close at 8! There's only two of us!" And I told him but there's no way for us to back out and he yelled "You can back out I've seen other drivers do it!" I asked for his name. ANGEL. This location is garbage. This car wash needs to get it together. The rails/guards are not always working properly towards the exit causing my car to continue going backwards I've expressed this issue several times to the employees. This is screaming for an accident to happen as your car becomes stuck in the rail. The ceramic states its long lasting that is false chemicals seem to be watered down and your car is easily dirty in a day or two tops. Ceramic claims it protects against rain again false it does not you end up seeing all the water marks from any rain/precipitation event. read more

Not happy! I'm a member of quick quack and this is the worst service I have ever had. After running my car through I asked for a couple towels and they told me that they do not have any. I pay for the top plan and should be able to use the towel service they provide, not the case here. Because there was no towels I could not dry the water left on the car and could not remove some dirt that was on the car for some reason. I could not even get the tire excessive dressing off the rims and tires. Safe to say the dressing is going to fling all along the side of the car when I leave. After all that the vacuum was not working right making it hard to vacuum the car. The only reason I gave this place two stars was for the gentleman that checked me in. I was greeted this morning at the booth by Monique, who I believe is a new employee. Super personality and very customer oriented. The vacuums were working again, and all the brushes inside the car wash were operational. That was a nice change. After several visits and finding no microfiber towels at any of the stations, I started bringing my own, as I did today. There may have been some, don't know. It's just easier to bring my own. I went to this car wash on 3-15-23 for a basic car wash. The banner hanging on their palm tree had $5 posted. I asked for the $5 wash and was told by Ethan that competitors post signs on their building and that the least expensive wash they had was $7.99. This banner is hung in a bracket 20ft up their palm tree so I highly doubt it was from a competitor . I asked to speak to a manager and was given the phone number to customer service 888-772-2792. I spoke to Andrea at customer service who called the Fullerton manager Randy about the situation. Randy told her that he would not honor the price. I asked for a phone number to Randy or someone in management and was told I could only leave my phone number so I left a msg for someone higher up in leadership to give me a call which Andrea said would happen in 24/48 hours. It has now been four days with no call. I am disappointed in Quick Quack for not honoring a price that is posted on their banner and when I called to discuss the $3 difference in price I was basically told it is what it is. There are other options for drive through washes in Fullerton ( Lemon and Orangethorpe) and I am surprised at the lack of interest in Quick Quack's Management. I wonder how responsive they would be if someone had more significant complaints. read more

Went to this car wash in Fullerton and got the 29.00 car wash for a month. No one said it they were Going to auto charge my account each month. I did agree to pay 29.00 for the one month but was not told my bank account would be automatically charged each month. I haven't been there for a couple of months but noticed today I was charged so I looked through my account and seen I been charged for a few months. Shame on me for not asking the person at the both to let me read the fine print. I never seen were it it said it's a monthly membership and wasn't told it was a monthly membership. read more
