I don't know if they do not want to work here or what's the problem, they don't even take care of the smallest things like close the mirrors or even check that everything in the car is secured. Damaged My Brand-New Car & Lied About Refund -- Avoid This Place Do NOT take your car to Quick Quack Car Wash. I brought in my brand-new vehicle, and immediately after going through the wash, I noticed fresh scratches on the side. I reported the issue right away to the staff. The Store Leader, Jacob Erdtsieck, responded by denying any responsibility. He claimed the scratches were "pre-existing," despite the fact that this was my first visit and the scratches were clearly fresh. He said video footage was reviewed, but provided no actual proof showing the condition of my car before the wash. Jacob promised in writing to refund $22.99 if I canceled my membership -- but only refunded $10. If a store leader won't even honor a simple refund that he himself offered, imagine how little accountability this business takes when real damage is involved. This isn't just poor service -- it's dishonest and unethical. Quick Quack has lost my trust completely. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from this place. read more

The car blower doesnt dry car as good and when you park to dry your car they hardly ever have towels in stock. I have to consistently look for an employee to inform them. Considering going back to big wave (preciously known as googie). Bit of a drive but hardly had any issues. Was a bit cheaper for the number of cars we would take in. My first review was a 5 star since I just joined and they offered a free air freshener with review. LOL read more

Tl;dr Skip this one. It's EXTREMELY rough with your car.. to the point where my mirrors bent forward and I've never had a car wash do that. It cleaned it okay but left water/soap spots everywhere. On top of all that it's quite expensive I go to various car washes about once a month and this one was bottom tier. I've been to the quick quack in bay area a couple of years ago and it was significantly cheaper, not as rough, and cleaned it better so idk what happened. I would never go to this location ever again and might consider avoiding all quick quack locations because of this. read more
