First time visit they gave us a free car scent! Super nice people and doesn't push memberships on you like most car wash places do.

Not impressed at all. I got the middle tier wash and my car isn't even that clean. Windows are still dirty, car didn't come out dry. Thank goodness they have towels so I could dry it. I can't believe I spent $15 on what should have been a $3 car wash. As I was choosing my wash all they wanted to sell me on was their membership. That was enough for me to never come back but after the quality I definitely won't be back. The drive thru car wash at the shell on higley and pecos is only $7 and much better quality! read more

Stopped in middle of car wash laying on my horn takes 5 min for the two workers to realize. Then when I went back through he thought it was funny. Will be canceling. Horrible service. I would give this place no stars if I could. My experience at this location was unbelievable this evening. Luckily I was with another person in the car to witness what had happened. The sales rep came out of the side office and asked which membership I would prefer. I politely declined and stated I just needed a single wash as I was just washing my parent's car. He did not take that for an answer and questioned why I wouldn't pay for a membership if I was already paying the same price. I stated "no thank you" where he then began asking why I am hesitant and stating how it makes no sense to decline a membership offer. We were the only car in the drive thru and took about 5 minutes of him not completing our transaction because he wanted to sell a membership. When I kept politely declining he stated "You need a membership so your car doesn't look like this again", I laughed it off because he made me extremely uncomfortable during the time and made me question declining the services as a whole. I understand sales and making commission (if that's what this is based on) but I declined over 5 different times in 5 different polite ways. Whether I choose to pay a single wash of $9.99 or a membership, it should not matter because I would be giving the business more money. Overall, I would stick to cobblestone or superstar where they respect your choice and maintain professionalism and the price matches up with their services. read more

I tried their free, introductory car wash yesterday. As washes go, I thought it was excellent, but I don't know if this was their "normal" car wash or the "super, introductory" car wash (that will go away after an introductory period). I also thought that their introductory offers for the wash plans was very good and aggressively priced. But I do have one, major issue: They are one of the only car washes that do not provide wipe-down towels when you go to the vacuuming station. I think this is a big negative to me. Oh yeah, one other thing -- their vacuum station has strong suction (good!) but their air hose has very little air pressure to blow off water from cracks and crevices. read more

The people working always asks what "UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP" I want. Can't I just get a freakin single car wash? I told him just a single wash and he kept pushing a membership. I told him three times. This happens every time I come here and I hate it. Avoiding them from now on. There's lots of other great car washes besides this place. He also tried to tell me my car was too muddy for a wash (it just rained barely any mud) and that next time I couldn't get a wash unless I purchased an unlimited membership. HAHAHA terrible service. do not come here unless you want their workers to constantly pressure you into getting a membership. came here for a single wash just to get some rain spots off my car and the worker would not let me fucking leave unless i got the membership. he kept saying no to me and practically forced me to get a membership, cancelled that shit the next day. i couldn't reverse out of there either cause there was somebody behind me so i was stuck there forced to get a membership without my consent. never going here again read more

A new car wash in the neighborhood, like we really needed one. I have seen these Quick Quack washes around town but never have tried their wash. Grand opening special was a FREE wash, so nothing to loose, right? First it is a confusing building layout. The entrance and exit are on the same driveway. The entrance is labeled "EXIT". So go figure. The wash tunnel is very short. The free wash included the works with many different color soaps. You also received the tire shine treatment. My tires and rims are generally quite clean. After they were done, they were a gooey gummy black dirty mess. I brought my own drying towels, thank goodness, just incase. None are furnished here and other customers were asking for them. The air hoses, to blow off any remaining water, were very anemic and almost useless. The vacuums were nice, but there was no carpet mat beater machine. If the introductory price was not free Quick Quack would only rate 1 star. Even though this is a brand new car wash, they didn't bring their "A" game. Too many other places go that offer more value and a better wash experience. read more
