I went to the car wash back on June of 22 to get my car washed. At the time when I checked into the car wash, I was told by the attended that he was having an issue processing my payment, and he will give me a free car wash lucky me. Today was looking at my bank account and I noticed a charge of 31.99 from that quick quack for a service I have never ordered, and I was also told that they have been charging me since June 2022. I never ordered this service, they have no information about me besides the information I gave them over the phone today. They steal your money. When i called today i was told they will cancel what I have never ordered and issue me a refund for 3 months, what a fucking rub-off. read more

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this location as the Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Their remedy for customer service is "call the Corporate Office". Clearly, the Manager on site, has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills! His resolution to the issue was "Cancel your Membership". The issue I had today could have easily been resolved with a little common sense. This has occurred several times over the past years when Tire Protectant/Shine was not applied evenly to all 4 tires. I talk to the Manager on Duty and he usually gives me a bucket with tire protectant and a brush and I finish the job. Or, in some instances, the Manager on Duty simply gives me a can of protectant. It's THAT EASY! Not at this location! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! This was certainly my last visit to this location. I want fellow Subscribers to the Monthly Membership to AVOID THIS LOCATION as you're paying for a service that is not being performed. I have the $29 membership. I came in through the membership line. They have 4 people just talking so I just proceeded to go. Once I hit the drive in portion they come running. The lady had an attitude and proceeded to ask ' do you have a membership' like why else would I go through the membership line if I did NOT have one, she then goes ' next time you need to wait. Make sure your car is in neutral. You can't just go on the track you need to be guided on. Wait till we check you in' Now of you guys weren't soo busy lollygagging and actually ASSISTED your customers then maybe you wouldn't be having so many complaints. This makes me want to just make the drive to Menifee and go to Tommys since they were and ARE SOO MUCH BETTER THAN HERE! Hands down the WORST Quick Quack location. If the machines are fully up and running here I would be very shocked. Normally the overhead system is only partially functioning, soap must be expensive since the last time I used this location I could hear the spinning brushes actually trying to remove the paint on my truck. They have 2 lanes but don't try to use the inner lane, the staff here was only tending to one lane at a time...completely emptying that lane before they even addressed the other lane. Even if the other lane had been there first. I only stop here if I am desperate and won't be near another location. read more

This place has become a total disappointment from Tommy's car wash along with the customer service. The prices are raised. They only keep one lane open no matter the amount of cars and the backed up traffic. Their customer service is not much help or they don't seem to care either way. They are not welcoming and not to kind. The water that is recycled has a gross smells like sewer mildew water and or porter potty water . It's horrible and stays in vents / air-filters. Which will now need to be replace to get ride of the gross odor. The vacuum hoses are missing the adapters to vacuum. The suction from the vacuum barely works to pick up. I am now cancel my membership. Not happy with their services! read more

I have been taking my 3 vehicles to Quick Quack in Hemet since they opened in summer of 2019. They tend to leave water spots after every wash, but for $8 and a free vacuum it's decent, but I'll never be going back again. On the Fourth of July, I took my 93 bronco to get a quick wash but mostly to vacuum the inside. I got the $8 value wash and upon parking my vehicle, I noticed my rear driver fender flare was snapped in the middle and hanging over the tire well. Each flare is drilled directly into the body with 4 metal screws, so something went wrong inside the wash. I calmly notified the only associate I saw, and she said she would get me an incident report shortly. I returned to continue vacuuming and remove the other 3 flares. After 20 minutes, I went back to the associate and she apologized and informed me there was noone else available to help me at the moment and there was no manager, or anyone with any authority to help. It wasn't overly busy, but the lack of a manager on site made a simple problem into a larger issue. 25 minutes after that, 45 minutes in total since I initially reported it, a young man comes out with a blank incident report and hands it to me and says he will be right back. I begin filling it out, wait another 5 minutes and eventually leave the completed report with the first female associate and leave. 2 days later, a young sounding manager named Destiny calls me in reference to the report. She tells me she is new to the location and asks what happened, I inform her, and she then states she hasn't reviewed the video yet and she needs to review it, but likely there was already damage and she begins to claim her equipment could not have damaged my vehicle. I disagree, but we hang up and she calls me back 15 minutes later after she reviewed it. She then tells me Quick Quack is not liable for any damage to vehicles older than 5 years, and her equipment could not have broken the plastic, even though she didn't know the PSI of the jets, and she also let her custodian, and 3 other employees review the video and they all agree that I must have had damage to my vehicle prior to entering, even though the video does not corroborate that, and her equipment has no fault. I disagree, and Destiny then begins cutting me off and sarcastically offering for me to come to the store to review the footage with her, and I quote, "to see if youre right and how wrong I am". I tell her I don't appreciate the attitude she displayed, and I wasn't looking for any restitution, just that she should know if her equipment damaged a vehicle. I told her I would not return and we left it at that. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability and professionalism I encountered while on location, and even more with the rude manager over the phone 2 days later. Small issue got overblown by a new, inexperienced manager and I am no longer a loyal customer. read more

Going to the car wash used to be a fun activity. It is not anymore. First of all before whatever changes happened the person who was at the gate will come out and talk to you. And if you ask her for something then they would give it to you or you would buy it. And they would give you a wipe for the car as well as a towel. Now they just sitting at little shock and they say something to you you don't have to stop or I don't know why you're soft. And then to tell you this house are in the containers which I checked them all today and there was not one towel. So no not giving out towels but they're also not keeping them stocked. This is just become a very unfriendly place so I'll probably be looking for something somewhere else that's more friendly. read more

I just can't believe how bad this place is! When I pulled up this morning, I couldn't find anyone to take my payment and let my car through. I waited a bit a saw a young lady come out, so then I went through the wash. My car and windshield are still not very clean- but anyway, I go over to the vacuums. The vacuum wouldn't turn on, there's an employee next to me who seems to be invested in a personal phone call. She eventually notices that I need help and turns a switch so the vacuum will turn on (while still on her cellphone). There is NO suction in the vacuum so I had to try 2 more to find one that kind of works. Regardless if it's a complementary vacuum- it's garbage. There's a place down the street that costs less and has great vacuums. It didn't really get the job done. So anyway- $8 for nothing- I have to take my car somewhere else.
