I like coming to this car wash. It gets me in and out quickly, and my car looks clean when I'm done. You can get car scents from the people who are outside and you don't have to figure out where the stuff is or go inside. Had the "free" car wash an hour ago and thought it would be great to sign up to their discounted membership. Big mistake! Car was scratch nasty from the front and it seems based on facebook reviews that this is a common case. Very disappointed. They should check and fix this ASAP I did file a report and called. Like all drive thru car washes they are not exactly the best for your vehicles paint. A touch free wash is the best but sometimes you don't have the time and sometimes you need a quick wash. This location recently began offering free usage of microfiber towels to dry the rest of your vehicle. You use them and toss them in the bin for them to wash and reuse. A definite plus in my book. It makes for a complete car wash experience. They stated it was a test phase but I hope they continue to offer this without increases in monthly costs or individual washes. Hopefully other patrons don't ruin for the rest of us by stealing them. I'd suggest more rewards or more discounted pricing for monthly or regular customers. read more

The prices are high and the sales reps are not really persuasive when it comes to the monthly memberships. Every time I have resorted to coming here for a premium wash, it never seems to actually clean the car. Keep heading down bear valley and find better car washes. read more

This place is a joke. The "team member" loaded our vehicle incorrectly and it fell off the the track. The car behind hit our vehicle and we have damage. Called the number listed and it goes to a call center. They said well we can not give you the number to someone that can help you and we can't give you the our insurance carrier information. She asked if we wanted an unlimited wash and we said we did not live in the area and she continued with "they have other washes all over". They dont have them in Big Bear where we live... My low rating is for the aggressive upsell on monthly memberships. I told the entrance employee that their equipment was so good that they did not need to try to sell so hard. I told him no thank you but he was relentless. I told him I should beat the owner for making him upsell (something I wouldn't do) He handed me back my money and said they didn't need my business they have over 5000 customers. I've had to replace my license plates recently due to my front one getting ripped off and lost in their wash. I got a new set put it in a nice frame and tried it again. Figured its sturdy now... Nope, ripped it out of one side and snapped the frame. (I know, I know, it took me two times to learn). I called to cancel my membership and they refused to prorate my next two weeks. They claim zero fault for the damage and want to keep my money. So, bank dispute it is. It's not the $$$ it's the principle. Tried them out for free during their grand opening. My Truck was extremely dirty from a recent rain. I was very pleased with how clean the truck was afterwards. Much better then Speedy Wash up the street. Plus the colored lights inside are cool . Will probably be signing up for their monthly deal. read more

I love coming here. I got the unlimited membership and stop by every time I go get groceries. Sometimes I'll drive they just for a little break. The car wash is great and the vacuums are nice. There are a lot of cute touches like the vacuum looks like a webbed duck foot. I love that I can stop when ever I want and get my car looking good again. The people are friendly and I love the fun lights and the duck duck goose lights at the end that tell you when to drive off. read more

Got white spots all over my car .Asked the manager if they added something to the wash he said no. But you can go through the car wash again but you have to pay. I told him he would regret that decision. So I went to a professional who removed the spots for $9.00 I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and said they had many complaints with this company. The vacuum is weak and parking stalls are so close together you have to worry about hoses scratching your vehicles and or your ass in the neighbors face. Quick quack lured me in with a free car wash somebody standing on the side of the road customer service representative Stephanie says I need to provide her my credit card and if I don't like the service I can cancel right away. I did cancel the service the first day as the parking spaces on Bear valley in Apple valley road are so tight everyone's bumping each other's doors trying to do the vacuum thing. Well 3 months later quick quack still charging my account upon calling the information line customer service said they could not refund my first month because I drove through on the free car wash. Not very good customer service for a new business that's trying to make an impression. Got my free car wash today, awesome promotion they were offering. I will definitely be going back. Everyone was happy and welcoming, the staff was dressed nice and I loved the colorful lights inside the wash.
