This was a good wash, but a frustrating process leading up to the wash. I was greeted by an employee who immediately asked me which monthly wash I wanted to do. I told her that I just wanted to do a single wash as I was from out of state. She proceeded to explain to me that there are Quick Quack locations in other states too. Annoying. The wash itself was fine and I like the amenities in the vacuum area (towels) but I wouldn't need to return here based on the annoying employees. read more

Paid money to have our car cleaned and nothing came off except dust. Bug guts were still on our car. Not worth the money we paid for the car wash. Save your money and spray your car off if that is how this place works. Better yet, go to the local places and have it done better for the same price. read more

The worst car wash ever!!! Our new windshield was damaged by their equipment, we reported it immediately to the employees on duty who took a report and admitted the damage was done by their equipment. I spent the next month trying to get a response from Dan Richardson the "regional leader". After 5 phone calls I received an email stating that they are not responsible for any damage caused by their equipment. read more

Chris at the Sunset St George location is a gem! He helped me with some stuck on bug issues, and convinced me to upgrade to the ceramic wash (their best one) after letting me try it out. He was so friendly, helpful and I feel like went above and beyond expectations for a car wash! Took my 2015 Tundra for a wash, vacuumed, and wipe down at this facility and very pleased with the type of cleaning. It removed almost 99% of the bugs on the front of the truck. The cleaning clothes were excellent and the vacuuming was powerful and removed all of the dirt from the off roaming done in the national parks. Highly recommend for cleaning any vehicle. read more

I love this car wash and have never seen such clean grounds at a place like this. Staff is very friendly esp Chris who will take time to chat and wish you a great day and compliment on your car. He asks how they can do better if anything. And to that I say: NOTHING !! Great job in all areas. The wait time when you pull in is very minimal, if any. Not impressed with the customer service. I've never used Quick Quack but I got a coupon for a free wash emailed to me in December. Once you activate the link you have 24 hours to use it. So I stored that away for when I'd need it which happened to be today. I activated it when I got there but when they scanned it it didn't work. Turns out there's an expiration date on the coupon and it had expired. Little help that does for me to have the expiration in a place you do t see until it's activated. The boys working there wouldn't do anything to help me out so I left. After this experience the only way I'll be returning is if I get my free wash I was offered. read more

My first visit was this morning. I was not at all impressed with their $19 car wash. My tires rims came out as dirty they went in. While I was there, two cars came out with damage to their vehicles. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. The stalls were poorly assembled, drying lot is really small. There were no drying towels and the air blower had low pressure. I will not be returning. I wish them the best and hope they can make some positive changes. read more
