Misa went above and beyond to help the customers and helped me with all the things I needed I really recommend this place

I basically use the car wash as a way to pass time while my baby is sleeping in the car so I'm here a lot. The attendant is familiar with us and she is always sweet and helpful. Once, much to her delight, baby was awake and she stated he's awake for once and drew a happy face on the window for him. It always feels good when people remember you at a business, it makes you feel valued as a customer and not just another number. The only thing I think they could improve on is offering rags like most other car washes are doing now. This is honestly the only reason I'm not a member. read more

Drove by there today. As a part year resident, this is the first time I've had my own car in The Valley, as opposed to a rental. Saw the sign, tried it and am sold. I saw the sign for free car wash, and ASSUMED that there was a string or two attached - no. Absolutely free. My old GMC looks great. Free vacuums, too. I thought the number of employees was PERFECT! They are polite and well dressed, too. As someone who is a bit older (ahem) than a Millennial, I HATE machines, and do-it-yourself, and love good friendly service. I'm a convert. Quick car wash when you need one. Just drive up, pay and get put through a car wash. It seemed pretty quick but it did the job. Car looks great and we were in an out within 5 minutes. Will be back again! read more

Some days this location is open. Others it isn't. Your guess is as good as mine as to which is which. Some days you show up at 7:30 PM and they are open. Other days they're not. This location is a joke at best. Don't bother calling either. They don't answer the phone. read more

You can tell she's the one running this place by the positive interactions she has with the rest of the crew. Krystal has a huge number of regulars who come to this location exclusively. The wash itself was great but we were totally turned off by the dark haired worker NOT wearing a face mask when he came to our car window. In the middle of a pandemic this is not acceptable. Won't be going back because of that! read more

Car wash is nice, but don't get a monthly membership. There is no way to cancel without filing multiple disputes with your credit card company. You cannot cancel at the site, or on the website. The only way to cancel is to call and no one picks up or responds to voicemail. read more

We got the $12 wash and when we went through he only sprayed one side of our car with the solution. It was a short wash with simple car soap that didn't leave our car shiny or waxed. When it was finished the dryers didn't completely dry our car and there was actually dirt marks running down the sides of our van where the sliding doors slide through. It wasn't very satisfactory but we were in such a rush we didn't have a chance to go back and let them know... this was my first and last time trying this car wash. I'd recommend Francis and Son's even though it's not that close by, I'd drive that far for a good job... read more

Used the free car wash coupon, my car was spotless. It rained the same day, took it back next day and Brian the lead honored my 48 hour rain check and once again my car was spotless !!!! I was visiting 7-11 next door for my free slurpee on 7/11 and happened to see the duck on the corner advertising for a free car wash. Of course I assumed there was a catch but to my delight it was really free! I very much appreciated this opening special as it allowed me to try out a new business that I might not have necessarily tried. After an excellent car wash I proceeded to use the vacuums and they worked great. Bonus points for the blower as I haven't seen many car washes with those. I'll definitely return! read more

Drove through for the grand opening freebie looking for a new place with vacuums for my daily rideshare (uber) cleanup. I know they are not responsible for damage but the rotating brush grabbed and bent my licence plate. Looking for a sturdy frame to hold the plate down. Never a problem at any other car wash in about 200 washes. read more

My daughter went for a $5.00 car wash at Quick Quack Car Wash at 9th Street and Bell Rd in Phoenix on 9/8/2020 at approx. 10:30AM MT and her car exited the car wash with approx. $600.00 in damage to the back of her car. Per the Car wash, because my daughter's car is over five years old (2011 RAV 4) they are not responsible for the damage, they referenced their signage that indicates such. They state it's their policy because a car over five years old has wear and tear. Photos of my daughter's car clearly indicate there is no wear and tear anywhere on the vehicles other then the area damaged by the car wash and the associates at the car wash. It's a policy they created to excuse them from any responsibility for damage caused to vehicles at their establishment? Seems like their creating their own loophole to avoid having to take any responsibility or accountability. I have left multiple messages for the car wash District Manager; Amber Earl and I have received no response. I have spoken with the Manager, Stephen at the car wash to inquire why a car was put in the car wash directly behind my daughters car, have you even been through a car wash where there is another car directly behind yours? I asked why when the cover to her spare tire was blown off by their blower, why did he not stop the car wash? The part blew under the front of the car that was directly behind her and that car dragged her car part throughout the car wash, demolishing the part. Damage could have been mitigated had he been paying attention and stopped the car wash. My daughter's friend jumped out of the car while in the car wash to try and retrieve the part, AND yet he still didn't stop the car wash. Her friend could have been seriously hurt or worse, and yet the car wash claims NO RESPONSIBILTY because the car is over five years old. It is the car wash establishments/owners responsibly to provide reasonable care and make the property safe for customers, This includes hiring employees with adequate experience, and for training employees to follow safety guidelines - this did not happen - this is negligent. What does the age of my daughters car have to do with the fact that the Manager didn't do his job to supervise the situation and take proper action to avoid damage (a car should not have been directly behind hers in the wash), mitigate damage (to car and person) by stopping the wash? Two employees saw my daughter's friend get out of the car during the car wash, they're response was "What Happened?" Seriously, clearly no one was doing their job or paying attention, I am grateful no one was injured or worse. They refuse to respond to my calls; I have asked them to review their cameras which will show "premise liability" their employees failed to do their jobs and a car over five years old does not constitute wear and tear. Their only response is a text offering one month of car washes - Seriously? read more

I have been going to this location for about 2 years, multiple times a month. About 2 months ago, the wheel cleaning mechanism at the end of the track scratched my rear left rim. I felt it happen, heard it happen. Filed a formal report, I wasn't too upset about it at the time because well, these thing happen. They took photos of the wheel and gave me my copy of the report. However, since that time the company as well as the individual location owner have just ignored me. I have not received any response, nor has anything been done about it. The place does what it should: wash your car. However, just be warned that if your car does in fact get damaged at some point, it is highly unlikely you will ever see resolution. read more

Worst car wash I've ever been to. I bought the "better" wash for $11. The girl gave my windshield a half hearted spray as I had big guts. After the wash, the bugs were still there. The tires and rims were bone dry, so those didn't get cleaned. The vacuum was a cheap plastic that had collapsed on itself so there wasn't any suction. To get my car actually clean, I would need to run it through the wash at least one or two times. For a brand new car wash, it was pretty bad. I won't be back **** Updated review****** I was quickly contacted by the store. Brian was very helpful, investigating the damaged vacuum head. Someone had ran over it with their car, and he replaced it. Their customer service is certainly interested in a positive customer experience. read more

We went in me and my boyfriend to get a car wash because he works really close to that area and it cleaned my dirty old car great and his car looked brand new 10 out of 10 would recommend! The only thing I would change is the person that sprained my car should smile more because it looked like she hated me and her life. Not low car friendly it washed my sides not not the hood, roof or trunk. I would have liked them to put up a notice saying that or something. My car is still low coming out factory so I am not pleased and would not return unless they can fix this. read more
