So I didn't have very high expectations, but my vehicle was in dire need, to the point of embarrassment. I chose this car wash based strictly on location for I was in the area. First, my black truck hadn't been washed in probably 8 or 9 months. The inside was just as bad. The Golden Retriever had gone to the vet several times and the mutt to the groomers. Dog hair abundant. One car being vacuumed and one police vehicle waiting to get started. I opted for the ultra plus full service, $29.99. The attendant did try to get me to upgrade to the $9.99 inside "special" but declined after reading several other yelpers experience with the "special". I waited about 15-20 minutes before they yelled ready. The outside was ok, typical run of the mill automatic drive thru car wash. The inside, again I wasn't expecting much but whoever vacuumed my truck did a fine job getting 90% of the dog hair off the seats and carpeted floor mats. Was it worth $30, probably not. $35 with the tip I gave the older woman drying. But I'm no longer embarrassed to drive it. And if I'm in the area I would definitely use their services again. read more

I paid 32 dollars for a good wash. My truck came out and all scratched up and yellow plastic stuck to it. I asked for the manager(Martin). Came over and told me that cloth cleans the vehicles and it's not even a good wash. Then he says the hello paint is from the rollers and cloth that washes the vehicles. He rubbed the yellow paint off and the lady cleaned it with the rag. He said, see the paint is gone. The scratches the can't remove and that's not from us. The more he speaks the stronger the smell gets from the alcohol. I ask how much beer have you drank. He says he went across the street and had beers. I say to him are you serious. Drinking on the job and you tell me I'm wrong. I would understand if this wasn't my truck. But I drive it everyday and I know what my truck looks like. You can see the scratches and where it rubbed the paint off. Why do they hire drunks to manage a business like this. Sad thing is that once I said I was going to report him. I am very disappointed in their service I have been a customer for about 3 years and I went to get my car washed today 06/20/25 and one of the guys broke my door handle they taped back together so I told Joaquin about it and the manager martin stated that she looked at the camera and said they did not break it that my car is old but I saw the guy open my door handle and saw the part fly to the ground it was the employees fault but I will never go there again I will take my business else where. read more

They didn't care to vacuum properly, for $39.99 I expected at least that and properly wiping visible areas, but it was half-assed at best. I could see maybe like $15.99 for the job they did (it was pretty messy, they threw the trash, neatly put items in the consoles of the door and cleaned the inside of the windshield- which is hard for me to reach, so that's good). They had a special going for 59.99 that included wax and mat shampoo. They tell me my car done I was sitting next to my car the whole time. They didn't wax it or shampoo the mats. I asked hey I paid for this you didn't do it. The worker said they didn't because it wasn't on the window so I need to go talk to the guy at register. I paid extra to get the floor mats cleaned and they were put back in my van wet where my feet slipped when i got in the drivers seat. I could of rinsed them off with a hose like they did with no soap. I've always had a nice job done as far as vacuuming. This time it looked like they didnt vacuum. I have made several attempts to get in contact with this establishment regarding their reoccurring membership fees. I have left messages, I have sent an email and have received zero response. On June 10th I visited ultra suds car wash to get a basic car wash and I was greeted by a man named Joaquin, he then convinced me to join the monthly membership for $9.99 considering their basic car wash was $9.99 I should just sign up for unlimited car washes at that price. I was hesitant but I thought it was a good deal for unlimited car washes, and signed their receipt with the expectation that I was to pay $9.99 a month for their membership. A few weeks go by and I checked my bank statement and I was charged $29.99 for their membership fee! What kind of shady business practice is that?! This is not what I signed up for and I have called repeatedly without any response to cancel my membership. Do not use their services as far as a membership goes because it's a complete rip off, I would've never of signed up for $29.99! If this is how you run your business I'll be sure to let everyone know to not use this establishment. Please save your money for a more professional and caring place. I came to Ultra Suds car wash expecting to receive a proper car wash which cost me $26 plus a tip for the workers cleaning my vehicle. I saw that the rear end of my vehicle was clean so expected the front of my vehicle to be the same and drove off. Shortly after I stopped and realized that they completely left the front untouched and filthy. I then drove back and spoke to the woman in charge she refused to have any of her employees finish the job and insisted that my car had water damage and it would cost me $100 to fix it with them. I then explained to her that I've been to other car washes that have cost me less and they are always able to give my vehicle a proper wash she then proceeded to say in her words " I hardly doubt that" I was amused by the unprofessional backlash of her tone and attitude I then proceeded to tell her "Nice try, but you will not be getting $100 out of me" She then walked away and said to me " excuse me but do you work in a car wash"? In my defense, I told her " I'm certainly glad I don't but if I did I would've done a better job to handle a customer's complaint in a more professional manner." Here I have attached two pictures. The only one deserving of praise was the friendly associate who greeted me ever so kindly. Let Saturday, January 11, 2020 go down as the day I visited UltraSuds opening weekend, paid for the 'best' wash available, The Ultra $26 total. From the outside car looks fabulous; inside just bad. Half-assedly (might've made up a new word) wiped down, leftover crumbs still laying around and as I was driving away, opened my cup holder. See pic for proof. One boy did excellent job vacuuming my car. But that was it. I picked middle one. I don't remember the name. But not basic and not the most expensive one. I should have give only him tips. Not those kids who towel dried my car. Outside the car was still not clean. Management needs to train employees more and better. It is under new management? Metro car wash was so much better. My work takes me to the area often and I decided I would try the new Ultra Suds car wash at the west side of the metro center mall loop. I'm always impressed when I see a car wash whose site is clean and orderly. That was the case with Ultra Suds. The greeting staff was warm and informative, offering upgrades without being pushy. I opted for the full service Ultra wash. They gave me a choice to ride in the car, which I did. I was glad to see they had a full conveyor belt as my car has very wide tires. The conveyor belt could easily handle a dually truck. It was fun to see all of the equipment and chemicals working to clean my car. The Dry and Shine equipment left my car shinier and dryer than I expected. The staff did a very nice job finishing off my car and earned a nice tip. It seemed that my car stayed shinier longer than I usually get from the big chain car washes. I don't know if it was the chemicals or the new equipment, but I got many more days out of my car than I usually do. Next time in I may take a membership plan. Never had any discussion about a monthly subscription. I disputed the charge, left a VM ... never heard back ... they charged me again the following month ... I filed a fraud charge with Chase VISA and will receive a new card. Called UltraSuds again and their mail box is full. Very disappointed as I loved this car wash. NO MORE. Told attendant just needed a wash and dry. Had just cleaned inside myself. I also told him I was picking up people at the airport at 2PM & asked how long it would take. "About an hour" he says. Lots of cars there & an hour would've worked. An hour & a 1/2 later still don't see my Jeep. Walked to back & said he would hurry her?? 25 mins later car goes through wash tunnel. Still dirty. I ran to my Jeep and said have to go. Got in dirty Jeep & raced off. They put all my things in ONE bag & threw in back. Including my driving glasses. Seats were soaked. Late to airport, friends got all wet too. To top it off my $27.99 wash came up as $146.99 In my frenzy didn't see receipt til that night. They don't answer calls or email. I didn't realize till today when I was driving how dirty my car still is and to top it off it didn't even smell like vanilla, the scent they initially asked me. Though this is super close to my home.
