this place is the worst for hard selling, I know what I want and how to work the self-service payment machine (I am an adult), there's always someone standing there pushing memberships and selling services. one time the person even walked up and started clicking the options on the screen and selected the most expensive membership for me, I kept trying to change it and he just would not stop selling! I finally got mad and told him to leave me alone. went again today and 2 people were there and pushing memberships and they were rude and sarcastic, worst experience I have had in a long time. I came today for a car wash. I did not come for the hard sell. The young man assisting customers at the payment gate tried to sell me a membership that I did not want. I told him several times I did not want the membership and he kept trying to sell it to me. I tried to call the store to talk about this, but there is no way to speak to a person, and I am directed to your website for "customer service" matters. Your website insists I give my email address and phone number. Since I can't handle this matter privately, I'm letting your potential customers know to be wary. No means no and your employee clearly doesn't understand that. read more

I have video of him accusing me of having prior damage. Check video of all the times I got my car washed and my mirror never broke off before. HORRIBLE management. The website is a never ending loope. It's crazy you are unable to speak to anyone or use the contact us now chat option. There is no phone number no help now button. There are only pre seleted question that give you no information and when you respond to their (did this answer your Question) with a no, it takes you back to the same page you were on. I want to sign up for a fleet account and get pricing but, you cant pricing without having an account 1st. You cant get an account without speaking to sales but you cant speak to sale to get pricing to creat an account before you sign up for an account. Save yourself some time and an excruciating headache. THE BELL LOCATION SUCKS!!!The employees SUCK the equipment in the lot SUCKS and how the hell are the towels always filthy!?!? Like cmon where's your pride. Disappointed since I have a membership here. Not going to cancel yet, unless serious improvements are made. There are NEVER fresh towels available. You must go on a scavenger hunt to find one. Several vacuums are broken. The garbage disposals are overflowing and there is garbage all over the property. There should ALWAYS be an employee to hand you the air freshener, etc. I have had to wait for an employee here. When one shows up, without me saying a word, they give me pushback, making excuses. This is our go to car wash when we travel to Phoenix every year. The pressure makes a great start. Luckily, you are then provided clean towels for the drying and even glass cleaner. I've not found another place so friendly either. Sager is the man who knows how to make an old truck shine like a diamond. read more

Super Star Car Wash is under investigation for multiple fraudulent charges! My son's ex-gf used his card (without permission) to purchase what she apparently thought was one wash. He's being charged nearly $40 a month ever since. He never used this service or authorized payment. This seems to happen often, just read their reviews. We called corporate (because you can't contact them through their site without account info) and were on hold over 30 minutes just to be told they won't refund the payments, even though it wasn't him who created the account. They say the only way to get refund is to make a fraud report with the bank! I asked why they didn't check ID, especially when a woman used a man's bank card without him being present and they say they don't check ID, they just run the card.... They refused to elevate this issue or offer anything other than a virtual gift card. My son has no car, just a motorcycle, and never authorized payment in the first place! read more

I do not recommend starting an unlimited wash plan. They make it sound like you're getting a good deal for adding 2 cars for a discounted price. I was lied to TWICE about how much I was paying. After going in the first time it was $35 for 2 cars. I was paying double for months. The guy working was shocked and said it was a mistake. Then gave me another rate and after a month or 2 I checked again to see I was paying double. Again. I feel stolen from and will not be returning. read more

Do not wash your car here!! I washed my car on 08/23 at the Bell & 16th Ave location and my windshield was damaged. The manager on duty was very rude and insisted that there was a chip on my windshield and that is why it cracked. There was no chip on the windshield but he refused to take a closer look. He was very unprofessional and even laughed when I asked him to take a closer look because I heard something hit the top of the car but he refused to even consider the damage. Your organization needs to train your employees to offer better quality customer service. read more

Update 24 Jun 2023... Despite me attempting to cancel, they have attempted to charge my card 15 TIMES! You are blocked buddy. Get the point. They will increase your membership price with no warning, no notification. That's ridiculous. If you're raising prices, YOU NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE! Plus... you can't cancel. I tried the website on 2 different devices. The "cancel" button is just decorative and does nothing. I have to call my bank to either get a new card or block this scam of a car wash. STAY AWAY! Wrse car wash I've ever been to. at first the machine wouldn't take cash. so he told me to move over one. and then the one that did take cash the sales person talked to me for five minutes after I had already bought the $11 dollar option. (while my 9$ of change was sitting at the machine. after talks his sales pitch he stops and says I can pull forward(thinking I forgot about the 9$.) I asked for the change and he was like oh yes sorry about that. unfortunately the guy said that they were out of change and they only had five dollars so he gave me five dollars and gave me a four dollar voucher. i just said whatever and moved on. Lastly, about halfway through the car wash one of the big cleaners hit the hood of my car extremely hard, jolting it side to. After the wash was finished there were still soap everywhere on the back half of the car. Never come here. I am a college student so paying $11 for a car wash is pricey for me.
