Great customer service at the cashier kiosk - the only reason this review is not 1-star. The young man at the entrance of the wash, with the pressure washer hose, did absolutely nothing with it, just a quick mist. I got the "good" wash which was nice and affordable at 12.99 with "bug breakdown" and everything else included in a simple wash. I was on a road trip and collected a bit of a bug graveyard this past week. Let me tell you, the pressure washer, the supposed "bug breakdown" and the wash did absolutely nothing to clean my car. I had to spend 30-40 min (well over their dumb 10-min time limit rule), with their conveniently placed rags, scrubbing down the front of my car and windshield. What was the point of coming here? My dad went through this wash and noticed scratches on his vehicle immediately after exiting. He brought it up to staff right away, and an incident report was created the same day. At the time, he wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so he allowed the vehicle to go through the wash a second time. After the second wash, the scratches appeared even worse. What frustrated us most was how the situation was handled afterward. We tried to go through the proper process, followed up respectfully, and asked if the matter could be escalated for further review. Instead, we kept getting different explanations as to why the claim would not be reconsidered or escalated further. We understand accidents and disputes can happen, and we weren't expecting perfection. We just expected the concern to be taken seriously and reviewed fairly, especially since the issue was reported immediately and documented the same day. This car washed sucked do not go . I paid $22.00 Didn't clean car which just had dust. And some small spots which didnt remove spots you can see where water missed. The dryer didn't dry any of the car only one side of the tires got washed the other didnt even get wet. Then it was time to vacuum and the nozzle came off the hose . Worse experience ever. This is another car wash that QQ has purchased and retrofit. The location has easy access right off the 10 freeway. What I found disappointing is the vacuum suction was not good, towels are not readily available and you do not have coverage from the sun when drying your car. When they buy these established car washes, I always find the same issues. read more

This Quack Quack location is terrible. The car wash barely uses any soap, and my car came out just as dirty as it went in. The brushes don't seem to clean well at all, leaving streaks and spots everywhere. On top of that, the vacuums are completely useless--the suction is so weak that it barely picks up anything, making it a waste of time. I've been to other Quack Quack locations that were much better, but this one is by far the worst. Save your time and go to another location. read more

Dude they damaged the paint on my car and got oil all over it. It was just the machines fault but the manager didn't wanna file a claim or review the tapes for some reason so I had to file an insurance claim. So annoying. read more

Celene at 10520 sierra in Fontana was super sweet and so was Giselle they gave me the best customer service they turned a raggedy experience with PAGE at corporate in to a positive one I was going to cancel my membership at 51.99 my husbands at 51.99 and my employee at 51.99 she never once tried to resolve the issue was. O help and really needs a training. $1871. Loss from one customer a year is one employees wages maybe hers it makes a difference. So, this happened at Quick Quack car wash on Friday May. 29th 2020. Went in with paint, came out without it. When I spoke with Adrian, "The Manager", he told me he was going to deny the claim before he reviewed the video footage saying it was a bad paint job - the car is a 2015 and only has 20,000 miles on it. When i asked him to explain his decision and without allowing me to see the video, he argued with me, raised his voice at me all while standing in front of his store in front of other customers and staff. After I left I got a phone call from him and he continued in the same manner. When asked him to escalate the matter he refused to. Please share this with anyone who may bring their car here. !!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO QUICK QUACK CAR WASH!!!! read more

The wait was insane I was waiting on the lane with one car and the lane with 3 cars when in by so fast. The person who was helping the car in front of me seemed new since the person kept going to the back of the car and back to her tablet and back to handing it to the driver and back to the back of the car. I just wish the service was faster and easier. I counted 7 cars go in while I waited and was able to change lanes. This place is so cool! Fast, friendly, and my car leaves sparkling clean. They have three tiers of washes and I chose the BEST. Vacuumed first (self) and headed to the wash. Employees were friendly.
