Don't go there if you have cars older than 5 years. They won't cover any damages! The car wash ripped my driver side mirror off and they said sorry- and to fill out a complaint. There was no sign about the possible damage when i entered but apparently it was on the other side of the building. I recommend going to a touchless car wash instead. Or go to quick quack if your car is newer. read more

I used to love going to Springville Quick Quack! I loved the personal greeting, dash wipe and human interaction! Sadly, no longer! You drive up to a gate and in you go...no human necessary and you don't have to interact with anyone... quick quack has taken away any human interactions. The once friendly "hello! Thanks for being a quick quack customer " is gone! And so is that wonderful dash wipe! So sad!! I guess i'lll try wiggy wash! I'm just looking for a friendly face somewhere!! read more

I love the introduction to the towels. Makes a car washing experience all the better. Great value if you have multiple cars. Always friendly service. I wish that the Spanish Fork one was open. I go to the Springville location. That's where I know they've introduce the orange towels. Makes it so much easier to clean windows and dash and more. In fact I recommend dropping the - dash wipes. That will save you money save the environment because the towels do just a good or better job. read more

Worst location. If they aren't broken down and closed for tune ups they are completely understaffed and overwhelmed with the crowds and leave us regulars to not get a pleasant experience. They take forever dealing with customers signing up. I noticed the far gate opens for everyone coming through so if you don't go to the lane with the gate that opens plan on waiting an extra twenty minutes. I also pay for a ceramic wash and lost count how many times I get the "good" wash. They need to honor first come first serve. They need to provide you with washes you pay for and they need to get driers that actually dry your car. read more

Girl who helped me was put out for some reason. I got a single wash and my mirrors were folded in and it still knocked them around in the opposite direction. You will need to bring your own towels, first off the drying portion gets maybe 50% of water off. Second I went to the vacuum station after and used their towels and as I was wiping my truck it left a soapy residue. So now I wasted my money and need to go spray it off and redo it at home. read more

Bought a pass here last week and took my car through to get washed after getting back from skiing and it didn't even clean it. Smeared every thing. So I went back through it again and nothing changed. Then noticed some scratches. Talked to the assistant manager. She didn't even seem to care. Just took down my info then told me I would get a call sometime in the next week. Finally heard back and talked to the manager in person. Nothing was figured out. The customer service there is a JOKE. I thought that is usually a priority with businesses? Watch out! I passing through and got a car wash. Unbeknownst to me, they took my credit card info and billed me for a monthly membership. A third payment had been withdrawn before I noticed it. I emailed them and asked that they cancel the membership and refund me. Shame on me that I did not follow up. Not only did they NOT refund me for those 3 months, they didn't cancel the membership and continued to charge me. A few months more went by, and I was shocked to notice it again. I called this time and was reassured that they would cancel the membership but that they could not refund me all that they had charged. The customer service gal was as nice as she could be, but the result was the same. QQ got to keep my money for a membership that I didn't ask for. read more

Turns out Quick Quack is a Quack When this location in Springville Utah opened my wife and I went to have our car washed. Quick Quack just opened and all the big wigs were there, one of them came over and asked if we would be interested in the monthly plan, my first response was no thank you but he said they were building their customer base and said if we did auto payment directly from our checking account the price would be $19.95 a month. I said no thank. He said as long the monthly payments are made the price would not change. Well, they lied. Our account was charged $29.95 for this month. I have called, sent emails with no response. I then went to the car wash and they said no longer honoring their promise. Quack Quack is a Quack. Quack Quack is a dishonest company. Please don't go to a dishonest company. read more

My first time here! I was kinda worried about driving through a car wash that's pulls your car through. I didn't know what to get so the girl helped me with choosing which wash I should pick. I went with the protect for 14.99 and she actually took time to explain what comes with it!!! Since it was my first time to told me she would need to write down my license plate number. After payment I proceed to the drive through. Another girl helped me, basically I had to adjust my car twice before I got it right! "Exact why i was so worried." but she made sure I got it right. The wash wasn't long. After I went through the wash I went to the vacuums that were provided for FREE! I was so surprised how clean my car was. It totally looked like new! I went into the Quick Quack Car Wash in springville UT. On April 13, while I was going through the wash I noticed a bumb as if something hit my car. Which I thought was weird cause no other location has done this I immediately pulled into the vacumm section and inspected my car and noticed the damage. Their wash broke this plastic cover that's on my windshield scratched my car and rim. The damage was minimal but I still filed an incident report I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours(3days). I waited 8 days and heard nothing. I went in to talk to their manager(Bailee) she tried to brush me off saying that she has been overworked and could not address my claim today and wanted me to come back Friday. (I live 30 min away) long story short she briefly looked at the car and claimed that the damage was done by something or somewhere else. I know my car very well and I am the only one who drives it. I know for a fact where the damage came from I also have a dash cam in my car and she didn't even consider seeing that footage. and when I asked to see their video to have some closure at least she didn't even consider it she simply said "I know my car wash and it didn't damage your car". But refused to prove it with their footage. I'm not saying they purposefully did the damage but I am irritated and very displeased with their lack of responsibility in this situation. The manager never had the intent to contact me as if she was hoping I would let this go. And even 8days later when I showed up to talk to her she says I don't have time come back Friday. now I have to spend my own money to fix their mistake. People if you get anything out of this AVOID Quick Quack Car Wash they will damage your car and claim you did the damage yourself. read more

Only reason they are getting 2 stars is due to the kindness of the young lady at the entrance. I am from a state that does not have this company and I would like it to stay that way. I have taken my truck through car washes many times without issue. The main issue is the amount of bugs that are still polluting my bumper, grill and mirrors even after a second wash. Also, if you have a front license plate and good for it a front cover or surround, I hope you are not that attached to it. Like I said before, I have been though many car washes in my home state and have never had an issue. My front license plate frame is destroyed and from all the vehicles I have seen come though after me, all of their front plates are bent to the point of being dangerous for people walking in front of your vehicle. I will never come back to this company. I have had way better success from gas station washes! Save yourself the $15 from here and get a great wash for $8 somewhere else. read more

Let me just say, this location is by far the best Quick Quack location I have ever been to. It's always so clean, The manager (I think her name is Bailey) She is phenomenal. Always has a smile, always willing to help. I tried to tip her one time and watched her go and hand it to one of the other employees.
