I've been coming to Wiggy Wash for a while, but unfortunately the location seems like it has really gone downhill. It feels like management is no longer maintaining the property the way they used to. The vacuums are frequently broken or simply don't work at all, which is frustrating when you're paying for a full car wash experience (pass). On multiple visits I've had to try several stalls just to find one that actually works. Another concern is the smell coming from the water during the wash cycle. Recently it has had a moldy or musty odor, which makes me question how well the equipment and water systems are being maintained. read more

Got the cheapest wash because my car needed a quick rinse and it hadn't been done in a while. The wash pretty much did nothing. There is still visible dirt on both sides of my car that I can wipe off with my finger. I will be avoiding wiggy wash from now on. read more

i used to work at this location for just about two years. i loved my job and my coworkers. we got close really quick and we were like a family. but as of recently, they hired on new management and things went absolutely downhill. the new manager of the site was unfair about rules. obviously things change as time goes on, and that's completely valid and expected. but accusing one of their best employees of stealing company property and not being willing to hear out the situation isn't how things should be run. i feel like you should work there for a specific amount of time and see how things are run before you decide you know exactly how everything is run. every job is different in their own way, even if they're just car washes. quick quack is different than wiggy wash, wiggy wash is different than tag-n-go, and vice versa. you can't expect one job to be the exact same as a different one and start treating it like the other job. i think wiggy wash went downhill after hiring the new management. i'm sure they're good in their own way, but clearly not where they used to be when it comes to management and wash quality. read more

I've never driven through a worse car wash in my life. It literally just rubbed the dirt around--my car would've gotten cleaner if I'd peed on it. Scratched my paint, didn't remove anything, and when I tried the air compressor to blow out some dirt? Nope. Just a tiny whisper of wind. Total joke. Don't waste your money!!! read more

The Salesman lied and told me the $10 promotion for the best car wash would only be for the one month and then I wouldn't be charged anymore. Well that wasn't true, I've been charged the $25 for July and Customer Service can't refund me (as they say). The was is mid and I think it's sleazy to outright lie just to get a sale. read more

Been a VIP member since the So. Main Street wash opened. Have had multiple vehicles registered! Love the employees they are the friendliest people and enjoy their greetings every time I go in. Now just 1 complaint. I pay for the premium wash so I expect a good clean when I done! Understanding this wash is probably the oldest in their company lately I have found that some of the equipment is not working as should. My last trip the entry jet sprayer not oscillating, the 4 side brushed not working. Specifically went in to remove some bird droppings from the vehicle and when finished the bird mess was still present down the side of the vehicle! Not the first time! Pretty frustrating. Need some maintenance help or newer equipment! Have been committed to Wiggy Wash but I drive past two newer Car Washes to get there. Ok these guys are awesome!! We decided to go with the full service interior clean and they did amazing. On top of that I needed to pick up my car after hours because of day job. There was a miscommunication and they locked my car inside on a Saturday (closed Sunday). I was able to get a phone number for the owner, and they jumped on it so rapidly and called someone to help me get my car Sunday morning. All my interactions with every employee up to the manager/owner were fantastic! Good people! read more

The women working here are not smart enough to know how much you charge for a car wash. They have a sign five dollars for one month wash. None of them know what this means. I tried and tried and tried they do not understand after backing up and reading the sign, it's clear if you purchase any car wash, you get an additional month of car washes for five dollars, this was beyond the intelligence of the employees! read more

My husband took his truck in to be detailed. After 4+ hours he went back to pick it up and it was awful. There was crumbs and dirt in the back seat. The door clearly hadn't been cleaned. My husband told the guy to get him the cleaner and a towel and after he sprayed the area down the dirt caked handle was cleaned up easily. The wax was globby, streaky and unfinished. My husband told the guy it was unsatisfactory and stayed while they worked on it. While waiting he observed more fraternization and standing around than any actual work being done. Do yourself a favor if you're needing to get your car cleaned and go anywhere else. read more

I paid for the most expensive wash, there were some mud spots so they even sprayed it down before I went through the wash. Not worth the cost or the quality. I paid like $14 for a car wash that didn't even clean my car that well. The rear was barely cleaned afterwards and unless you pay for the ultra premium way expensive car wash you don't get a "warranty". The place was pretty automatic without any employee intervention so there was no one to talk to about my concerns. The line wasn't too long and the parts of my car that did get cleaned looked nice, but there are gas station car washes that are cheaper and more effective. I probably won't be back and after hearing other horror stories from other locals about this business I couldn't recommend this business to anyone. read more

Horrible. I was warned by a few people about this place but I needed it done same day so I went. I paid $100 for the detail and carpet shampoo and vinyl treatment. I asked up front how long max it should take. He said 1.5 hours. I had already taken everything out and vacuumed the car with my home vac. It was decently clean and just needed the deeper stuff. Finally at 2.5 hours later I needed to leave and asked how much longer. They said 45 min. I said okay I don't want to rush you guys cause I want it to actually be clean, but can I leave it here and come back in the morning? Great. My husband picked it up and looked around in our first 2 rows and things looked okay. He got home and I started installing our car seats and got into our 3rd row and I don't think they even stepped back there or glanced an eye. Wasn't touched in the slightest. No vacuum, no shampoo, no wiping. Really deceiving on their part knowing most people probably look in the middle and front to check work. When some obvious dirt spots on the outside we're asked about we got a simple shrug "yeah I don't know about that" with no resolution. The building is nice and good location but that's all this business has going for them. What a waste of my time and money. read more

About two weeks ago I went through the car wash and a 24" scrape appeared on the hood. My schedule did not allow me to deal with it until 10 days later, when I texted and asked them to look at it. They pleasantly responded and an appointment was made. When I arrived Gracie greeted me kindly and we looked at the car. She understood exactly how to fix it, and offered to fix it immediately. Her knowledge of how to repair finishes was impressive. Fifteen minutes later I drove away unable to detect where the damage had been. Excellent service. Thank you. read more

Honestly, I really want to be as positive as possible, but pretty frustrated with today's experience. The positive: the employees were super nice and the building (play area for the kids, waiting area, bathrooms) were clean and nice. But... I paid $65 for today's service including cleaning my leather seats, inside vinyl, outside clean, vacuum, etc. I was told with the leather "treatment", it would take an hour. So I prepared for that (with a 3 and 6 year old with me). It took 2 hours. I wouldn't even complain about the time at all if my vehicle was at least CLEAN, but it wasn't. By the time they said it was ready, I was at the end of my patience and just needed to get out of there, so admittedly I did not "inspect" it like I should have, but after I got home and got my kids out of the car, I realized the back doors (inside) hadn't even been touched. The crumbs, fingerprints and footprints from my crazy kids were still there in full force. The cup holders weren't even touched. I ended up going over almost the entire interior with wipes after I got home. If I'd spent $20 on a quick run-through car wash, I don't think I'd even complain, but $65 is a lot of money to spend on a flat out half-assed job and I don't even see any point in calling them, because I doubt they'll reimburse me or anything like that. It's better than it was when I got there, sooooo... *shrug* Best bonus is that my Jeep SMELLS beautiful. read more

Yay! So glad the Wiggy Wash came to town. I LOVE having a shiny car and with Wiggy Wash I can stay in my car as it makes it way through the tunnel of soaps and rinses and multiple dryers! And yes Woohooo! This is as good as it gets in Spanish Fork! They have a great detailing service and there is a self serve vacuum station. Wiggy Wash rivals the Super Sonic [in Provo / Orem] and it is close to home for me! The staff is friendly and professional looking, they do offer coupon books and other savings incentives. I think it's a bargain, for about the same price of other automatic car washes, you get personal service and a much better quality wash and dry. I just do the warm water wash and I have been happy with that service. But when it is time for a full scale detail, I'll be bringing the cars to the Wiggy! read more

I told the lady I wanted the exterior done and just the front cabin area. I Saw signs when I pulled up that said $8 $10 and $12 seemed reasonable. Then she said to wash and do the fornt seats console and carpet would be $23. I was shocked .Im from the Newport coast and that is high even there. My bad I said ok. Thought my wife would be pleased if it was done nicely. After I drove it through th e ( California car wash with fill up $8 anywhere ) self wash. The kids did not wipe the seats off , the console had a few drips of coke , I was blown away the manager told me for $23 they just dust the seats , dash and console. Sorry but anyone with any work ethic or integrity could not leave a spot 2 inches around on th passenger seat ( dressing from a burger ) or drips from soda without doing the right thing. Every time I take my car to be cleaned, shampoo'd, and shined, I explain what I areas I want cleaned (everything) and ask for their recommendation on how to achieve that. The last three times I've done this, after they finished, I have found that the back of my car (it's a Kia Soul) only was vacuumed (not shampoo'd, vinyl shined, or cleaned the way I asked for when I dropped it off). When asked about it, they claimed that I had to pay more for carpet, upholstery, and vinyl treatment in the back. We're literally talking about three and a half feet by two or three feet. I have found them to be quite unethical in this arena, given that I've been expressly clear in my expectations upfront and the person entering my "order" has recommended specific packages based on what I wanted, and they have now asked for more money three times. It seems they are trying to penny-pinch more in this last year or so. I will not return after this last time. read more

I am not usually one to complain but I went to get my car washed on both the inside and out and they did an absolutely horrible job! I had to ask them to redo parts of it and it still was done so haphazardly even while I was watching. I finally asked if I could help to show them the dirt, etc. they were missing and they literally stood there just watching me as I had to redo several parts of the car myself instead of offering to take over and get the job done correctly for me. As I drove off I noticed even more things that hadn't been wiped down inside and I thought to myself, " What the heck am I even paying for? I have completely wasted my time and money". All I am asking is that the management either train their employees how to wash a car correctly or hire adults who are willing to actually work to do a good job! I am a VIP member at Wiggy Wash. It is the best deal in town. For less than fifty bucks a month I get the outside and inside of my vehicle cleaned as often as I want. If I have never had any problems with dings or scratches or anything like that that you oftentimes get at car washes. As a matter of fact when another business damaged my vehicle then denied it was them I was able to come back to Wiggy wash and speak with Jace, who was able to provide me with pictures of my vehicle before it was damaged. I paid roughly $50 to have a Wiggy Classic (cleans inside and outside of car) and then paid for a Detail Service (really clean the carpets). I guess I went on an extremely busy today because all the vacuums were being used. I parked in my vacuuming slot and noticed that I had picked the wrong slot to vacuum in because the vacuum was bust--out of order. Then, as I pulled into the actual car wash, the guys in the front are supposed to spray the front of the car down to get the bugs out of the grill and such. The guys didn't do that. They just kind of stood there. After the car wash, I pulled into my slot to have the car detailed for what I had paid for. They did a pretty good job cleaning the carpets. HOWEVER, they did a VERY bad job "cleaning" the rest of the car. In fact, I don't think they did anything. Since I was the person who had to vacuum out the car beforehand, I think the cleaners must've thought they could've gotten by without cleaning or wiping down in the nooks and crannies. Funny. I told the kid when I first pulled my car into its detailed spot that I really wanted the nooks and crannies to be cleaned well. He assured me they would be. So, anyways, the guy comes in to get me telling me the car was done. I thought to myself, Well, that was faster than I thought! Now I know why...they didn't do anything. I asked the guy if it would be okay if I checked the car before driving away. Instantly, I looked at the car mats. There was OBVIOUS chocolate still smashed into them. I asked him if the mats were supposed to be cleaned with my order. He said yes. I then showed him the chocolate. He then tried to clean the mat with his rag. When he was "done" he said, "This is all I can do with the rag." I asked if there's anything else he could do to get the chocolate out. A lightbulb then, I guess, went off in his head: Hey, I could run this through the mat wash again! I inspected the car more. I checked the cubby holder on one of the doors. Yep, there was still stickiness all up in the joint. Crusty food, and such. I showed the guy this and asked if he would re-clean it. He said, "Well, usually with the Wiggy Classic we usually just wipe down the surface. If you wanted a real scrub you would have to pay more, but I can clean it better for you." Yeah, that's right, buddy. I didn't pay so much for you guys to be lazy. As he cleaned that, I checked the center console that I had left open to make sure that it would be cleaned. I really didn't want to make him feel like an idiot, but I had to point this out to him as well: CLEARLY, the cupholder hadn't been "wiped down" in the least bit. I brought this to his attention. His response: That Wiggy Wash employees are instructed not to open consoles to clean them out. If the consoles are closed, they don't clean them, maybe just give the surface a wipedown. That's all fine and dandy and stuff, but I purposefully left the console open so that he'd be sure to see I wanted it clean. When I told him I had left all the consoles open, he told me that when he got to the car, they were all closed...and that he was the first person to be at the car. Needless to say, without being rude about it, I had pointed out a few more things that needed attention. Hey, I felt bad about it, but I didn't feel like wasting $50 today. The guy was nice, but he just needs to be a little less lazy and think that he can get by with doing as little as possible. Decent monthly pass price. Good air driers, vacuums with great suction, and compressed air nozzles! No rags bring your own. Cleans great, don't complain about the clean if you don't bother to put any drying or effort in yourself. All car washes need a tiny bit of personal attention if you want it perfect. Gets off all my road tar and bugs. I've drive uber and long distance for the military, it cleans all my travel grime awesome every time. Honestly better than all the other passes I've had even if only for the vacuum power and air nozzles! They will spray your floor mats off if you ask. I've gone to Supersonic in Provo for years, but was never happy with the result - especially the space in between the two front seats - how come they never get that clean? Well, Wiggy Wash DOES - everytime! And this is not a detailing service - it comes with the regular washes. Last week I decided to watch as they cleaned the interior of my car. Maybe everyone knows this, but I didn't... they have blowers that blow out all the junk out from under and in between seats. They blow the whole interior before vacuuming. Brilliance!
