Terrible customer service and an overall awful experience with Wiggy Wash. We attempted to cancel our membership back in December, but their website was conveniently down for several days, making it impossible to cancel online. We went in person, and the teller assured us the membership was "canceled." Turns out, it wasn't. Fast‑forward three months, and we discover we've still been getting charged. Yes, we should've caught it sooner, but it should've been canceled correctly in the first place. We emailed asking for cancellation and a refund, only to be told we needed to call. When we called, the "lines were busy," and we had to wait for a callback. After finally speaking with someone, we were told they won't refund the charges because the card on file was no longer active, something completely unrelated to the fact that the cancellation was never processed read more

Kind of bummed. Out of 4 trips to this location 3x there were no clean cloths and all 4 times the vacuums on one or both sides of my car didn't work and I moved to another vacuum spot. I've been with Wiggy Wash for years. Tried Quick Quack for a couple years too and I might be headed back. The Springville location has degraded terribly over the last couple of years. Don't know if they changed owners or what, but it's not what it used to be. I often have to go through two or three times to get my truck clean. Brushes are never adjusted right, so it's more like a touch-less wash. And I'm constantly fixing the vacuum lines and going inside to complain and ask for towels. Most of the staff there now couldn't give a flip. Don't expect to much and you might be happy. But it's definitely not kept up, equipment is always down somewhere in the line and hardly ever adjusted properly. Just saying! read more

the car wash part is amazing with the new system. The biggest complete is they do not know how to clean windows. Since I am recovering from surgery, i had my dad take my car down for cleaning. i sent a note asking to make sure the windows are clean and no firm. As last time the windows was down poorly. I walked outside today and with the sun hitting the front window, i could see the streaks and the film in the windows. I just do not understand how they cannot clean windows with out the film and streaks. you cannot clean a window with a rag already wet. read more

My car always seems cleaner than other places when I come here, and I always go a certain vaccum and it has never let me down! I've complained many times about the wash in Springville to their workers and they always seem shocked, but in reading the reviews, it looks like it's been going on a long time. Most of the time, most of the washing agents don't come out and half the scrubbers don't work. My car comes out still dirty. When I wipe down my car, I'm spreading the dirt everywhere. Such a waste of time! I try to only go to the wash in Spanish Fork or Orem Center Street. They always work. Unfortunate that I joined was because this one is on my way home and close. i finally washed my car after 2 months of snow storms and a road trip to colorado, and let me just say i was honestly very impressed by how horrible of a job this place did washing my car! it actually came out almost worst then it went in! the outside of my car looks like you gave a 3 year old a paper town and a squirt bottle and said clean this car. not only that, but the vacuums were so horrible i actually could have had more success just brushing the seats of my car once and calling it a day! awesome! read more

My hubcap was damaged and torn off during my first wash at Wiggy Wash. long story short, they made it very difficult for me to file a "damage report" and once I did, it took their customer service over a week to get back to me. They then said that they have a "48 hour policy" on damage claims and would be closing my case. I had called the location the same day of the issue and had been back to the location multiple times to get them all the information THEY needed to file their "report". One of the times I went back they said "we haven't found your hubcap but we did find one from a Toyota" (I knew they had mine because they showed it to me on a previous visit) but all that told me was that they are breaking cars left and right and apparently finding ways to not fix them. read more

Lightning Review, because why waste time on places that don't have food! (Alex they technically have popcorn and sodas and stuff... oh hush child). Quick, efficient, and my car ended up all nice and clean. It is fun going through the initial car wash and they do a great job on the interior. THE VERDICT: They have a great set-up. It isn't too expensive and you have the 48 hours to go get a body wash... as i call it a sponge bath, if it rains or something. I went for a detail service at the Springville location. I had booked my appt 2 weeks previous. When I arrived they could not find my booking. I thought was to have an upholstery shampoo and vinyl treatment, that is what my gift coupon said. Upon picking up my car the treatment to the dash was spotty and I returned, before leaving the parking lot, for it to be touched up. Which they did. Upon arrival home I opened my back doors and it was evident they didn't even vacuum the carpets yet they took the floor mats out. I tried to call them back to let them know and was told by the recording it would be a 15 minute wait or there was an option they would call me back. They never did call me back. So the next morning I returned and spoke to the "manager" who told me the only service was the vinyl and the leather seats. And they do not vacuum when not requested. First of all I thought I was having my carpets cleaned however I would have been satisfied had they just taken 2 minutes to vacuum the carpet. Why would a detail place not take a couple of minutes to vacuum, at least out of courtesy. I made this account just to leave a review for Wiggy because I love this place! They always take care of my car and I've been coming back for years. Their wash is long and thorough and I always come out really clean. I've only tried their interior services a couple times and have been satisfied every time. Sometimes their wait times are a bit long since they're always busy (which reassures me a lot) but it's always worth it in the end and they have a really nice lobby/waiting area anyways. The associate that checked me in was very professional, maintained the appropriate distance with the craziness of COVID + I was pleased with his politeness. Now to the actual wash. I got the Ultimate exterior wash + during the actual wash my daughter kept commenting that the passenger side was not getting washed. When we got out to vacuum, you would never guess that we just came out of the car wash. It was just as dirty as it was before we went in. I wish I had a picture to show you. I can't remember the last negative review I left. I usually feel like if people try, if they are putting effort in, they deserve at least a half way decent review even if you aren't completely happy with the service or product. This place doesn't seem to be trying though. To start, let me say, I have new cars but am not a "fanatic" about having them spotless. But when you've already sent the car back twice and there is dirt from a dogs paw (3 perfect paw prints)still on the back door panel and the windows are worse than when you brought it in, there are pieces of loose hair sitting on the seat that ANY vacuum would get, the same smudges and dirt/dust on the dash you brought it in to have removed, the same ice melt pellets sitting in the middle of the trunk etc ...I wonder why I'm paying $45 for this. After driving through the car wash there was still dirt and bird pooh on the outside of the car and I asked if I could bring it back through and they said no, they'd take care of it. When I saw the same stuff on the car after they had "cleaned" the inside, the employee told me it was bonded to the paint. So finally, after over 2 hours and complaining to the site manager and sending it back 3 times trying to get the interior and windows up to the standard I would hold even a neighborhood kid to that I hired to clean out my car, I took it home and finished cleaning it myself. Oh, I was also told when I pointed out the mud on the door panel that you have to ask for them to be wiped down...pretty lame excuse for missing that. You REALLY have to ask for that? When did they start that policy? I have been going to Wiggy Wash in Springville since they opened and the car wash/detailing has gotten worse every time I've come back lately. There is always an excuse from the detailer too...never their fault, nothing they did or could have done, or a lame excuse for not catching stuff. This visit was unacceptable and a waste of my day as I paid $45 and still had to take my car home and finish it. So now I have 3 hours invested in getting a basic cleaning done on my car. Not even a deep clean, wax, shampoo or anything - just getting all the loose stuff out and off of it and getting the windows clean and streak free...I will be giving away the remaining washes on my card and will be taking my car elsewhere from now on. My recomendation-go elsewhere or just clean it yourself...you'll end up paying them and doing that anyway. read more

I brought my car in after a 2,000 mile move from Pittsburgh. Not only was the exterior filthy (grill full of dead bugs) but the interior was horrible; due to a parrot, cat and 2 kids. I came here and purchased the $23 detail wash. The auto wash did a great job; probably one of the best auto washes, and the staff did a great job cleaning the interior. I feel my $23 went really far and got a car I was happy to be inside of once again. Also, everyone was friendly. I'll be happy to come back. read more

I have to say, I didn't expect great customer service. I didn't expect informed, succinct communication about what was happening to my car...from teenagers. But I got both at Wiggy Wash. After choosing the "full-service" line over the "exterior only" line, I drove in with a very dirty car, looking for a standard inside-and-out cleaning; nothing fancy like carpets or rock chip repair (both of which are available here, among other options). They also offer a bypass side-entry express lane for an exterior express wash for those who purchase a prepaid pass, available in various packages in books of 5 or 10 passes. They offer an "unlimited" wash plan, which allows you to wash your vehicle "up to once a day for a month or a year." I'm not sure I want to know anyone who would actually do this. The intake kids, although a little disorganized, were relatively thorough and quick. I found myself well into the robotic car-pull washing machine before I knew it. I pulled through and left my nearly dry car with another helpful teen, for the interior job. Inside the waiting lobby, where you can watch your car being cleaned if you really want to, it's user friendly, well laid out, with plenty of room in case it's busy. Seating for those who want to take it easy, treats if you're hungry (including a drink cooler), FREE popcorn (don't know if it's any good, but almost everyone was eating it), car accessories, trinkets, toys, and other tempting items for little fingers to want to take home. Restrooms inside were not super clean, but acceptable for as busy as it was. About 20 minutes after I paid, my name was called, and yet another timely teen escorted me to my car and explained what had been done. She handed me my keys, and I thought I saw her waving as I drove away... I hung my FREE tree air freshner, and enjoyed my ride home in a (finally) clean and shiny car. Crappy car wash. Went there to wash the salt and road grime off my car. I have a VW Golf. Got a basic wash thinking that would do the trick. Well got home and checked my car. The wash missed the entire back of my car. I would go back but when I asked the machine for a receipt after paying it didn't print. Poor quality wash. Went to get a Classic Wash (outside and inside cleaning) I know this is not a detail cleaning but in my understand its standard to wipe the interior not just vacuum...well that's the only thing they did to my car. My Jeep Wrangler was pretty dang dirty inside and out. I did not expect perfection but I still wanted to be wowed when I picked up my Jeep. I had gotten the car from my uncle and he smoked and never washed it. So I needed odor treatment and detailing. When I first picked up my car, I thought that it could have been a little better but i was pretty happy. After talking to the general manager (Brad), he would not allow me to leave until i was "Thrilled". To say that I got great customer service would be an understatement! I was treated with respect and the Jeep came back much better than I ever dreamed. Two thumbs up. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Wiggy Wash! read more

I came down from the Lehi area because I heard they do a much better job on detailing here. I am not impressed! I paid for a classic wash, vinyl treatment,& a carpet shampoo. They did well getting the carpets cleaned but there was still dust on the tops of the seats, the dash was spotty, and there was grime in the bottom of the door cup holders and compartments. Terrible business operation, they'll do whatever they can to get your money. I went here today and asked for the cheapest full service wash, I was told it was $21.95. Then when I went inside I saw hat there was one for $16.95. I asked the girl inside if there was any way I could get refunded and just get the cheaper one but she said my car has already gone through the wash so nothing they can do. Then once I got outside to pull into one of the bays they said "oh did anyone mention it will probably be about an hour before your car is done"? Nope they conveniently forgot to mention that before I went through but they said they'd call me when it was done. After an hour and a half I CALLED THEM to ask if it was done, the girl went and checked and told me it was done. Are you kidding me? Then I get in the car and they hadn't wiped down the dash, they center console, or the doors. They told me to come back and they'd fix it. Unbelievably terrible experience. Avoid coming here at all costs, go to quick quack car wash instead. Or if you must go to a wiggy wash go to Spanish Fork. read more

I have gone to Wiggy Wash now about three times. My most recent experience left me driving away unhappy and feeling dirty! I paid for the most expensive wash hoping to take advantage of the waxing. Going through the wash, the light for the "Applying wax now" sign did not come on, but it was hard to tell if it was being applied given all of the water and other stuff still on my windows. Additionally, I don't know how their machines work and what all is being applied when. Later that evening, it rained (Murphy's law says that will always happen after you wash your car) but the water did not bead up on the car indicating to me, no wax on the car. I went back in today with my receipt and the service woman said that if I didn't think it had been applied, I should have come back around immediately after the wash. Well I didn't know! So she sent me back through the wash. This time I watched for the light to come on and per the service lady's advice, I watched for the yellow foam indicating wax being applied. No yellow foam and no light. I then pull back around to the service woman and she said that of course no wax was applied today, since the 24 hour guarantee is for a rewash only. "But I never got the wax" I said. She said I should have come back around yesterday, but I didn't know! Ugh. The woman then says that there is nothing she can do for me and have a nice day! Grrrrrrr!
