We had to move the left items and they gave me grief for requesting a $100.00 credit/rebate. They also "lost" belongings. The other day I was going to give them another chance, and gained quotes for 2 moves....2 locations. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. To start off, they robbed me of money I was owed! The movers were just as bad, immediately setting a negative tone for the day. Their handling of my belongings was careless and unprofessional. Despite my clear labeling of boxes containing fragile items, these were treated with the same rough handling as everything else. I'm sure I'll find damaged items when I open my boxes. They also damage my wall. Idiots! The worst was the stolen money by members in the main office. This is not only a breach of trust but a criminal act which I been advised to report to the authorities. (Most definitely) The customer service I received when I attempted to address these issues was equally appalling. My calls were [ignored/delayed], and when I finally managed to speak with a representative, my concerns were dismissed and no real effort was made to resolve the situation. Our movers were amazing! We moved from Philly to DC in 2 days and we literally couldn't have done…read moreit without them. They packed up everything for us and it all arrived in perfect condition. They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).
