I have been on this program for a couple of months now. Today I weighed in 50 pounds less than when I started! I set a pretty lofty goal, but between the program, the ladies at the office, and a little self-motivation I have experienced success with dieting for the first time ever! At most I could lose 10-20 pounds on my own, I really believe this program actually works. I have nearly reached my goal and I feel better than ever! Also, they have lots of great tips on meal ideas that don't make you feel like you're trudging through a monotonous diet. This week they have a recipe for french toast! With most things you get out of it what you put into it. You DO have to follow the rules: show up for weigh ins, make a rough plan, think through your meals, take advice, be willing to try new things! If you follow the rules you WILL have success. The staff at QWLC is the best! They helped me set a goal based on a healthy BMI, along with a realistic timeline. They are readily available to answer your questions in person or by phone, and always have great suggestions and encouragement. They continue to help me with recipe suggestions, good ideas for social situations, and lots of resources. So far I have lost 22 pounds and 6.5 inches, and I feel great! My A1C is now lower, as well as my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. I have more confidence, and enjoy participating in more physically active pursuits with friends - instead of just meeting to eat. The program works if you follow it. It is very well conceived. I've tried other programs before but most of what you eat you have to purchase from them. Once you get off the program, the weight comes back on. Their program consists of 80% of food you buy at the grocery store and the remainder are supplements and low-cal snacks from them. I have lost 13 pounds so far and it's only been a month. Plus I have not been hungry. The people are super nice and really encouraging. Briar is the person who signed me up and I deal with her the most. She is absolutely outstanding, but everyone I've talked to is wonderful. if you are looking for a sustainable program that relies on healthy food, I highly recommend QWL. read more

I have only been on the plan for four weeks. I have lost weight and inches. Each time I go in with my weird and wonderful questions they always have an answer. All the staff are helping me with trying to understand why I have stomach issues. You feel as if they really believe in you and will pull out all the stops to make the program work! I hit a bit of a disappointment this week, but I'm not giving up! It is a bit of a challenge for me to cook fresh all the time but I'm slowly getting there. I've been impressed with QWLC & the staff since the first day I walked in the door. Super easy to set up a consultation appointment online & they were ready & excited to see me when I walked in th door. After the original sticker price shock I realized this was the plan for me. I have learned so much more about myself, how to change & control my eating habits than I expected. Each counselor has been helpful and not afraid of my many questions, some not so nice or easy. What an amazing experience this has been! I am down 33 pounds in just 7 weeks and eating more than I ever have. We are also grilling at home all the time, which is so much fun. If you want to loose weight quickly, feel great, eat normal food, and have terrific support - then stop by. I am seeing a new me that I haven't seen in over 30yrs. In about a week I've lost 6lbs. I think I have been going to this place probably 2 weeks now and the staff are acceptionally awesome especially Tera and Micca! Quick weight loss is my go too place to lose weight, my first month, I can't believe it but I have lost 15 pounds, (Yeah)!!! I have more energy and looking forward to achieving my goal. So far I have lost almost 60 lbs. in a relatively short amount of time. The Quick Weight Loss Program is the best program I have experienced, and you get to eat REAL FOOD!! I have done other programs where you are required to consume only bars and shakes, but The Q is much more realistic and sustainable based on the fact that you can have regular food you would buy at a store. I have been going to this Center for 1 week and have lost quite a few pounds. I had been with Medifast and after trying to get off their products found myself gaining weight again.
