I ran over a pipe in the road and was leaking fuel. I tow the car to Christian Brothers in NBTX and they give me a $2,750 bill with the bulk of the cost on parts. I asked them if I bought OEM and if they would do the work, but they declined. They made me tow the car elsewhere. I go to GM's official website to find the parts for a third of the price then CBs and reach out to Frank's Auto Body. Jason called me the next day, cheaper labor than the quote I got from CBs, and ready to do the work ASAP. I've driven the vehicle for over a month now, no issues, just perfect. I spoke with the mechanic who did the work and he was excellent in helping me understand the repair process. I would recommend this company to anyone, It was just a great experience and I don't feel like I was taken advantage of during a difficult time.

Light panel in front of read view mirror. The pieces were left on the passenger seat. Thanks Frank's , such pride in your work

My mother in law has always brought her car to Frank's. Unfortunately I have not had good experience with them. The 1st time was when I used them for collision repair. I had been rear ended on the highway, so the trunk would not open. Brought the car to Frank's . A week later I pick up my car drive off and then find out.... the trunk won't open. Bring the car back and the service guy starts messing with my gas cap like he's going to reach the trunk. After he rips something out of the gas area and tosses it in my car he says I need to leave the car to get it fixed, again. About a month ago I brought my mothers car since the speedometer was not showing on the electrical panel. $3500 later , the speedometer on the electrical panel still doesn't work, and then in front of the rear view mirror they left a panel open with the pieces on the seat. I was moving my mothers car and just discovered these repairs weren't done . They had the car for a week! Why such a crappy job. But they said she had all kinds of oil leaks( odd no oil ever on her driveway). I'm really angry at the lack of respect for a persons property and laziness to overlook a simple repair( which was the original reason we brought the car in). If Frank's can't do a simple repair , you have lost my trust in the ability to do a larger repair . All I can figure is (1)Frank's workers have A definite lack of pride In their work/ repairs or (2) some employee is really pissed about working here and just likes to F with peoples cars and Frank's reputation or(3) Frank's has no idea what they're doing. Or (4) Frank's just doesn't care.. All I can say is one of your employees is doing a great job making sure you don't get repeat customers. Of course I will be calling when they are open to get all of this fixed but it really messes up my day to take time off work and drop the car off and get time off on another day to pick it up before they close. A customer expects that a business completes the work you pay for .I can't remember the service guys name but he was very attentive, gave me updates and was always courteous. But unfortunately this memory of a good employee is overshadowed by the aggravation & inconvenience of having to bring my car back .

Awesome people, great business, and amazing service. If you are looking, please check these folks…read moreout. Our circumstances did not follow the usual reason for looking for a reliable body shop...we purchased what was supposed to be a 2025 certified pre owned (CPO) Hyundai from a dealership. We found out after the fact that the vehicle actually does not qualify as a CPO due the having been involved in an accident and having a front fender and a front door replaced with parts that do not have VINs that match the VIN of the vehicle. To further complicate this, the GM at the dealer claims ignorance of this absolute fact stating that they relied on the Carfax that does not show an accident...well, if his statement was actually true, then "why" were the photos in CPO inspection documentation that we were provided altered to attempt to show the correct VIN on front passenger door (if you actually were NOT aware of the vehicle being in an accident, then you would not need to FAKE the photo....right?) At any rate this has been referred to the Hyundai National Customer service folks. Hyundai National asked for all the documentation that we could provide so we asked the good folks at Master Match Collision Repair to conduct a forensic inspection of our vehicle and issue a written statement of findings. Conclusions - Right front fender, no VIN tag, was replaced, right front door, wrong VIN tag, had been replaced, right rear door repainted, missing gromets, right front fender liner damaged and should be replaced. Passenger side missing three retainer clips that help hold the front bumper cover on. We found that the VIN on front passenger door belonged to a donor vehicle, a 2024 Elantra (ours is a 2025) that was totaled in or around Temple in July 2025. This is probably where the front fender came from....SO, we are thankful for the great, professional, and prompt assistance from the good people (Roland in particular) at Master Match for the assist in finding all the issues and helping us prove that the dealership (not naming them here yet) sold us a vehicle with undisclosed prior damage and while they claim ignorance using the "Carfax" excuse, they cannot explain faking the CPO document photo. If you need outstanding, professional assistance with your vehicle, please consider Master Match, they are good and honest folks at a time in the world when you do not know who you can trust, trust Master Match.

Of course I turned to yelp to find a qualified repair shop in the area. The people from master match collision contacted me promptly, provide me with an estimate, they got me on their schedule within a week. Their process is seamless, their service is excellent, and their prices are competitive. Today I picked up my truck and was thoroughly impressed. They fixed the dent and repainted the tailgate and you would never know a dent was ever there. If you ever need collision repair in the San Antonio area I would highly recommend this shop!

There was some minor (but noticeable) damage to my 2003 Porsche 911's front bumper and paint scratches on the right side skirt I wanted corrected. Walker Collision Center expertly repaired and painted these areas for a more than reasonable price and the car was returned in 3 days. I was amazed at how well the repairs were performed, I couldn't even tell where the damage had been and I can only describe the paint job as "liquid glass" since it was so incredibly smooth and glossy to both touch and sight. The paint is high quality, was color matched to the rest of the car's factory paint and has a life time guarantee. Jacqueline, in the office, is very professional, really knows her job and made the estimation process fast and easy. My actual bill came in lower than the estimate. Ryan, the owner, took the time to make sure that any questions or concerns I had were fully addressed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing paint or body work; to the point that I have already scheduled my wife's 2013 VW Beetle for body and paint work as well as a damaged tail light repair on my 2025 Toyota Tundra.

This past July, while in Houston the front end, bumpers, grill assembly fell off the car when it scraped a parking bumper. We trucked it to Caliber to assess the damage and have it repaired. Ivan, the center manager, spoke with my father in law, who was very upset, calm him down and treated him in a very professional manner. I came in the next day to visit with Ivan and he went over the entire car with me and explained what he felt happened and we agree that I would receive an estimate. Within a day Ivan and his team had the car put back together! Even though they did not need to stand behind the other company's work, they did. You can't tell that there was an issue with the car, the fit is fine and the car looks like it did when new. I appreciated how this was handled and the fine work done.

I would never recommend taking your vehicle here. In my experience, every time I contacted them, they blamed the insurance company, the adjuster, or someone else rather than taking responsibility for their own lack of communication and service. My vehicle sat there for over 20 days without them even looking at it. They couldn't even complete the initial estimate, yet somehow the insurance adjuster was always the one they blamed for the delays. Twenty-plus days with virtually nothing being done to my vehicle is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was beyond frustrating. If you value your time and want a shop that actually communicates and takes responsibility for getting the job done, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.
