They offered no apology and refused to provide any solution or remedy for the missing and incorrect food. Even when they handed me my food, there was no "hello," no "thank you," and no basic courtesy whatsoever. The way I was treated made me feel like they were basically saying, "Just take your food and get out of here." As a paying customer, I should never be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles a mistake and treats its customers is what really matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed me a complete lack of customer service and professionalism. I will definitely not be coming back to this place, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for good food and respectful customer service.

The dumplings were quite cold. The teriyaki chicken tasted like rotisserie with a sweet sauce all over it. And the noodles were rather plain and just room temperature. I solved the temperature problem with the microwave, so that wasn't so big of a deal, but the taste of everything overall was really bland.
