I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.

After asking for a quote from the company who has serviced us all 32 years, we decided to get a second opinion. Ryan from RA came out to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was super quick to email the estimate, even going in on Thanksgiving to get it done (after telling him that was totally unnecessary)! In fact, he was SO quick we had to call our first company after not hearing back from them for 2 weeks to say we needed their price! They were identical products and RA Heating came in enough lower and were so responsive, we went with them. The two guys who came out, Jeremy and Kyle, were extremely professional, clean, respectful. It was an all-day job, but I felt completely fine about leaving them alone in the house for a short while as I ran an errand. They did such a fine job and I was so happy with them, I gave them Christmas cookies when they were done! Both furnace and air conditioner were under the 'Focus on Energy' program. However, a few weeks after installation, we got a letter from Focus saying our air conditioner did not qualify. We called RA Heating and the office manager, Barb, took care of the matter promptly, and we got our reimbursement from Focus shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again with our new house in the future.
