Wow. Can't say enough about Charbel and his business. Couple of months ago, had an associate that needed repair on his Android, I started looking for shops and Gadget Geeks Pro was the only place close and open. We went in, Charbel took care of it (and it wasn't an easy fix but he still was able to get it done). Unfortunately, last Friday night, it was my turn. My iPhone just stops working while I was driving - turns off, no reason, won't turn back on, no matter what I do. Next day, I walk into the shop and drop the phone off with Charbel. Less than an hour later, he shoots me off an email letting me know that it wasn't the battery or the charging port, looked to be a short on the circuit board - for me, was Really bad news. That iPhone is my entire business, without it am completely dead in the water and every day it's down costs me money. I go into the shop and he tells me not to worry, he has an affiliate that does these repairs and that, while it's being worked on, the shop provides loaner iPhones! Kid you not - he gives me a perfectly fine iPhone 7 (no charge), I upload my latest backup and Voila! I'm back in business while my phone is being repaired! Incredibly professional, no weirdness, cleverness or goofing around, just, "Here's the problem, here's what we're going to do and, in the meantime, let's get you back in the game." Gadget Geeks Pro turned out to be one of my best discoveries in Tucson! They replaced the screen and fixed the non-functional Home button on my iPad Pro in a couple of hours. This thrilled me after all the other places in town said they would need to send it away for three to four weeks! The "Geeks" were also able to replace batteries and a charging port on some iPhones during the same visit. They gave everything back to me cleaned up like new and threw in a free screen protector on one of the iPhones while we were settling up! It's a couple of weeks later and everything they worked on is still working like a brand new gadget! Through it all, they were helpful, knowledgeable, informative and a nice mix of friendly and professional. I have been dealing with a printer at my house that I tried everything to fix to no avail. I contacted these guys and he came by within a day. He was responsible, respectful, honest, and let us talk to him while he worked. It took very little time to get the printer fixed and he made sure it worked before he left. I dropped my new IPad and cracked the screen. I called around to get prices to replace the screen and Gadget Geeks Pro has the best prices. They are really friendly and my iPad was fixed as good as new and you can't tell it was ever repaired. I would recommend them to everyone.
