I just got off the phone with the pharmacy tech from Burlington Walgreens. The person was rude and…read moreshort with me. I tried using the automatic system but the information to confirm wasn't correct. When I tried to explain that I was cut off. Ultimately I got my prescription filled. I have noticed more and more Walgreens is inconsistent with the services they provide. My husband gets text messages to be notified that his prescription is ready for pick up. When he gets there it isn't ready. When he asked what happen he was blown off and the question was ignored. My family will be looking for another pharmacy. It's obvious that Walgreens feels their time is more important then their customers.

They are understaffed and aren't willing to see their own shortfalls. I have asked them to stop calling my independent physician's office about a prescription I not longer get through them. My medications are old school. Nothing new or out of the box. Snotty on the phone. Sad, as I given them 2 stars as I am from Burlington and would like to hope for the best. They must have so much volume that they can no longer handle the issues in a kind and considerate mannor. My insurance does not require preauthorization. They insist it does. Walmart knows that it does not. Drive-through no more.
