I had an appointment at 7am. The first worker didn't even show up until 7:05. The rest came in…read moreabout 10 minutes afterwards. They didn't even get started until around 7:30. After getting my truck home I realized they didn't reprogram my tire sensors and the psi on all my tires were completely different. 1 tire was 11psi different from the other. I returned it the next day to have it reprogrammed but they still didn't check the psi on any of the tires. There was also gobs of grease on my rims. This experience has made me re-examine if its really worth saving a few bucks on tires.

I made an appointment online for 3pm today. I showed up a few minutes before and attempted to check in. She couldn't tell me when my car would be done with the oil change because there were multiple people ahead of me getting tires. If you expect to get whatever work done quickly then you need to be the first one at the store in the morning unless you wanna sit and wait while other people's cars get worked on.
