It was only about five minutes before the technician came out from the back bay area. The technician, Maurice (Mo), finished up with that customer and immediately started helping me. TIP! General inspection is free and so is tire rotations. But the two aren't "intergal" to each other. So be sure to ask for both general inspection AND tire rotations. Mike at the front desk and their team of technicians were absolutely fantastic - excepetional customer service, in and out the door, straight forward with precisely what was needed, competitive prices and affordable, and no funny business. Acura MDX needed an oil change, general inspection, and likely replacement of the brakes. I do simple tasks on my own, like air filter and cabin filter replacements, so I knew they weren't needed. Walked in to drop off my Acura MDX around 8:45 AM (no reservations or appts needed, just walk in.. Yes!! Just like the good'ol days). Mike called to let me know precisely what I already knew - brakes needed replacing, otherwise car is in good condition. Gave him the green light and car was good to go by 1 PM! I only had last year's registration with me, but she was able to scan it and get the process started without any hassle. She estimated about a 30-minute wait, and my 2003 Ford F-250 was finished and passed its smog test in less than that. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Once it was my turn to pull into the bay things moved pretty quickly. They did the obvious upselling but they were nice about it and not pushy. They explained what it was and moved on when declined. They showed me the brand new parts they were going to install and there was a guy who came around to lubricate all the door hinges (never had that before). Once the new oil was in they showed you the dipstick and closed it up. You get a voucher for a free car wash. They had a coupon code on their site and offered a military discount (which was nice). They give you the next service sticker and here is my very small minor complaint, on the sticker your name is displayed along with your vehicle information. Vehicle info fine, but I think the name is a little much. No big deal I just didn't place the sticker. Overall this is a nice spot with efficient and friendly techs. The price was solid and I wasn't there all day. I'll be back

All I needed was an oil change and coolant flush, and that was going to cost me basically $300. I waited in line for an hour and then service took another hour. I ended up getting just an oil change because they told me I need to take the car to a mechanic for a coolant flush since the engines are delicate (Volvo). I usually do a drive to Green Rider and they never gave me issues with anything regarding the car so I'm confused whether this place just doesn't know how to work on certain cars or what. No one seemed to know how to reset the oil level on the car so the maintenance thing could go away so there's that too. I saw another review claiming they don't know how to work on European cars, maybe that's it? On the bright side though, It's been almost two months since the oil change and a mechanic told me I needed an oil change (8/27/26) and my sticker says return date 9/19/26, so it's sort of accurate I guess. If you don't mind a bit of a far drive and have a European car, I'd definitely recommend giving Green Rider a shot. If they ever spotted any issues on any of my cars, they would let me know. I've taken American, Japanese, and European cars to them and they never gave me issues. The prices are also more fair for the service you get, you definitely won't be spending almost $300 on an oil change and coolant flush and they definitely would be able to give you the service you ask for.
