Once it was my turn to pull into the bay things moved pretty quickly. They did the obvious upselling but they were nice about it and not pushy. They explained what it was and moved on when declined. They showed me the brand new parts they were going to install and there was a guy who came around to lubricate all the door hinges (never had that before). Once the new oil was in they showed you the dipstick and closed it up. You get a voucher for a free car wash. They had a coupon code on their site and offered a military discount (which was nice). They give you the next service sticker and here is my very small minor complaint, on the sticker your name is displayed along with your vehicle information. Vehicle info fine, but I think the name is a little much. No big deal I just didn't place the sticker. Overall this is a nice spot with efficient and friendly techs. It started off with them giving us a couple cold sodas while we waited. We mentioned to the team (Noah & Jermerl) that we were sort of in a hurry, so they accommodated our schedule while delivering a superb, high quality service. They weren't pushy on any of the extras and the most impressive part was this: I had purchased a wiper blade for the rear wiper but I didn't have the tool to replace it, so it had been sitting in the trunk since last winter. When Noah told us he observed a torn wiper and offered to sell us a replacement, I explained to him that I had a new one but I just couldn't figure out how to replace it myself, he said he'd be happy to do it for me! This service ended up being an incredible value and cemented that location as our go-to for oil changes. Great job guys and thank you!

These guys responded quickly and with the price that was standard for the industry. Even told me timeslots that were available that day. It was fast easy to understand so I booked it with them as they had great reviews on Yelp. The thing that struck me the most in the reviews was the manager's responses to customer, concerns or issues, there was compassion and an effort to make it correct. This I have not seen in a lot of the other Smog place that I usually go to so I switched. -Second, was the courteous way in which I was treated by Cameron, front office manager. This is very rare, but you can tell he cares about his job and their company reputation. I even today received a follow up text to make sure everything was OK with my car. -Third, I was very impressed with their waiting room. Typical car places don't spend a lot of time or money in their waiting area. I took some pictures so you can see small but very well laid out and decorated nicely. Also didn't take pictures of this, but the bathrooms which are out in the shop are clean and decorated nicely. Hats off to the decorating person ! This SpeeDee location has become my go to place whenever I need a last minute oil change. I travel…read moreoften, and sometimes I realize one of our diesel vehicles is due for service right before a trip or while we are on the way somewhere. I can call these guys, explain that I am in a rush, and they always do their best to fit me in and get me back on the road within about 30 minutes. They service our diesel vehicles, change the oil, clean everything up, and even wash the vehicle, usually for under $200. That is hard to beat. I have tried other SpeeDee locations, but they have often charged more, and the service was not nearly as friendly or efficient. Even though you may only be waiting 20 to 30 minutes, having a clean and comfortable waiting area still makes a difference, and this location does a great job with that. They also have some of the best prices I have found on air filters. For certain non American vehicles, you may need to ask them to order the filter ahead of time, but they are always helpful and straightforward about it. Based on their knowledge and experience, I know they offer many other services, but I personally use them mainly for oil changes. Every experience has been fast, professional, and easy. Thank you for always fitting me in at the last minute and getting me back on the road quickly. These guys are young, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. You guys rock. Keep up the amazing work.

I moved up here from the Bay Area leaving 30 years of contacts including all of my mechanics, electricians, and the people who I had built professional relationships with for years. I had to built up a new rolodex of contacts who were trustworthy and honest business professionals. Being a woman who not only had a father who was a mechanic but many friends in the automobile industry I know a little bit about what we should be getting charged, how we are treated some times, and the up sales of services we really don't need sometimes. This Spee-dee Oil gets a 20 stars from me. The owners are extremely friendly, the employees are friendly and professional and explain each area step-by-step to the customers so they don't miss anything. Especially being a woman coming in I feel like these guys treat you like their own wives, sisters, or moms, or family members. Your not just a customer, you are part of their family. I have continuously recommended these guys to may friends, family members, teachers in the school district, people I meet etc.. They have always been courteous, welcoming, and try really hard to find the problem and get it fixed for the right price. I have had spark plugs, brakes on 3 different vehicles done, 2 radiators, filters, oil changes on 4 vehicles here as well. I always bring my business to them first. They are the most efficient, cost effective, reliable place I do business with. The waiting area even has coffee, snacks, and waters for the customers. If you haven't tried them in a while or never been there before bring your business to them and you won't regret it. Remember there might be some things they cannot do onsite but they will give you an excellent recommendation of where you can. I've personally used many of their recommendations for other kinds of service and they were excellent as well. It wasn't a cheap car wash plus long wait to just have to go home and clean it myself. They do guarantee satisfaction but if they didn't do a good job the first time, I don't think they would the second time plus I didn't have time to wait for super long for a second time. It had only been 2000 miles so she didn't really need an oil change until 5000 miles. So right in front of my face, I witnessed him turning away, free money to be moral. With my issue, he drove around with me, he talked me through everything that was going on. He fixed the problem quick and kept me informed along the way of the prices. When I got back, he went through everything again and was just the absolute perfect person to work on my car and I will always go back to him for anything. Phong, the manager, went above and beyond from the very first phone call. He gave me a incredibly thorough over-the-phone assessment for a basic service and an AC Freon adjustment (something the dealership had never even recommended in the 11 years I've owned the car). In person, Phong was just as engaging, warm, and professional as he was on the phone. The final price came out just slightly over the estimate because they caught another small issue, but Phong took the time to explain exactly what they did and walked through all of his recommendations. Most importantly, Phong noticed that all four of my tires had dangerous cracks on the sidewalls from running into curbs during tight turns, and warned me they could blow out at any moment. I truly believe his sharp eye and honest recommendation saved my life! I already have an appointment at Costco this Saturday to get them replaced.
