When I went outside and asked them to turn the output down or at least be mindful of the hour, the response was basically "city says we can work from 7 AM, Mon-Sun, so we will." No apology, no adjustment, no willingness to meet the neighborhood halfway. Just a shrug and a rulebook quote. The machine itself is clearly outdated -- newer truck mounts on the market run significantly quieter, but this company is clearly not investing in modern equipment or noise mitigation. They're running decades-old gear that rattles windows 10 houses down, and they don't care. "Legal" and "considerate" are not the same thing. Waking up an entire neighborhood at 7 AM on a weekend because your equipment belongs in a scrapyard, and then hiding behind a city noise ordinance when someone asks for basic courtesy -- that tells you everything about how this company operates. They don't give a damn about the community they work in. If this is what three decades of expertise looks like, I'd hate to see what year one was like. Probably involved actual dynamite.
