If I could give this place a 0 I would! I purchased a snowsuit for my grandson on November 29th. I never received an email confirmation that I purchased it. I have yet to receive it and can not track it. The post office said it was a very strange scan and to get back to the seller. Finally after several days of trying to get ahold of someone they answered the phone. I was told they would look into it and call me back. They didn't and the weekend came and of course no one is there! I have to wait until 12:00 my time to try again today! I have left several emails but no response! In the meantime it has snowed and we have had to purchase another snowsuit! read more

The quality is utter rubbish! Purchased these thongs on the 26/12/20. This is the what the thongs looked like after 15 minutes. Ive never seen anything like it. I emailed Quiksilver to supply below image and let them know as it's so strange but unacceptable based on only wearing them for 15 minutes. Large selection in terms of quantity if not the latest styles. Helpful staff at a good location with great prices. After finding some great T-shirts in a few Quiksilver stores in Hawaii this past summer, I've visited several Quiksilver Factory Stores in California. We decided to visit this location in Corona just off Highway 15, since it was on the way to Ontario Mills. SELECTION: NOTE: Comments here will focus mainly on the selection of clothing available for men, although they also have clothing for women. The selection is...OK. Not great. Just OK. More on this later. In terms of quantity, this store has a good number of Quiksilver T-shirts (mostly short-sleeve, with a smaller selection of long-sleeve), hoodies/jackets, cargo shorts, boardshorts, and accessories like belts, sandals/slippers, etc... The short-sleeve T's alone occupy two large double-sided shelves in the center of the men's section, and are nicely organized by size (one side of one shelf is all Small size, the other side all Medium, one side of the other shelf all Large, etc...). There's a lot of stacks of T's on each shelf, and usually there are stacks behind the stacks in front. So you may spend a while just looking at T's. Hoodies and jackets line the table near the front door and also hang from racks mounted on the wall along the side. Cargo shorts are on a large circular rack towards the back of the store, with boardshorts hanging along the wall behind that. Also along the wall near the back of the store were Quiksilver slippers/sandals hanging on racks that stretched from the floor up towards the ceiling. With all of the above said, the selection is still just OK for two reasons: * Most of the merchandise seemed to be older styles, as in not styles/designs from the current catalog. I have better luck finding current Quiksilver styles at Macy's stores than I do at the Factory Stores. * There didn't seem to be much (any?) merchandise from the special Quiksilver Collections like the Core, Ke11y, Waterman, or Eddie Aikau collections. You would think that the Factory stores would have these, but again, Macy's and other surf shops are better sources for these collections. One telling sign that sums up both points above was that one of the store staff was wearing a KS10 shirt (commemorating 10-time world surfing champion Kelly Slater), but there didn't seem to be any apparel from the Ke11y collection (commemorating the now 11-time world champion) in the store. STAFF: The staff was fine. No complaints here. They were helpful in checking in the back for a shirt that we saw that was in the wrong size. We also asked for directions to/address of the Quiksilver store in Ontario Mills, which they were happy to help with. LOCATION: This store is conveniently located near Kohl's in the Hidden Valley Plaza, on Hidden Valley Parkway just off the east side of highway 15, just a mile or two north of the interchange with the 91 freeway. There's plenty of parking since this store shares parking with Kohl's and other stores in this shopping complex. Ontario Mills, home of another Quiksilver Factory Store, is just a 10-15 minute drive north on highway 15. PRICE: The best reason to come here is for the prices. I bought a pair of shorts here that usually goes for $39.50 for $29.99. T-shirts, which normally go for $19.50, sell for $12.99, or you can buy two for $19.99. read more

I've never walked out empty handed from this store. They have a huge selection for the entire family. From toddlers and up. If your shopping for back to school or the summer you'll find some great deals in here. I can't promise that their current styles but all in excellent condition and cute from flip flops to swimsuits. Great location to stop at if you're heading to the beach and needed something you forgot to bring. The prices are more then fair and the employees are sweet. Sometimes understaffed in my opinion. Located next to Kohls on Hidden Valley in Norco , right off the 15 freeway. read more

I literally drive from San Diego to riverside, drop my kids off at my aunts, then make a special trip to this quicksilver store. I've been coming here since they first opened with my parents and now that I'm married with two kids I STILL come here. They have the craziest good deals when the seasons change. I've even splurged and got a few things out of season because the finds here are crazy good. I get Christmas gifts and basically all my wardrobe from this place. The store itself is great, they always have great deals. The staff however is subpar at best. Snotty, Milano is just plain rude! I've been shopping here for years, I started shopping at their Corona location off Lincoln. Here the Staff is awful, I thought maybe it was a one off the first time it happened. But, it's happened multiple times now. They're very eager to help you until they actually have to do some work. I simply asked how much the items I had were and you'd think I was asking for a kidney. Everything in the store is on sale. Some of us would like to know what we're paying for an item, before we check out, I don't think that is asking for too much. Theres always minimum 3 employees working when I've shopped there, they're always there chatting it up until you want to pay and leave, then they scatter. Every time I've shopped here in the past year, I've said I'm not coming back. This time will be my last after I return what I just bought. read more

You're not going to get the newest things here, but if you actually know whats new or not with quicksilver, then you'll want to go to a store and pay msrp. We went in today for back to school clothing for my 8 year son. Selection was not huge as far as shirts, hats, or sandals for boys. Pretty decent selection of shorts for boys. The whole store is buy 1 item get 1 item 50% off. All the employees were very helpful. When we were rang up the guy checked to see which was our best bet. Not many employees do that. I was impressed! We ended up spending $116 for 2 pairs of shorts, 4 shirts and 2 men's hats. I have never shopped at this Quicksilver Outlet before, mostly just the one at Ontario Mills. The buy one get one 50% is pretty regular sale. I have seen it as 50% off everything so you just need to check back regularly for better deals. There was a pretty good selection of women's clothing, as well as girls and toddlers. Largest selection for men's shorts. Worth coming in and definitely better than paying retail! read more

I always find some good deals and cute things when I go here. It's not a huge store, but neither are the not-outlets of roxy/quicksilver, so on second thought it's a pretty good size. The toddler girls stuff isn't usually amazing sales, but better than full price at least. There seem to be a lot of guys tees. The staff is great. They always seem to have specials going on. Like a buy 2 for $24.99 sweaters and tops or something. They have a restroom in there and enough change rooms that we never have to wait. Parking lot is quiet and convenient to highway. A good place to escape or take a break from rush hour traffic. read more
