They messed up the graduation stole, specifically the lining--it was poorly put together and looked rushed and unprofessional. When I brought it up, instead of taking accountability, they told me it "wouldn't matter because hair would cover it." That response was shocking. How can you assume something like that? Not everyone even has hair that would cover it, and regardless, that's not the point. If something is done incorrectly, it should be fixed--period. When I asked them to correct it, they refused. No effort to make it right, no real solution--just excuses. On top of that, the staff came across as very unprofessional. They seemed immature, lacked basic customer service skills, and it honestly looked like some of them didn't even know what they were doing. One of the girls was being treated like she had no guidance or support, which made the whole situation feel even more disorganized. This was supposed to be an important moment, and they completely dropped the ball. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There's a reason their rating is so low, and unfortunately, I experienced exactly why. I have pictures to back up everything I'm saying. Ps if I could give negative starts I would. They have fur coats, jackets, towards the front and dresses in the middle and shoes in the back right.
