I actually asked the guy standing there if he was in line and he insisted on me going before him. The facility was underwhelming and in dire need of cleaning. But I didn't care, I needed to use the facility. It served it's purpose. When done, I handed it off to the next person and looked around the store for a bit. Not seeing anything of my liking I went back outside. While outside, I noticed that the lot was a bit weird. The parking spots were so close to each other that I didn't even noticed I parked in the middle of two spots. The lines were a bit faded. But everyone just seemed to go with the flow.

When I called the number provided, I spoke with an "answering service". The answering service assured me that someone would get back to me regarding a refund. No one ever got back to me, so I'm out $8. I spoke with the gas station attendant and didn't get any help there either as the carwash is operated by a third party. There's got to be some sort of business relationship there, so the least they could do is give me my measly $8 back!
