Door chime makes all kinds of racket announcing someone has entered. I stand at the counter for no less than five minutes while a couple people move about the kitchen area occasionally coming up towards the front counter - they see that I'm standing there and completely ignore me. After five minutes more people enter, making even more noise. Nothing from the employees. I gave up and left. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time I got someone's attention for help. This time - no way. I'm out.
