Their orange sherbet freeze is one of my favorites. It's refreshing in the summer months. A small is plenty for me. If I'm indulging in a cone or taking home a carton of ice cream it's going to be their cherries, pecans and cream. It's a simple concoction but delicious. I haven't had one in a long time but their banana fudge sundae is a personal favorite if I'm in the mood for a larger ice cream treat. I like mine with toasted almonds on it as well. My mouth is watering thinking about this tasty sundae. Their market items are surprisingly fresh and you can get several things on your grocery list at Braum's. A lot of times their milk is fresher than that in the grocery store. Around Thanksgiving and Christmas, they offer a cranberry apple pie in their frozen section. It's easy to take home and bake and serve. Braum's sells hamburgers and French fries and even breakfast items but that's not what has me coming back. This particular location is new so it's built nice and is clean with ample searing space. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. Tonight I enjoyed a double dipped hot fudge sundae. The service: well I went to the counter twice. The second time I had decided that I needed hash browns. My order taker Dore was delightful and very professional. Now when I first came in was a completely different situation. I really wanted the big country breakfast but I really wanted my eggs with cheese and peppers just like they do on their western omelette. However the cashier, whose name I was never able to obtain, very briskly informed me that the company would not allow them to make my eggs like that. I told her I had no issue with paying more to get the extra added...but she quickly cut me off saying AGAIN that the company would not allow her to do that. I am sorry but what company does not love to take your money just to add cheese or onion or whatever? I feel this is just a lazy person doing ALL she can to do nothing. read more

Hubby and I are traveling through the state so this is our first time at a Braums. I kept seeing billboards advertising it so we decided to stop. We wont be making that mistake again. I had a hamburger, it was ok, kind of cold. Fries were ok not great. Hubby had a chicken sandwich, he said it was again ok. I dont want to spend money on ok. Service was surly at best. We got an ice cream cone before we left. Well thats what they called it. Not much ice cream, only cone. But what ice cream there was, was not great. We come from Baskin Robins territory and its infinitely better ice cream. Now we know, wont go back. read more

This is a rather fancy pants Braum's! When you walk in, you're greeted by a well kept grocery section. Turn the corner to the left, and you can order ice cream or burgers, etc... This location has a really big dining area for a Braum's. It was actually refreshing and didn't feel so much like a fast food restaurant once you sat down. The finishes in the building are nice, like the stone walls, fixtures, etc... All right, on to the grub! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and mint chocolate chip shake. The burger was delicious and the fries were piping hot. The shake was tasty as well, but a little to thick to drink as a shake. The 2 big negatives for this visit were the service and cleanliness of the work station for ice cream. It looked like an ice cream massacre had taken place on their counter. The workers that were running the registers and serving ice cream did NOT want to be at work, and they also appeared to not have been trained in how to create dip cones, milk shakes, etc...Once worker asked the other for help, and they sighed and gave them major attitude. In turn that worker asked us about 6 times if we were together or with the people around us and eventually sighed at our answer. Not sure what that was about, but I assume it was a stressful day ;) Overall, for a Braum's...not bad I suppose. read more

I'm an ice cream junkie and some day it will catch up with me... Braums still has powered malt that they can add to your shake and they don't put whip cream on the which is a big plus!!! The problem is, I'm not sure that all Brains employees know what malt is? I ordered a chocolate malt but I received a chocolate shake or they put so little malt in it that I could not taste it. The place was clean and the service was good so I'll be back because I love I've cream. read more

OMG!!! I'm in Claremore visiting my brother and he brought me to Braum's for an ice cream.... and wow was it good!!! I got a two scoop cone one flavor was the praline (something) and the other one was the raspberry ganache. Great combination, the praline one was a bit too sweet for me and then again the ice cream cone was huge!!! Next time I will only get one scoop read more

It was raining. The new guy who was taking orders couldn't hear me and another girl was on the intercom as well and kept telling my to hold on. Waited ten minutes, so I pulled over to the window and they thought I already ordered. Taking the order of someone behind me and not mine doesn't give me a good impression. $1.25 for a medium water??? Woooow and I thought Sonic was bad! Had I known you guys charged for water I would have ordered the combo.. (it was nice of the worker to let me know it would have been cheaper to order the combo)That is my only complaint. Food is always good! read more

We stopped for a meal around 6:45. Very disappointed as the French fries were so salty you could hardly eat the. Had to try and brush the salt off. Floors under the tables were filthy with food. This location really needs some management review. We stopped here based on the reviews. All reviewers must be local and don't want to criticize. We got hamburgers and chocolate malts. The burgers were delicious and the Malta were the best. The burgers were better than the typical fast food burger. Everyone working there was very nice. Place was clean. The place reminded me of Friendlys but with a smaller menu. read more
