And I only waited in the line for 45 minutes, way too long of a wait at any Chipotle that I've ever been to in the past . That reasoning is completely unreasonable and inconsistent with company standards. I immediately went to another Chipotle about 20 minutes away, and they honored the promotion without any issue. This location has a long history of problems. I've waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out they were out of items like chips or key ingredients, with no signage or notice posted--customers are just left standing in line wasting time. This happens far too often, and it reflects poor organization and leadership. This location is easily one of, if not the worst Chipotle in the Metro Atlanta area. Until management improves, I will continue to avoid the location.
