This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever visited, and unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. Even though it's only about five minutes away, I regularly drive 20-30 minutes to other locations just to avoid the consistent issues at this one. The problems are ongoing: slow lines, understaffing, poor communication, and--most notably--terrible management. Some of the employees are great, but management is the clear issue. During my most recent visit, I came in to purchase two bowls using a Buy One Get One Free promotion. I was wearing a Christmas hoodie with the Grinch on it, and the manager refused to honor the promotion because it wasn't a "sweater". And I only waited in the line for 45 minutes, way too long of a wait at any Chipotle that I've ever been to in the past . That reasoning is completely unreasonable and inconsistent with company standards. I immediately went to another Chipotle about 20 minutes away, and they honored the promotion without any issue. This location has a long history of problems. I've waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out they were out of items like chips or key ingredients, with no signage or notice posted--customers are just left standing in line wasting time. This happens far too often, and it reflects poor organization and leadership. This location is easily one of, if not the worst Chipotle in the Metro Atlanta area. I don't typically eat Chipotle but I did a catering order from this location. When I arrived most of my order was ready but they worked on my cold items when I arrived. I was on my ow and would have appreciated a little more help taking the items to my car. Overall the service was quick and friendly. This is the worse Chipotle I've ever experienced. There is no type of organizational flow. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building. The people at the drive thru don't greet you. Workers with long hair don't have on a hair net. I waited in the drive thru so long by the time I got my food it was cold. If you have a drive thru it should be a team effort with someone designated to pass out the food. It's been times where my order has been wrong and I didn't get everything I ordered. If I read the reviews first I probably would not have come lol. But I honestly didn't have any issues. Arrived shortly after they opened on a Sunday. I don't live in this side of town but needed a quick decently healthy option. Ordered a veggie bowl to go. Pretty standard. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the food was a little more bland than I'm use to. I don't eat meat so can't rely on those flavors. There was food scattered all over the serving counters and on the floor, and no one seemed to be cleaning anything. Eh... So I vowed to not order through the app anymore after my bad experience with the Chipotle in Conyers, but I broke that vow when I found out this Chipotle was officially open. Our order was PERFECT! The bowl looked to have been prepared with care and the food tasted so fresh. I was quite amazed! Well...that must've been a grand opening facade, because the next three visits after that were pretty bad. My husband went on a weekday, maybe an hour after they opened, and he was quite puzzled to discover he stood in such a long line just to get to the front be told that basically nothing was ready. I mean how does that happen? You just opened your doors an hour ago. On another occasion, partially my fault because I trusted the mobile ordering app, our order was of course wrong. Additionally, the drive through line was out of this world and inside was even worse. By far the worst quality Chipotle I've ever had. Giant portion size, but that means nothing when the entire bowl has a one-note, non-distinct flavor profile. Genuinely have never had Chipotle where you couldn't at least taste some salt, cilantro, lime, or spice. The bowl, salsas, and guac tasted like absolutely NOTHING. Even the individual pieces of corn and jalapeño I bit into had no flavor. Rice was severely undercooked & hard as a rock, and the salsas were chock full of long cilantro stems and huge chunks of sloppily cut onion. Guac was barely mashed and also full of huge chunks. First time coming here (which I initially avoided when they opened because Chipotle...on Wesley Chapel...) anyway I made the grave mistake of going inside to place my order. The line was at the door and it took 45 min to get to the counter to place my order, which I don't understand being as that they throw your food together in.5 seconds. Behind the counter was dirty, food thrown everywhere and all over the floor. Placed an order for 3 bowls with chips for all 3. Got home and the bowls contained mostly mushy rice and all 3 bags of chips were extremely stale. Fast forward to yesterday, I decided to give them another try and placed an online order. Pulled up to the drive thru 4 min after my food was scheduled to be ready and waited 30 minutes just to get to the window. Once I got up to the window I noticed they had their security guard handing out the food. He was sweating profusely and wiping his brow with a piece a napkin and then handing out the food with that same hand. He opened the window, didn't speak, smile, or anything, just glared at me as if I didn't just spend my hard earned money and was bothering him. Handed me my bag which was wide open and of course my food was lukewarm at that point. Got home and the bowls had been completely thrown together, this time with mostly lettuce. I have been a frequent customer of chipotle for almost ten years. This is not only the worst chipotle experience I have ever had but, the worst fast good experience I have ever had. Before I even ordered my food the young ladies constantly switched positions on the line to make a single order.Causing the line be backed up from their inefficiency. Secondly, I forgot to order a kids taco and asked if I could add it on after they made my food. Know,I understand that their are customers behind me and if I could not order. I would've happily be willing to get back in line or place an online order. But, when I asked the young lady she perched her lips up as if something had an odor and gave me zero verbal response. The absolute, worst chipotle I have ever visited ever. And I have gone multiple times and at no time has my order been right. I even did a group order for individuals at work which included about 10 different items and not one thing was correct. Then I tried to order a quesadilla online, but the app was down and having payment issues so they told me I had to pay at the store the order was never submitted, and when I tried to order in the store, they would not let me pay for a quesadilla because it was mobile only. I tried to explain to the worker and the manager there it wouldn't work and they both refuse because it is a chipotle rule. It has to be online only. Well, what happens when, that doesn't work either, instead of debating and explains the rule just take care of the customer especially since it's not my fault that YOUR app is not working properly. And I know that corporate doesn't care because it's a black area and a black community so we obviously do not deserve the same level of service, but it is a crying shame I will never visit this place again. read more

I stopped in Chipotle on Wesley Chapel on my way to Charleston on a Friday night after a long day of driving. We decided to eat outside where I accidentally left my purse with all of my belongings outside on the back of my chair. I didn't realize until we were about 2 hours out and they were already closed when I called to see if they had it. The next morning I called and it turns out Melvin had grabbed my purse and kept it safe until I was able to return on my way back home from my trip. Pat and Melvin were so gracious and helpful every time I called Chipotle to make sure it was still safe!! They were so nice and SO HELPFUL! 10000% recommend this place as the workers are awesome! This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant . Why do they have it set to where you have to wait in a long drive thru line to pick up a mobile order?. I placed an order at 3:07 pm and didn't get to window until 3:57 pm, so by the time I got my order, the food was very cold. As for the food, that was terrible also. The chips were incredibly stale, and the quesadilla was hard.
