This is in a rough area so the customers regularly mistreat the workers, telling and even assaulting them sometimes (cops get called at least twice a week). I was here when this middle aged new black manager came in from a different company (I forgot which, or maybe location) and he is still here and doing great. His first week I remember him getting yelled at for no reason. (it's a busy location so things just take time, everyone is moving very fast?) and he never talked back and he is still here being polite and good at his job. Everyone here deserves a raise and at least to not be yelled at by the customers for things they can't control. This is a great McDonald's.
