I drove out of my way to this restaurant because it had one but as it turns out it didn't and hasn't had one for "a decade" (according to the manager). Instead of an apology the manager blamed me (I must have read the website wrong/she didn't see it on the website, then when I insisted it was on the website, blamed the corporate office for the error). Frankly, I don't give a rip who's at fault - I want a sincere apology at the very least. And it IS your fault when your advertising an amenity you got ride of years ago.
