I went to dine in on Sunday at noon around 5:45 when one of the managers at this location started yelling at one of the employee that had just came in and started her shift and threat to fight her and had very unacceptable behavior and very rude attitude she was a black female with glasses I don't understand how you can accept this type of harassment never coming back again and I hope something is done and that employee doesn't stay quit about it read more

I have been attempting to get a refund for over a month, I have not heard back from corporate or the location itself. I have even visited in person and nobody even attempted to help me. my food was cold and swimming in sauce to the point where it couldn't be eaten. can't recommend avoiding this location enough read more

The service was absolutely horrible, we ended up wanting jack n the box. When we got there I asked the lady to give me one second as I was just trying to figure out the drink options but as I said that she proceeded to say "I'm not waiting on you you need to hurry up I have 15 minutes left" it took me a little by shock but when I started to ask for the Nashville hot popcorn chicken she cut me off at Nashville and said "we don't got that" so I asked her if she had mozzarella sticks and she proceeded to cut me off and said "we don't have that either" so I asked her "what do you have?" And she went on to say "I'm not going over this whole damn menu with you" by shock again I asked her if she had chicken tenders and again with a lot of attitude "we don't have that" so I asked again "then can you please tell me what you do have" and that's when she started to raise her voice and start cussing at me saying "I told you I'm not going over this whole fucking menu with you, I close in ten minutes I'm not about to do this with you" so I tried one more time to just get a drink and fries and she proceeded to ignore me and not take my order or anything. So I just drove off and park in front of the store to leave a review as I did I saw online that was updated 11 weeks ago they don't close till 12:30 and on there building it says 12:30. I will say it was a black lady and her staff when we drove by were all just standing there talking. It was the worst experience I've had with a fast food place and including this jack n the box. Jack in the Box on Poinsett Highway in Greenville is a well managed and operated Jack in the Box. They have really good food that is well prepared and delicious for a really good value. They are very efficient at getting everything together for your order and you can be on your way quickly. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here. read more

I'm never one to be upset but this morning at about 4:50 my best friend and went here and got food and they forgot the most important part of the order she had been want there churros for hours and finally get there and ordered them I payed for them got all the way home just to find they aren't even in the bag and I've been calling and calling for 15 minutes and no one will answer the phone which is unprofessional I work as a manager at Arby's no matter what you have to answer that phone. I'm highly upset and I will be back up there later to day is this issue is not resolved this will not be the last place I'll be heard from because this is not the fist time this s**t has happened with the night crew. read more

How does a shift change prevent you from taking an order when we just sat in line where you just took an order in front of us??!?? Went here at 2am no cars in line no one in front of me was told it would be 20 minutes before they could take the order. I asked if I could order and wait at the window to be ignored and then told again it would take 20 minutes to take my order before again being ignored. This is a pretty garbage establishment all around, I repeated what and how many sauces I needed once at the speaker, and twice at the window, and there still weren't enough. My partner didn't receive a fork with her teriyaki bowl and I won't even get into the chicken or the rice. Additionally, I asked for curly fries with my large 6-piece combo and got regular fries. Had the misfortune to experience this place last evening. 2 employees were there, one was clearly drunk and the other was more interested in talking to some guy that was hanging out at the counter. (No, he wasn't waiting for food.) The place smelled like old, dirty, musty laundry and was filthy everywhere you looked; completely unsanitary. The back part where they cooked our food was just as bad, I couldn't help but grimace as the drunk one put our food together. Both employees were slovenly and acted up and yelled and cursed like nobody was there. I don't know if there's a manager on staff at this location (there certainly wasn't one there last night) or who the owner is but somebody needs to step in, maybe the health department, it is nasty. This is the worst place I've ever eaten and Jack in the Box should be ashamed if they care about their reputation at all. P.S. The health score posted here is a JOKE. Don't believe it. read more

We went here to here the employees were joking around cutting up and being loud. They didn't take our order right away. There were kids belonging to one of the employees their running all over the place. There were toys all over the dining room and on the tables the dining room was very dirty and we had to clean a table off to eat at. The toys and trash from the children were everywhere . The children were climbing on the counters and running around like the restaurant was a playground. The bathroom were filthy there was tissue paper in the floor the toilets were not flushed , it was bad. The children were yelling and being loud. They had the dining room covered in there belongings. We witnessed them climbing on the front counters with no one around to watch them or control them. There were no employees cleaning anything up at all. We other customers come in and see what we were seeing and leave or just order their food to go. We stayed because we had an appointment in the area and this at the time seemed like a good choice when our little girl picked it...... but boy were we proven wrong fast. The tea was out, some of our food was cold, the soda machine was empty on almost everything. We saw the employees occasionally give the children cups and other things so they could get drinks etc so we assume that is why the drink machine and the tea were empty. They messed up on some of our order. When we went to the counter to ask for a refill on tea from the back we stood there for ever and we know that we were seen because they looked at us. Then we were told they didn't have any tea in the back either that they had to make more. During the time we were there only one other brave soul came and sat to eat their food in the very unclean dining room. This Jack in the box is apparently an employee daycare and not a restaurant at all . I wouldn't have a problem with an employee having to bring their children to work if the children knew how to behave and had supervision. Also we would like the food hot and fresh and for our orders to be correct and for the restaurant to be clean!!! This was a nightmare of an experience. read more

The worst service in Greenville. On my final visit, I waited half an hour for my food, before being informed that they did not even have my order in the system. When I requested a refund instead of waiting for them to make my order again, they gave me cash instead of refunding my card but kept my receipt so that I could not even fill out the corporate survey. This location is staffed by the most incompetent employees I have ever encountered. read more
